“I’m surprised to see so many negative reviews. I’ve like everything I’ve ordered so far! (2 dresses 1 pair of leggings). I actually ordered too big of a size (dresses) and opted for a return and they provided me with a return label free of charge! Very impressed. I’ve had no problem logging back in to see my order. My order came by the end of the month.”

“About a year and a half ago I ordered from SHEIN and didn’t like the items at all. However I had read that they had gotten better and gave it a shot again because for the price it was worth it. Since then I’ve ordered four different times (a total of about 20 items) and liked all but one skirt. I’ve found the key is to read the reviews. People will say if it’s a quality product and how the sizing works. Of course it is more Forever 21 quality than Gucci but it a dress is $10 and I like the style and can wear it for awhile it’s worth it. Some of the dresses the fabric is thinner so a slip is a must but I was very pleasantly surprised at how well made the sweaters were. Shipping was fast considering it’s coming from China so it does take about two weeks.”

“If I could write less than one star I would. Products are cheap knock offs of the photos. Half my items broke or are barely holding together. Worst quality I have ever seen. Looks like it came out of a gumball machine....and I paid a lot of money is the very worst part.”

“Very poor services delivery not on time very worst servies patetic customer support no one can.codinate for the same .... Very bad experience from you guys I book the delivery request by 8 jan and today's is 18 not received my parcel.....please I suggest you DNT book any parcels from SHEIN”

“The website tells you you can return the clothes if there's a problem. They mention the customer has to pay the shipping fee,which is fine. However they don't mention they also charge you about $CAD 8 to 12 to generate a return label. No where does there return policy say they'll charge.. absolutely ridiculous! Never buying from them again. The clothes didn't fit. They sent me medium when I ordered a small with the elastic worn out. So essentially if you're top was $CAD16 I'm going to end up spending more on returning it.”

“Purchase took 4 weeks to deliver. The quality was cheap and not easy to wear professionally. I returned the majority of my products and 6 weeks later - I am still waiting for my refund. No one can Give me a date that they can expect my refund. So still waiting on over $100 to be deposited back into my account. Not happy!”

“The leggings are so thin they are see-through, I mean you could genuinely read a book through them (this is not an exaggeration). It’s great for when I have a bruise on my leg and I want to show someone without removing my clothes. There is also a hole on the inner seam, not a small hole, kinda like a glory hole you’d find in an unscrupulous public toilet – I’ll need to sew that which is great, I have 2 jobs and a 2 year old so I’ve been looking for more things to occupy my time. I ordered a size 12 – 14 and I’d say they are on the slightly larger side, probably a good thing because based on the quality I’ve seen so far, I imagine they’ll shrink to fit my toddler once I’ve washed them. Luckily I only spent £20 for the 2 pairs (I’m yet to open the second pair, I can’t wait to see what joy awaits me when I do) so I’m not too bothered but I would strongly advise you not to spend a lot of money with Shein. On the plus side they arrived 9 days after I ordered. Items are shipped from their warehouse in Asia and I’m confident they have great working conditions for their staff, I bet they are allowed to visit the soft play and eat ice cream on their lunch and everything.”

“I purchased 7 new tops for work from Shein about two weeks ago. I received them via courier today and I was impressed actually despite the bad reviews I see now on this website. The items came on time and were exactly what I had ordered. I read the reviews on the Shein website itself for each item I was looking at purchasing (when people posted pictures with the shirts on it made my decision easier), and shopped out of the plus size section. I typically wear an extra large. I’m 190 pounds, 5’3” and my arms are the biggest part of my upper body. I ordered all 1X. I was nervous things wouldn’t fit but for the most part they did! The quality of the material is just as good as anything I’d find at my local mall so I was happy I got the amount of items I did at a fraction of the price. A few of the shirts were looser in areas I’d like them to be but were either shorter in the front than I’d like or fit just right. Overall, I’d order from them again. Just be careful and mindful of the sizes you’re ordering. My friends suggested I order a size up and I’m glad I did.”

“Ordered a coat. Did not receive confirmation of my purchase, but credit card billed. Can't log back into the site, because once you put in email and password, it brings up a pop-up asking you to complete a puzzle. When trying to drag and drop, the puzzle piece will NOT move. It is impossible to log in to this site. Everything points to a fraudulent site.”

“I placed an order for a rosegold dress for my daughter's graduation...it NEVER delivered!!! Although they made claims it did...I have surveillance cameras that prove they never came thru with my order & I'm also a housewife who stayed home waiting for it. PayPal didnt even cover for us either...I will never order from shein again”

“To start off with the products are of really bad quality. If you don’t like the product and would like to return it... good luck on the refund which you will never receive in this lifetime. Please stay away from this company I literally wasted $200 and even though I did not ask for express delivery I ended up spending $45 to top that $17 more to send the products back”

“I ordered an item which I had never received. Now I am trying to call the company and it says that the number is incorrect and I tried to chat with them and it just a robot. So I do not feel like a really good company. I spent 19 dlrs as my first time, because I wanted to try if it was a good company, but I see that isn't good.”
