“I didnt have any expectations from Shein but it turned out to be really good! I did a haul, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_lOTtB4NpSE, and loved all my clothes. The only issue is the inconsistency of sizes; sometimes xs was perfect and sometimes it was too big!”

“A lot of choice and OK price BUT if something goes wrong, it will be your problem. Their customer service is real bad. I received a damaged item. First, had to talk with their stupid bot computer. Then I was finally able to submit a ticket. They answered me in a random foreign language that they are having festival and marked my ticked as solved. I contacted them again. The contact person Zoé said she cant help me and will send another colleague. So then I had to explain for the 3th time my problem. Some weeks later, still no solution or anything. Very frustrating to deal with company's that only focus on selling but don't offer any quality or guarantee any service afterwards.”

“I ordered 2 items which I never received even a email confirmation for, the money just came straight out of my account nothing else everytime I log back in it tell me I have to order that have been placed I looked in every email and nothing I have my order number but it’s like it was never placed just the money taken there no number to call the custom service is TERRIBLE. This is the most sorry ass website I’ve EVER shopped at and I hope no one else gets there money stolen ! Every time I try and enter the order # it says no found.”

“Terrible, cheap clothing. Ordered 11 things and only 1 thing made it to me. Ordered Jan 20th and it is now February 8th and the tracking still says “China Flight Departure” NEVER again will I order from this shady company”

“I ordered several pieces of clothing for work and date nights. Both orders were over $100 and they arrived in less than a week both times. Most of the items were of good quality but a few were thin. I probably won't order from Shein again because I initiated a return for one of the items that did not fit well and I have not received a return email notification with a shipping label and I'm not about to pay a pretty penny for a pair of pants that cost a little over $12.”

“Everything that i have ordered was correct and fit well. I only order products with reviews under the product so i know my correct size. I've never had a problem with Shein. I've ordered over 50 clothes from there, and I've only had a problem with one dress because it was too big. I recommend this site”

“Never ordering from Shein again! I ordered my items weeks ago and still has not even made it to the US! If I would have went to my usual clothing websites my stuff would have been here weeks ago. All I can say is that it is worth the extra money to buy from somewhere else and get it in a timely manner than from this place. Never again!!”

“Have not received my order as I write this and I hope to receive it. Their advertisement showed 5-8 days delivery from shipping, it's now been 11 days and somehow the info on my account has changed from shipment on the 24/1 to the 3/2?? This is frustrating and very disappointing!”
