“Big Cheats. Instead of refunding my amount for a return I placed it in the shein wallet. Finally when I opted for the refund it showed me the option to do so. Got a mail confirming that refund would be accepted and I would receive the same in 2-3 days. Been more than a year and I never received the amount. There is no way of contacting them too.”

“Don't buy from them, is a scam website , they ship wrong items , and you have to pay for shipping back , and also they never refund you original shipping costs. Stay away and never buy from them”

“Ordered my daughters Christmas present in December, spent R750 and still haven't received the order. Her tracking order disappeared off of the app and we have proof of payment. I would now like a refund. Very unsatisfied.”

“I don’t even believe I brought a star, I ordered last year November. They sent an email saying that I received my parcel and I asked a refund, again told I received a refund. They are scam these people.”

“Ordered fast track ordering but only got 1 shirt out of 22 items I ordered, and it clearly said my order is delivered, as I said only found 1 item and nothing more. Plus the item I received was torn and missing a button. Nowhere to contact Shein, except to return back items, well I can't send back what I don't have. Yes the clothing might be cheap in price, it's not worth it if you don't get it... What a messed up company I've contacted my bank am going to let them deal with these persons cause I have no way to! Advice to all, buy elsewhere”

“I ordered a $100 gift card for my daughter on December 6th. They sent me an invalid number and pin. Have been told they are issuing a new card and I need to wait 24-72 hours. This has been going on for weeks with no resolve. No customer service number only live chat. They are useless and have stolen from me.”

“Ordered a pair of boots that were advertised as genuine leather. When they came in a flat bag to my mailbox I knew that I wasn’t going to like what I would see when I opened the bag. Horrible product, no leather anywhere just plastic. Smelled like a cheap dollar store. Straight into the garbage. Will NEVER buy from them again. The product you see is NOT what you get. They should be shut down”

“I brought a Camo pants! I read the reviews before and actually was happy because the reviews was good. The delivery was quick, but I got my right size and was very big by the zipper, the legs too. It came ripped at front by the zipper. Well, I’m don’t know much about the return policy! I don’t recommend!”

“Shipping is extremely long! The website gives you one day & when you make the purchase the date is extended. Very disappointed, I made my order 01/10/2022 and it’s now saying delivery date 01/24/2022. Now it looks as if my daughter won’t have her outfit for her birthday. Literally took 2 weeks for delivery. Now my daughter doesn’t have an outfit for her birthday 😔”

“I have never heard of Shein until yesterday. I reviewed my credit card account and somehow they charged $332.34 to my credit card. The bank issued me a credit and canceled my card but Shein turned around and charged my card again before the bank could cancel card. I can only assume this company is nothing but scammers. warning: STAY AWAY form Shein!!!!”

“I ordered a good amount of clothes to gift to my nephew for Christmas since I saw they had good pricing. I paid expedited shipping which is around $13 so that I could get it here as soon as possible.They took alittle bit longer than expected to process my order but I figured I ordered with enough time that it wouldn’t be a problem. Well, after they finally shipped, it seems my parcel got lost in transit. I kept reaching out to FedEx as Shein told me once they ship it’s no longer their problem. Finally after a week of no movement or help from FedEx, I reached back out to SHEIN to see if I could at least be refunded so I could possibly reorder my items or buy another gift for my nephew. They asked me to give them another 7 business days to investigate what happened before I contact them again. At this point, I’m out of money, time and gifts. I tried to be patient and gave them the time they requested to look into what happened. The 7 business days have come and gone so I requested that they refund me my full amount. They told me I would not be refunded shipping which was $13 because it’s not something they do. Instead they tried to give me a coupon code for free shipping which mind you, you get free shipping if you order more than $49 anyways. They are complete scammers that don’t care about their customers. Do yourself the favor and shop elsewhere as they will do nothing to help you out when things go wrong.”
