“I have raised a refund request 4 months ago. They took the product also but I have not received the refund till now. I have been trying to call the customer care many times it will never connect. HORRIBLE SERVICE.”

“I ordered 3 items and I returned one.The fabric Is very bad and cheap quality.Not worth the price we pay. I still haven’t received my refund for the item I returned,No response from them either for the numerous messages I sent in fb messenger. Honestly Kmart have better stuff for cheaper prices.”

“I had a good experience. I was skeptical at first, and thought that the coronavirus outbreak would be an issue. The order came, I was notified on Facebook, the shirts are the correct size. I recommend you wash before wearing. I'm please for the little bit of money I spent.”

“I honestly love all the stuff I get from there and it has been good quality as far as sweaters, shirts and earrings. I only ran into late shipping once, but other than that I've had really good experiences and have ordered from them countless times!”

“I ordered two items. I have been tracking it for the longest and it is still in the same spot. ALSO, I went to check on it again today and it said my order was cancelled because it was out of stock. THIS IS THE worst website to order from. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!”

“How come I can't withdraw from my Shein wallet or buy anything. And when I called the customer service for more than one week which is always busy. Is this how you managed. And always wrong timing of delivery.... Worst denim. I shouldn't have buy. Now regretted. Anyway please look into these if you wished your clients and customers to continue purchasing from you.”

“Shein charges too many extra cost like COD fee, shipping charge , shipping guarantee cost. Apart from this, if you return the item , the refund is not in full amount . you need to pay the ship back amount. It was a huge loss. Do not buy from shein.”
