“BECAREFUL with buying gift cards. I had ordered a 75.00 one and it was not sent to me by e-mail. When I spoke to Lovely Rose on chat she stated that my gift card can not be released because it was flagged for possible fraud and I needed to provide my ss#, picture id and bill of proof of my address (shady). When I went to type her back to cancel the order she signed off. I got in touch with someone else and he stated I can be refunded and I would get an e-mail stating I was going to be refunded. I have yet to received anything. I am dealing with PayPal about this but who knows how this is going to turn out. Please AVOID buying from them. There is obviously a scam going on here with taking your money and possible identity.”

“Please do not trust this company shein. i placed a order before christmas and never got the order. then i tried contacting customer service and they kept telling me go back and get my order number in witch they had delete, but at the same time took $71,01 out of my bank account. and erase the history of purchase. do not trust this company. I am contacting my bank about this as well. this company is doing a lot of bad business with a lot of people,”

“Daughter received a sweatshirt as a Christmas gift. Washed 1x and garment shrank out of size. SheIN return policy does not accept washed items so would not process an exchange for larger size. The customer chat person cut me off when I attempted to complain about their policy, so I guess I leave my complaint here instead. Will not be giving them any future business.”

“Do NOT trust this website. SHEIN charged my account $29 on 12/25 when I did not buy ANYTHING for a while from them. I tried to return a few items and NEVER got my refund. DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE IT IS A SCAM. They will just steal your money like they did mine. Delete your account info asap from this site and change your account info so they don't end up charging you for nothing.”

“I refunded two packages on December 2nd, have still not received my money back. It's a bad service. I chat with customer service and they show pictures of my returned items and they say just wait for two more days and you will get your refund back and will receive an email from us which I never got anything from them yet.”

“Shein is misleading! They send me coupons of "take 30% off plus free shipping" codes, when I apply the code it takes only a couple bucks off but no free shipping! I tried to apply a free shipping code, it works but then the % code doesn't work! Shein, DO NOT SEND ME CODES if they're not going to be applied with my order!”

“Not bad you get what you pay for. But theyre some defendant winners to be found. I got everything I ordered in a decent amount of time. I never had to deal with customer service so I can't speak for how they are.”

“I was very skeptical ordering from Shein, however I received my order 8 days after placing it. I bought a pair of leopard booties, they fit & look exactly as pictured.. Whew, after reading some of these reviews, glad i didn’t have the bad experiences..”

“I ordered three plus size graphic T-shirts from SheIN. I was really hoping, because they looked so nice. The quality was ok, shipping time also fine. But the sizing was off; they are huge, but very short. I’ll be wearing them around the house until they are ready for the bin. Disappointed.”

“Ive ordered from Shein more than 5 times. You need to pay attention to the measurements and reviews. I've havnt had any issues so far. I will be returning an item in the next few days and see how that goes.”

“I ordered 2 products from Shein. I never received a confirmation email and never got the products, but they sure did charge my credit card. I have tried calling customer service, but it is a nightmare to get a hold of an actual person to refund my money. What a waste of money!”

“Bakwass Service...They dont provide solution for return Policy. U have to courier it compulsory for Mumbai Address. Don't go for this . Either go for Myntra, Flipkart and Amazon”
