“Buyer Beware! I purchased from this website and there were several problems: It took 6-8 weeks for the items to be delivered. This is an Asian company. Sizes do not run true. One item fit and the other 2 were too small and would fit a child. The material was subquality. I wouldn't even wear one of the blouses. I just donated it. I went back and looked at the photo on their website. It was completely misleading! I have seen these same photos on another website, so I can assume the same things would happen if I ordered from Holapick.com as well. Skip that one too! If they don't show the models faces, then you know the photos are fraudulent. They get you on the nice price. If you get something you can't use or wear, then what good is it? Almost now way to return it. This is on my list of things that I won't do again!”

“I paid for 3 day shipping on April 4 and we are now April 18 and I still have not received my order! I would NEVER ORDER FROM TBIS COMPANY! It is also impossible to get a hold of someone! They are luck they are getting 1 Star from me”

“I am surprised to see such a poor customer service from your end. I understand while pickup of my return due to lockdown it's all delayed but m upset on your customer service who has no sense of keeping the customer update over delay or to follow up. It's been 1.5 month that I have been requesting for the return after several emails no response. My return number : ID 15528195”

“Placed an order. My order wasn't shipped on time so one dress went out of stock. I got no mail whatsoever that one item was out of stock. I contacted customers service, they told me I had two options: ship the out of stock item later and seperate or refund. I picked the first option. They ignored my request and issued a refund. However that whole ordeal took over 6 days. They put my whole order on hold. It's now been 9 days and my order still has not been shipped. Would not recommend ordering from Shein as they are not reliable.”

“Hello. I ordered through Shein and my order will be arriving over 2 weeks later than the expected delivery date. When I asked for compensation, they mentioned that the courier is half to blame and so they will only give a compensatory 300 "Shein Points". In other words, points for me to keep spending money with Shein. Buyer beware.”

“Yes they have a huge range and their prices are "too good to be true" but to get a jacket that has no hems? It is literally just cut from fabric. I bought 5 pieces and each are so hot from cheap fabric that I doubt I will ever wear them. I know you take a risk of buying clothes that don't suit you, when you buy online you but you would assume there is some quality control going on. It is obviously more about quantity than quality at Shein. I have literally bought landfill as I doubt anyone will ever wear these.”

“Good afternoon, I work in the fashion industry and I seen clothing from several company. Today 4/14 I received a black vest. This was the worst purchase I have made in my life. The fabric was so cheap and it was cheap looking. The price was cheap, but I would not pay 5 dollars for this. It is so sad that companies would send out merchandise like this, and rip people off. Please don't order this vest! I will post this on my site to protect consumers for waste there funds.”

“I had noticed it was several days after ordering $124 worth of home decor that it still was not processed. I check my account and it says "due to potential fraudulent activity please provide a picture of your driver's license or passport " umm no. I canceled my order and will hopefully receive a refund. If I dont receive a refund they are the ones who are fraudulent. Do not order from this site.”

“I only put 1 Star so I could say something I really didn’t want to put non ! THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST COMPANY I have ever associated with ! their delivery company delivered my stuff they left it on the porch but I live in apartments your not suppose to do that ! I reported my package stolen days in a row shein til this day still hasn’t gotten back to me for at least to refund or send me 2 new pairs . It’s COVID -19 season too I COULDVE saved my money instead of basically loosing it . SHEIN should be so disappointed with their self because I am .”

“I ordered a dress for a wedding almost 2 months before the ceremony and I still didnt get it in time. Material is straight up TRASH! Yes the prices are cheap but your still going to get garbage. I recently.. about a month ago, I ordered a simple t-shirt. Still haven't gotten it. This site is a scam and con artists selling trash. Never again!”

“I ordered some clothes from Shein and I was very excited because from the pictures they looked very cute. It is not the same. They hook everyone on style like me, but their material is awful! I'm not much of a fashionista and I don't shop a lot, but if I know anything about clothes DON'T ORDER FROM SHEIN. The material was horrible nut is that isn't enough Shein's return policy is beyond awful. I spent 4 hours trying to figure out how to even return the clothes. If anyone reads this I hope you take my advice and not shop Shein. You will definitely regret it otherwise.”

“After 18 orders from Shein I received an email saying that I have to verify my credit card because my last order was put on hold. In order to prove my transaction was not fraudulent, I was asked to send a picture of my credit card or ID/passport. Of course, I denied and was told to send a screenshot of my bank report. This is unbelievable! I have never been asked to send screenshots of my credit card, ID, passport or bank report for a credit card verification. As a customer, I am disappointed and dissatisfied of how Shein handled this situation. I understand they are trying to keep my security in check, but asking for pictures of personal documents it is disturbing, unprofessional, and fraudulent!”

“I ordered a kitchen mat but when it arrived it was blue and not black like I'd ordered. I keep complaining to them and have sent a photo as requested but they just ignored that and when I asked them to answer me they requested a picture again. Not sure if they're being deliberately obtuse or are just stupid.”
