It's been a month already. They authorised the refund, received the returned good but refuse to refund the money to my PayPal account as originally agreed. I will never buy from them again. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

It’s been an awful experience, i placed an order and waited a month without receiving it and when I contacted customer service they told that it was lost, and that I would have to replace the order and pay for express shipping if I want to get it fast, am I supposed to pay extra money for a lost order after waiting for 1 month already?

When you return the whole order you are entitled to receive a full refund including the postage costs of sending the order to you. This is a legal requirement under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. SHEIN do not accept this so the postage costs are not refunded. As you also have to pay postage to return the order (which is permitted) I will not order again.

I placed an order and didn’t receive my items or my refund of 94,000 rs. never ever order again from shein ! I am going to sue them !

Wish I could give them ZERO STARS ............. BUYER BEWARE !! If you EVER need to RETURN anything to this company it is a NIGHTMARE !!! I beg you to spend your money elsewhere ! These clothes are also cheaply made and not worth the headache.

The pricing is of course what got me but the products were absolutely horrendous. I purchased a color block knit sweater and although the outside looked okay, the inside felt very rough and scratchy. I also bought sunglasses which were unbelievably too big and probably wouldn't sit on anyone's faces without falling right off. Will not order again and huge waste of money.

Company is from China.Do I need to say anymore!! Clothing is horrible and getting a refund is an absolute nightmare please save your hard earned money and shop elsewhere like Lulus.

Their products never match the standard sizes, I had ordered 2 tops xl (which is my size) and one large as xl was not available for that top and when I got the tops the xl were tight for me and the large was just about right for me.. ridiculous.. and their return policy is ridiculously extensive .. you have to print a particular label and pay for the shipping and so much of procedure that you would just prefer to donate their crappy products ..

I bought a super plain black bodysuit with long sleeves thinking that the reviews were bad but there was no way they could screw up such a simple item. They didn't sew both sleeves!! One was sewn and the other wasn't and is coming apart as a result. made for a decent laugh and a reminder not to shop at stores like shein.

I have placed many orders with SHEIN and they all came in a timely manner. The last one was missing 6 items and they kept dropping my chat and ignoring me and not trying to help me resolve the issue. They suck in my eyes! Total scammers not about customer service

Do NOT order from this trashy website if you want to get your clothes that you paid for delivered to your place. If not, go ahead and do that. They promised me that they’ll get my orders here in 8 days max, it has been 2 weeks and I’m still not getting it. Worst thing is 2 weeks ago I just got a notification saying that the item I ordered, that was clearly stated available, is unavailable. And it took them 4 days to realise that it’s not available, like ???

Absolute nightmare to deal with for returns. I am throwing my order in the garbage bc the quality of the garments is horrific. Given the price, I wasn't expecting Nordstrom quality but at least was looking for something that could be worn at least a coupl;e of times. I've attempted to return the items but they conveniently have no orders from me, even though it was paid for thru Paypal. Steer clear of this company, way too shady.

I ordered the teddy cropped sweatshirt in light grey & received something similar but not exactly what the photo had looked like online. Instead it’s dark grey and blanket type material. Bottom line it was similar to what I ordered but not at all what I wanted. Doesn’t make sense.

Terrible I will never purchase from them again. Deceitful, unprofessional and very childish. They remove purchase record and erase your profile like you were never there. Returning 13 out if 18 items that are made with stinky, rough and itchy fabrics. They don't take criticism well. Good business accepts criticism when and where it's due in order to improve and grow. I hope to get my money back asap or I will file dispute with my credit card company. I will update!

Ordered the male hoodie (Large) as seen in picture. Received yellow jumper (kids size) Tracking info said my parcel was coming from Belgium took 2 weeks to arrive.. to find out its actually come from walsall so not another country Have asked them to send me the right item but they said they no longer have it in that size. And they will not issue a refund until they have proof of posting the other item back to them

Delivery process has a lot of issues. My parcel isn't reaching me and I have to get in touch with customer care back and forth, they keep me waiting for like half an hour or more and finally have no solution to my problem. If we order online , doesn't matter how the quality is if the parcel isn't reaching you at all. If you have to daily get in touch with customer care, it becomes too messy to handle and irritates you. My parcel didn't reach me yesterday saying ' consignee not at home' when I was at home for entire day, I was not contacted by any means by delivery person. this has happened to me twice now. Not gonna shop from this site anymore, too many issues.

I received my stuff great, downfall is they wouldn't give it unless we paid a $30 fee at the door NOT HAPPY very hard to get ahold of management no one got back to me .

The clothes are great, if you even get them. We've ordered twice so far, each order was big enough that they broke it up into 2 orders each, so 4 packages. The smaller packages always got here fast, but the bigger packages have ALWAYS had a shipping problem. Currently our last order is 3 days late. DHL is terrible and has given me no answers to work with and the website is nearly impossible to speak to a human and the AI support gave me no relevant options to my situation. We thought the first screw up was a one time issue. But now we see its an everytime situation. For that reason we will no longer be buying from Shein or ANY retailer that uses freaking DHL of all services. Disgusting.
