“i ordered 6 items which then were split into two packages. One has already came 2 week ago, but the second package has no tracking update since 12th march and it's 25th march. I recommend shopping with asos”

“Some pieces of clothing were really cute and can wear daily such as bodysuits that you can pair with skirts or pants/jeans. Others are not great such as some skirts, dresses were poor quality. Not every article of clothing is like that. You just really have to use your best judgment. I tried leaving an honest review of my order on their site, but there was an error and then they “deleted” it, which really didn’t impress me. You can have all positive reviews, that’s just not realistic. I love how cheap prices are, overall, but you will have issues with Shein, so expect that. I will try more clothes just to see if I can get more good styles, but after the first return they charge you $8, so I’m hoping I just make perfect selections”

“I have placed about 12 orders and all of them received in perfect condition! The items are gorgeous - I am in love. My new favourite online store. Response for Customer service queries take about 24 hours - but they always do respond and sort out your issue! Staff are friendly, and always ready to assist. I have done refunds, exchanges of items, changes of shipment method - all through the service tickets. Will highly recommend SheIN 🌸”

“Do not buy bathing suits as you can not return them even if all the tags tape everything is still on them. I ordered a medium adult bathing suit......my 12 year old couldn't fit into it. The sizes are soooooo off from normal.”

“I placed order and came across Shein by accident when searching for Jean skirts. I loved the "look". I had not seen these reviews beforehand. I ordered 4 Jean skirts, Jean dress, and 3 other dresses. The sizes do run bigger. My husband and I decided we should down all of my sizes. The material is great, not cheap at all and trust me I compare these with Banana Republic, Gap, Nordstrom. I love the way everything feels. I will be placing another order in next few weeks. Lesa”

“The Quality is absolutely horrible. The lingerie is cheap no Quality whatsoever along with their underwear. I think the best thing I got were my Jean jackets and hats everything else was eh just stick to fashion nova girl this $300 shopping spree was nothing but a disappointment. But if you need some cool dandy hats this is your place! 🤣”

“They say they offer 100% satisfaction guarantee but only on selected items. I opened my swimsuit tried it on and what do you know... doesn’t fit and I can’t return it. There’s not even an email address to contact someone from customer service. I will NEVER order from this bull$@!? company. Save your money people these products are made in China and are complete TRASH”
