“I ordered around $60 worth of clothes off shein. they never came. none of them did. I ordered on around march 25th and it still hasn’t come. I can’t even get my money back either. I’m not an extremely weathly person so i’m very upset that I wasted so much money off of something I did not even receive.”

“Im a person who loves fashion. I shop at Macy's, Lord and Taylor, Zara, H&M and pretty every store most fashionista's shop. So when I tell you, Im telling you the truth I am. Shein's cloths are very poorly made. I was in shock when I got my order. I said to myself is this legal? That's how bad the cloths were! The picture online are not what you get. I purchased 7 tops and sent back 6. The top I kept was still bad. I also purchased a pair of shoes that looked liked they were made from a cardboard box. Do not buy from this store they should be shut down if they are not willing to sell quality. I rather go to GoodWill than shop here. They get you on style. Don't be fooled what's in the picture is not what you'll get.”

“Very bad quality clothing. My daughters 3 tops arrived today. Size L and they just fit my almost 6 year old ( except sleeves too long). Terrible material, no label/ sizing label on any piece of clothing. Cheap and nasty quality. Images look completely different to what actually arrived.”

“You get what you pay for. Bought a coat from Shein in size L because I'm size 12. I had to reach behind my hips to put my hands in the pockets and it was so small I couldn't do the coat up.”

“I only received one item form my order. I was weary about the site to begin with. Then I get my order and it had a stain on it. Trying to remove it because it's not even worth sending it back. Hopefully the second package will be better”

“Worst Scammer Shein.com I was Ordered many things but 5 days ago they still showing packaging like this they are giving the service so what should be expect about clothes quality its small order or they are taking to long once i am trying to contact customer support agent they are rude they dont know how to talk with customer i wanna say 1 thing they now how to took money from customer but they dont know about service”

“I’ve ordered multiple times. Some items are great quality but some are terrible. You really have to pay attention to what material the item is made of. The thing that irks me the most is that their item reviews are bogus. There is never an item that is under 4.5 stars. There was a review that someone received a broken lipstick yet still gave 5 stars? I have been a customer for 1.5 years and have yet to see a review with the customer actually wearing the item. I’ve bought a lot in the ‘home’ section and several beauty tools that I’ve been satisfied with. You get what you pay for and have to ask yourself if it’s worth the risk. It’s definitely hard to buy something when the sizing is always different, the quality is questionable, and if it doesn’t work out- good luck returning it. But I still come back and shop!”

“Just placed three orders. Variety of sizes from xsmall to 3xl. Swim suits, shirts, denim, under garments. All are great quality. Arrived quick. I would say the items I ordered in the curve section, run a size big. I was told to Order up, however that was not the case. But that’s not issue at all!”

“I order mostly shoes and I love them! I have placed about 10 orders and have never had a problem. The shoes actually look better than expected for the money you pay. I have returned items for free and received a refund within days. The delivery is usually in time but at times the shipments come from different locations so they may arrive from DHL or USPS. The clothes are just ok. The material isn't the best. I personally love their shoes, sneakers, boots, glasses, some bags, cosmetics, and a few other things. Always check reviews.”

“Ok, so their clothing is absolutely ADORABLE and cute! However, the service is awful. I ordered something and it said it would come in on the 27th of February... I got it on the 15th of March. Not such great quality either. I would suggest to NOT order from this place. I recommend ASOS instead.!!!”

“I wouldn’t even give shein 1 star but I had to In order to write this review. Their clothing is if very cheap quality I wouldn’t even pay £0.50 for a top I ordered £40 worth off stuff and sent it all back it’s the first time I ordered from Shein and deffo the last. They take money off you when you return your goods. This website should be closed down. Trust me all don’t buy the stuff It’s very poor quality. They are robbing people.”

“scam , ripped offt, that was my first time . i ordered two orders.. first oder 250 $, second order 270$, . i return most them, ,but i never get back return money ..even i called the supervisor have to charged extra 40 $ for return fee.. even then i wait for two months, never got my return. ,i lost about 500$.. from SHIEN .. never again”

“i ordered a fitted waffle knit dress and a pair of loose straight leg jeans from shein, and they came a week early! the dress fit great and so did the jeans. however, the hem stitching on the jeans pokes out and is a bit uncomfortable there. besides that, it was super cheap and i loved it!”
