“I have never had any issues ordering clothing from SHEIN. As most, I read the reviews on the clothing that I am interested in and figure out what my size would be based on US sizes. I love how honest everyone is about the material, sizing, how the top fits ( tight or loose) and whether or not to order up a size. PLUS side they always offer some type of coupon to give you an awesome discount on your order!”

“I purchased a dress for a wedding and I was truly upset it wasn't at all like the pictures advertised. Very loose and baggy, size unfitted so I decided to return it. After paying for the packages fees which I believe it was quite an amount I have been waiting 2 months for the return to be processed. I have now contacted them to acknowledge what is happening, first time round they told me it was done and I should check with my bank entity, was given a "screenshot" of what they think is a transfer but actually doesn't help me or my bank to see what's the issue. Second time I contacted them they said exactly the same but because I insisted they promise to escalate the issue with the management team and that I will receive an email with further information. Another week is gone and yet no email or whatsoever. Poor customer service by far but what's worst is a fraud.”

“I have ordered from Shein many times and I DO recommend it. It is reliable if you do your homework and just read the reviews. I am giving this site a good rating mainly because reviews are something which are reliable on this site, and they’re available in the first place. However, I will warn that shipping can take a little bit, but most of the time they come reliably on time, and friends have said that returns are a hassle. I’ve experienced return hassles everywhere, and am always aware of the risks. At shein, the prices are honestly just so good, that I haven’t been inconvenienced by the couple of bad products I’ve gotten and have donated them instead. Know your companies, and the qualities they serve. Sheen sells many.”

“I have ordered from Shein many times and yes, some times are bad HOWEVER if you read the reviews on items before you purchase them, you will get a good indication on their quality. “Ok if you actually get your items. If you have a problem or need to return good luck. They say they have chat 24*7 not true. There is no email option or way to contact them.”

“ive bought quite a bit of stuff from this site and tbh i should have read the refund policy more clearly i think its a bit out of order that you dont get the full refund for what you purchased they deduct the return postage , thats well wrong .Doubt if i will be shopping with them again i think its really poor practice .”

“Better than what I expected for the price of the items. I had pretty low standards when I placed my order- but I wasn't disappointed in any way. I have ordered from them multiple times and it can be admittedly hit or miss. For example, I ordered two bras: one is my new favorite because it was so cheap and so cute+comfortable and the other one that is a little tight, a little itchy, not too comfy, but not the worst thing ever. Items sometimes take a while, but why rush them, ya know?”

“although i had a couple of dresses that were a lot larger than they said, for the most part i have had a good experience with this compan and the clothing. the wait time isn't that long, a week or so. the dresses i have ordered are exactly what i expect for the $. cute, casual and are holding together over a year of wearing a lot. i live in their dresses and i can buy several for $80. so for the money they are great. if you want better quality don't buy here, there is a reason they are reasonably priced. i have ordered about 20 or so dresses so far and out of them i really wear about 16 of them regularly and the others occasionally. only a couple were too big and unflattering. but averaging in the prices, it was still worth it.”

“Ordered 4 Tops in 3x. I like them loose and long to wear with leggings! Three of the tops fit like 1x and are very short, I’m 5’6” and hit just below bellybutton! All pieces say made in China! So I’d been better off ordering from Wish, and saved money in the long run! Will not be ordering from Shein anymore! Buyer beware”

“I ordered 3 dresses.tracked then until they got to dublin And then they got lost.i was refunded straight away.i ordered the same and 2 more pieces and they were delivered within 10days.very impressed with quality of the clothing.its unusual clothes with great prices.”

“Very fast delivery from ordering to delivery 6 days!! Very fast!! I ordered Bardot style polka dot jumpsuit I’m a size 14/16 but ordered 18 and it’s a perfect fit so would advise to order size up. For the price the quality wasn’t too bad perfect for holidays! Will definitely be shopping at Shein again!!”

“I ordered 4 items then panicked after reading the reviews on here. I immediately asked for a refund (approx after 1 hour of ordering) I’m happy to say that I have been given a full refund with and it’s gone back into my PayPal account. I wanted to write this to show that this company has improved their refund process, from previous comments made”

“I have ordered from Shein on several occasions and had been very happy with what i'd bought. Only recently I had to return two items. Not only did Shein charge me for the return postage, which no other online ordering shop does, but they took an inexplainable amount of time to effect a refund. I ended up having to contact their customer services to ask what the delay was. I have now been had the refunded amounts credited to my card, albeit less than what I paid for the clothes. What I would also like to say is that their cotton tops are great. They fit well, wash well and because it's a quality fabric and reasonably priced - they really are worth the purchase!”

“You really do get what you pay for: some items were made from very nice fabrics and fit wonderfully; other items simply didn't. I had to send about 50% of my purchases back because they looked weird or because the fabric was horrible or badly made. The items I kept were of okay quality (like I said: you get what you pay for). However, once you have decided to send items back you cannot publicly review them anymore, which means that only the positive reviews make it onto the website - which is incredibly misleading and unhelpful and makes me question further purchases. That is absolutely not o.k.”
