“The quality is atrocious. The dress I ordered was sewn by a 2 year old and unwearable. Cheap material and I had to throw out all 4 items; they were too bad to donate.”

“The worse. I ordered and paid through PayPal for 6 items, only to look back days to my account on Shein to see when items would be shipped and noticed that my order says cancelled, yet no email no return of my funds was given by Shein. I emailed customer service with several proofs only to be told that on their end it was cancelled and funds never received, thank God I used PayPal, where they can see that the funds were given and will dispute this for me. NEVER AGAIN WILL I PURCHASE FROM SHEIN, VERY POOR SERVICE.”

“My products get moved back every single day. From expected delivery on the 8th all the way to the 30th of the month. Very frustrating . And I was supposed to have express shipping”

“The shirt I ordered was just on backwards on one piece the pants that I ordered are ripped jeans but the stitching has it Sideways and then I turn around or 3 miles Jones horrible”

“I was skeptical about ordering after I read all the comments because they are 50/50. But this site is WONDERFUL! I usually wear a size 12-14 in US, so I ordered the curvy 1xl and they were just a bit baggy. The quality is great, and they ship quickly. I had an estimated delivery for March 10 and got everything on March 8th. Im placing my second order shortly.”

“I ordered a couple of items due to style and price. Arrived in a timely manner. Quality of clothing is awful - looks very cheap and is basic polyester so the fabric does not move with you. Would not recommend”

“Ordered a bunch of items because my daughter wanted them. First off, one item is missing from the order. Shoes are the wrong size, way too small. Like 2 sizes down. Quality of the items are very poor. 3 different size 8 clothes are roughly size 7, 8 and 10. Don't even bother.”

“Unfortunately there returns policy is dammed near impossible to navigate and extremely inconvenient. Plus they charge me for returning the items! Insane! I received 4 dresses, the first by itself and was just amazing. The next three were a disaster. Loose threads, wrong sizes and horrible see through material. I could not have been anymore disappointed.”

“I bought a product and needed to return it. It DID not come with a return label and will not order again. Product was too small. And, they do not provide a customer service number to contact. Also, I never received an email on the order status nor delievery.”

“I ordered from Shein in June 2019. One of the items that they already charged me for was then marked as out of stock. They said the refund would be back on my card within 30 days! When they tried to issue the refund my credit card was hacked. Do not use this site! It’s a scam, and the clothes are cheap. Don’t give them any of your credit card information, and definitely do not ever use a debit card”
