“Im surprised with the bad reviews on here. I love this company. Ive numerous order for both me and my kids and ive always been really surprised with how good the quality is given the pricing. The sizing is great as im usually a uk 20 and for once this company actually runs a little big or at least spot on. I like shein and have just orderes again! Usually takes a couple of weeks to get here but im fine with that!”

“Just tried to call them for return, the guy said they are only responsible for one return. That is not was stated on the order I told him. I said that's not fair!! he hung up in my face. Poor customer service. one star because wondering if the even answer...”

“I have ordered from this company at least twice a month for the past six months. I have used their return policy, points and refund policy successfully!!! Their products are quality items, I can’t say enough good things about this company. I watched youtube bloggers before I purchased because the reviews were so bad, but once I followed their size guide, I was able to get the perfect fit. ALL of my purchases have arrived within 7 days and my refunds in 2 weeks. I’m glad I didn’t listen to the bad reviews. Shein is my favorite on line shopping site!!!”

“I paid for EXPRESS SHIPPING and it’s been TWO weeks and i still haven’t gotten my packages. i ordered from Shein before and nothing like this has ever happened. i’m very disappointed...and it sucks because their clothes are affordable and nice but i will not be ordering from them again.”

“Only giving an extra star because the shipment came days early. Otherwise, everything was awful. The clothes were all not great quality and they looked like whoever made them has not seen a real human body before. I am usually a medium/large and decided to stick with large for this order. Any bodysuit pieces I got were way too small on botton and top and huge in the midsection. One large bra I received is about a B cup. Would not recommend. This was the first time I bought lingerie and it was for a special occasion and now I am just sad.”

“I was very dissatisfied with this company. I entered my info correctly including city and zip. on the shipping lable they changed my city and zip. while tracking my order I saw my order was being returned to the company. i tried to contact them the number on Google just rings. I tried IM through Instagram and became very very frustrated because of their lack of response. the responses I did get seemed automated. they didn't apologize but tried to blame me that they don't change customers info I sent pictures proving that I did not and a picture showing the address they had on the lable. I had to drive 46 miles round trip to pick up my order just so it wouldn't be returned and take longer to receive and I paid in full no payment plan. I will never order again”

“Returned about 40$ of clothing and never got my money back after multiple calls with them. Never buy from them they steal your money. Clothes were far from what they description was. Sizes weren’t right at all. The clothes arrived in ziplock bags. Very low quality and not worth one penny of your money.”

“I have bought shorts from here and it wasn’t good. In one there was lose string and very cheap and crappy material. The second one was way too big and was like a paper bag with super long string. I expected high quality. In YouTubers videos they also wear Shien.. It looks amazing quality and they even say they like it, but when I tried it for myself it wasn’t what I thought. Disappointed and confused.”

“I'm a plus size girl--I ordered a 2x and I swear when it came it was the size of a medium and I could not even get my arm in it--trying to return something or get the attention of someone at Shein is like pulling teeth. After trying over and over and response I just gave up and gave the items to my nieces. Save your time and frustrations and purchase elsewhere!”

“The sweatshirt is very cute BUT runs very small! I usually wear a large in a sweatshirt and like it loose and ordered a XL and it’s snug and the material is very thin. I received it very quickly. Not worth sending back. Will give to someone smaller.”

“it is practically impossible to make a return. their website makes it very hard if not impossible to get contact for starting a return. the clothing is very cheap so not surprising that the quality of fabric is unattractive”

“This is my first time ordering with them. I need to return some items but when I log in my password isn't working so I attempt the option Forgot my Password but have done it 3 times now and get no emails. I placed a second order under a new profile and raised a ticket against that order explaining the situation with all my contact details and still no response! This is unacceptable. I cant return any items or get my money back. Avoid this website!!!!”

“I need to return some items but my password seems to not be working so I do the forgot my password option 3 times now and I never get an email to re-set it so I can log in to return some items. I have since set up a new profile and submitted a ticket via that order and explained my situation and no response either!!! That's one way to get out of returns and refunds! Very disappointed.”
