They changed ordered items without notified you. I received a completely different products from what I have ordered. When I went back to shein.com to check my items, they took my purchased order down. Now I cannot return or refund. This is kind of cheating, if they can take down your order information, beware and stay away from Shein.com

Wrong size delivered, and SHEIN won't help!! The pack that I received has "iPhone 14 Pro Max" printed on the package, which means I didn't order the wrong size. However the actual size of the protectors is wrong. It's much smaller than the iphone lens, and thus cannot be attached. I'm 100% sure the size is wrong because the iPhone 14 Pro Max protectors from my previous purchase fitted perfectly. I sent photos to Shein with measurement of diameters, and comparisons of the wrong protectors vs the right ones vs the original camera lens. They keep insisting there's no incorrect or missing items from my package, and that they cannot respond to my claim - even with photo evidence. Top left: Phone camera lens, without any protectors Two lens with green ticks: camera lens with the correct-size protectors which I bought from them a few weeks ago.

Poor quality clothes. Slow to arrive and difficult to return as site keeps crashing. Also charge you £2.50 postage and prevent you from returning bras and sale items. Cheap fashion. Unethical and will not be buying again.

I need to know when was my order to be delivered…Klarna been deducting payments in my credit card since February and I almost paid off but the item never arrived…it’s just keep saying in the notification is on its way.

I returned products that were cheap and unusable the day after receiving items. 2/13/23. I am owed $98 Still no refund. 1st message on SHein site said processing refund, then 3 days later it said items not received, then back to processing refund. NEVER order form these people. No customer service, just a huge run around. User's recommendation: Skip this site!! RUN.

I coudnt check out. It kept rerouting me to Nigaragua where I'm vacationing instead of my own address which I was pressing to begin on main page. I'm so frustrated as been trying to finalize this huge order for 3 was. I finally gave up

It is difficult to return a product. I am stuck with something I bought. The password they sent me and my phone number are not being g recognised. I am to pay a £1 to chat to customer service, their phone charge is not affordable. I find these defrauding of customer

I did not receive all of my order,customer service was no help at all. To be honest they act like they could care less. I have ordered from Shein many times was well pleased. Really is strange tht when trying to find a contact number you can’t. The search sends you to websites but no number. I want the rest of my order. If anyone has knowledge to a real number please let me know.

Of its possible i would give them zero stars. I made my order at 07/12 and i dont have received it or i had further information where it is now. I send them emails and they don't reply. Terrible costumer service... Dont spend your money at companies like this

Shein claims they “refunded my money” and sent me a screenshot of “proof of refund”, however, it’s been 2 weeks and my bank still hasn’t seen any money. I contacted my bank they said a refund has not come through & SHEIN swears up and down they refunded it and there’s “nothing else they can do at this point”. Won’t be purchasing from here anymore.

Never ever buy from SEIN theres no real person to speak to when … NOT if …. When your parcel does not arrive. My husband is now the only one not getting a gift for his 1st holiday back home. Nothing more than steeling money from people Buffelo is even worse they say they tried to deliver your parcel but sitting at home the entire day there was no phone call nothing They lie and rob people

Customer service is horrible. I placed an order weeks ago and didn’t receive it. When I went to check the tracking number it shows as shipped. The package was shipped to an unknown address, not the one I have on file. I tried explaining this to customer service but of course you get generic responses through email. Many messages later and they can’t find my package but they say wait a little longer. So I contacted USPS and they told me they never received a package and closed out my tracking account. Again, tried to explain this to customer service and they say “I’m sorry but try and wait a little longer”. No empathy, terrible listening skills, horrible communication, they don’t care about the service only your money. I’ll never order from Shein again.

Would give this place zero stars if possible. Ordered a black dress from them in October, when it arrived it was really badly made and falling apart. Followed their returns procedure and sent it back, had a confirmation they'd received and were going to issue me a refund. Three days later had a confirmation that a refund had been given. It hadn't though. Tried to contact a person there, but it's impossible, but found on the FAQ's that they said if any problems with refunds it would not be their fault and as far as they are concerned, they've done their part and anyone who hasn't received a refund should contact their Bank and give them an 'Acquirer Reference Number' and the Bank will be able to chase up the refund. I looked on my Shein account and sure enough found an Acquirer Reference Number, so went straight to my bank in person. They literally laughed out loud and said that isn't even a thing. They checked with the Manager and also made some calls and said no one has ever heard of that and there's no way Shein can 'wash their hands' of the failed refund by passing it over to the Bank instead. They said it's obvious Shein did NOT refund my money and are just fobbing customers off. AVOID THIS PLACE. I'm never going to get my refund, so money down the drain.

Shein the prices have almost doubled, and the shipping that is coming out of Compton California! Delivery center has been a nightmare, the item sits in the facility for 4 or 5 days before sent out for delivery! Shipping used to take maybe 5 days total coming out of Anaheim facility! Disappointed in the down hill of SHEIN.

I advise you against ordering from SHEIN. Absolutely disgusting customer service! SHEIN you should know the importance of customer service and should pay attention to how your employees handle customers! I have been ordering from SHEIN for many many years, placing big orders. So far I was happy with products, as only once they messed up my order and sent me the wrong item instead of a dress which I ordered, because it was out of stock. Their error was resolved quickly by issuing the refund, however - I never received the actual dress which I ordered! Now, my latest ordered was messed up completely! 4 items were missing! Can you imagine? 4! I could understand a mistake of forgetting 1 or 2 items but 4??? Someone evidently made big error and SHEIN should feel responsible! I anticipate full refund and compensation. Missing items should have been resent asap. They haven’t. No one helped me. It’s not my error! It’s yours! I demanded to see the proof of warehouse video packing my items, which I never obtained. I exchanged hundreds of emails about this and MOHAMED and other agents were absolutely useless and incompetent! I was ping-ponging pointless emails for weeks and still: no refund has been issued neither none of the missing items have been resent to me! I was anticipating that parcel urgently as the items were crucial to me! SHEIN - you took my money and never delivered the clothes which I paid for. Is this a scam???? Your customer service isn’t helpful at all. I will never order from SHEIN again! Never! (Look how many orders I’ve placed so far!) You’ve lost your valid customer. I realise that I am only a small fish in the big ocean of millions of dollars which you make every day and you don’t care. But if you cheat this way by not sending all ordered items and you don’t pay attention to how customer service treats aggrieved and harmed customers, I won’t be the only one leaving! You will lose your customers sooner than you think! Don’t advise me here to contact your agent on your website because I have done it and no one has helped me! I feel ignored and not valid!
