“I absolutely love Shein products. I have spent hundreds of dollars on tops, dresses and jackets and I love them all. I have received compliments from people when I wear them. I love to wear the women's dresses at home to relax in. Shein is one of the greatest discoveries in my life. I just love Shein.”

“I have contacted them numerous times to make a return, and they absolutely refuse to acknowledge me. They will not give me a return authorization or reply to my messages. My item was being returned within their return policy and was unworn. There is no reason why they should be ignoring me. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!”

“Just received my package today and honestly didn’t expect much after reading reviews !! The package arrived from order to receive in seven days !! Ordered three bra and pantie sets and everyone of them were perfect !! They fit and felt so perfectly - they are what you pay for and so much more !!!”

“Horrible customer service. Thank god for Instagram DM because that is the only way I could get in touch. I wish I could post the conversation I’m having with them so that you could all experience the pure frustration. I placed, paid for and received an order that I never got an email confirmation for and it never showed up on my Shein account. I could just leave it alone since all went well but I want the points for the order! Plus, isn’t it a little sketchy that I have no actual proof besides my bank statement and the clothes that I actually placed this order? Wish I thought to keep the plastic bag they sent everything in. They keep asking me what my order number was over and over. I NEVER GOT ONE! WHY ARENT THEY UNDERSTANDING THAT? I really like the clothes though, lol. But if something goes wrong, you’re SOL.”

“paid for an order. They said it was delivered (wasn’t). Said that the tracker said it was. Passed to me to sort. Tracking number was not registered to my address, proving it wasn’t delivered. Went around in circles and now being ignored. They have my money and my items and have just shut me off. Definitely beware. Good when it works, but when it doesn’t you have no hope. And no chance with refunds.”

“I have tried to contact them multiple times regarding the returns policy. I have emailed so much and no one has got back to me. Absolutely terrible and the worst customer service ever!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They never answer their phone, their emails are fake and they send automated messages through Facebook. Unreliable and unprofessional. 😡😡”

“I paid for express shipping and didn’t receive it and when I asked for refund for the shipping rate that I did not get, they said sorry we can’t do that. Also the clothes are never true to size! Buyers BEWARE!”

“This company is IMPOSSIBLE to contact! They advertise free returns but good luck with that. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO WAY TO REQUEST A RETURN ON THEIR WEBSITE! Better make sure you love it before you buy it because you'll never be able to get a refund!!!!!”

“My experience with shein has been great!! My daughters and I have been ordering from this company since last year. And so far all our orders have been correct.. and all the items look like the pics.. the stitching is good.. and sizes are pretty true to size.. Delivery time isn't bad..I usually get my order within 5 to 7 days.. the prices are reasonable..I love the sales as well..very affordable. I've never had to return anything. Overall they are legit!!”

“Order 3 pairs of bikinis, all small , measured before purchase, and 1 out of the 3 fit , 2 of the tops were that small they barely covered the nipples , abit fustrating as you cant return bikinis either.”

“I ordered a lot of things from Shein because they have plus-sized amazing clothes. My orders came in time. Of course, it's not the best quality, but it's not the worse either, you can just see that with the prices they give to you ; don't except the best quality. Never used the refund service because everything was fine, but if you are scared of this, just make sure to buy carefully ! (stars, comments, etc...)”

“I ordered from shein a few times and never had a problem. I ordered from shein January 14, 2020 and paid for express shipping 2-4 day that cost $14.99. I received the package on January 20, 2020 at 3:00pm after my Birthday what was the point of paying for express shipping. 🤬 Now I can’t get in contact with them to get my $14.99. I am a YouTuber and I did a review in the past, I will be doing an update on my experience.”

“I had order quite a bit of clothing from this website at once, over half of the clothes needed to be shipped back. Shein was decent about getting me the shipping label so I didn’t have to pay for it but it’s now been 2-3 months and I have yet to receive my refund. I have sent a lot of emails asking about this and have yet to get a response (now emailing them daily). Unfortunately I would not recommend anyone to shop on this site. You don’t know what kind of quality clothing your going to get and they don’t seem to give you your money back. Very disappointed and I feel ripped off.”

“Sooo it’s been about a month still have not received my items nor have they even been shipped out . This is beyond ridiculous. I decided to only spend around $50 just to get a feel of the store before I spent more and so glad I did . I will never purchase again from them who knows if and when I’ll ever receive my items but I’m sure when I do they probably won’t fit or will be cheaply made . Are they’re any good reliable affordable clothes stores anymore ??”

“I ordered for the first time in January 2020, Delivery was quick. The clothes and fashion looked really good, not cheap but unusual which I liked. Big mistake, the quality is poor it is not worth 1/4 of the price paid. It looks like rags and I will never shop there again. It all comes from China and very crappy. I wish I could get a refund but to mail back not to mention customs duty, it's not worth it. I wasted CDN $200 and it goes to garbage.”

“Personally I think Shein is great - you just need to know what to buy. I don't buy leggings or jeans from Shein for example as they always end up too wide on the legs, and the legging material is usually pretty thin and see through. The key part is to read reviews and look at the measurments of the review writers so that you can gauge if they would fit you correctly. The reviews can also be filtered by photographs, a lot of the users upload pictures when they receive the items so you can see if they represent the picture and how they fit. I try to avoid items with no user pictures and save them in my wishlist until somebody else has tried it out. Returns are super simple, I think it's better to have a "haul" on Shein rather than just one or two items as there's always going to be something you don't like, just like any online retailer.”
