“I ordered 2 products from Shein. I never received a confirmation email and never got the products, but they sure did charge my credit card. I have tried calling customer service, but it is a nightmare to get a hold of an actual person to refund my money. What a waste of money!”

“Bakwass Service...They dont provide solution for return Policy. U have to courier it compulsory for Mumbai Address. Don't go for this . Either go for Myntra, Flipkart and Amazon”

“I will give them 2 stars because I was helped by a person by the name of Nico when my order delivery went wrong. I ordered from SHEIN after seeing JordynWoods promote their clothing (a celebrity endorsing a company should have been enough of a red flag lol but to SHEIN’s credit I did find a couple of things I thought were cute and wearable for the winter season) online so I proceeded to order a few shirts and dresses for a total of $68. Everything was going well as far as shipment and delivery tracking until I received an email notification that indicated my package was delivered to another address with the wrong zip code....I immediately contacted customer support and was connected to Nico who helped me through the refund process. I was eventually refunded after 4 days. I will not be ordering from SHEIN again, but like I said I gave them 2 stars for handling the refund process really well as I’ve seen other customers complain that SHEIN has never refunded them or helped them. I got very lucky in my case.”

“It’s took a month to receive my order. Contacting costumer support live chats are awful. They would immediately disconnect with you whenever they want, in the middle of me typing. I had to go through 3 reps. Lovely Rose, Angelina, I forget last.”

“i returned my clothes with the label they sent me but they keep saying that they didnt get it. they have horrible customer service. i asked them why im not getting refund they keep making excuses saying for me to wait 5 days 3 days its been almost a month. donot buy cloths there. also they have the measurements all wrong. it rarely fits you.”

“I made a purchase online and received a message as if the order wasn't processed. Well long story short. Order was placed twice. Upon realizing it I tried to cancel the second order while in a processing state and the computer prompted me that the ordered couldn't be cancelled. I will never shop with them again.”

“i’ve had nothing but good experiences with shein. I’ve ordered on multiple occasions and has always been satisfied with shipping and quality of my items. As a shopper you have to pay attention to what items are popular and have reviews on the app/website to get an idea of what your ordering. if no one has bought it then beware. Other then that i’ve never had a problem with shein. just know cheap prices= cheap quality. don’t expect high end clothing for so cheap”

“It's been a month already. They authorised the refund, received the returned good but refuse to refund the money to my PayPal account as originally agreed. I will never buy from them again. DO NOT RECOMMEND.”

“Surprise gift given to me before X-Mas. I've read a lot of bad reviews so when I got the gift I was skeptical. To my surprise, it was perfect!!!!!!!!!! Love, love, love my new rose colored faux fur coat. The fit was spot on - it was exactly what I was looking for, if not better. :)”

“It’s been an awful experience, i placed an order and waited a month without receiving it and when I contacted customer service they told that it was lost, and that I would have to replace the order and pay for express shipping if I want to get it fast, am I supposed to pay extra money for a lost order after waiting for 1 month already?”

“When you return the whole order you are entitled to receive a full refund including the postage costs of sending the order to you. This is a legal requirement under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. SHEIN do not accept this so the postage costs are not refunded. As you also have to pay postage to return the order (which is permitted) I will not order again.”

“The pricing is of course what got me but the products were absolutely horrendous. I purchased a color block knit sweater and although the outside looked okay, the inside felt very rough and scratchy. I also bought sunglasses which were unbelievably too big and probably wouldn't sit on anyone's faces without falling right off. Will not order again and huge waste of money.”
