“Beware - this company is a con. They take your money but then become invisible - unable to contact by email, Chat is a con and does not work - you money will go and you will get no further contact. BEWARE - dont be conned into throwing your money away.”

“Avoid! Impossible to get a refund or swap! Size was way out. Customer Service non existent or not interested. Either way when you purchase don't expect to be able to swap or get a refund. Pointless shopping here for clothes where this is needed.”

“Stay Clear! I had the wrong top delivered 3 times & they wanted me to pay the return shipping. When I finally got them to pay for 1 return shipment I had a choice of putting it in my shein wallet or back on my card. I chose the wallet as I thought I would use it to buy something. It was gone when I went to use it . I asked where it went & received a form that its only good for 24 hrs! I never got an email telling me this or I would have used it or chose to have it refunded to my credit card. And this was after a ton of emails explaining why I shouldn't have to pay return shipping for their error! They have an answer for everything & this was my last straw. No more will I ever order from them!”

“I order my stuff last week and yet to receive any notification no transitioning or no signs of anything if your ordering clothes for summer or even just to have in your closet get to doing so NOW! o had 3 others told me that they didn’t receive anything until the 2nd or 3rd week that’s ridiculous prices needs to go down for clothes of it takes this long literally even with the fast shipping it’s still not here”

“I’ve purchased from Shein so much over several years but never again. They sent me two faded burnt items, a blue sweater and black jeans and burnt smell. I have to pay to return even though it’s not my fault.”

“I agree with others stating how hard it is to try and return goods. Shein sent me the wrong size top (their mistake) 2 sizes smaller than I ordered. I sent photos as proof and it states I have to pay for the return. I have not had any contact from them over their mistake and agree they make it impossible to return anything. They sent a size 1XL when I ordered 3XL have included photo as proof. JUST BEWARE THEY WILL NOT TAKE RETURNS OR REFUND EVEN WHEN IT IS THEIR MISTAKE.....”

“I ordered from here & my package sat in the sterilization & inspection process for forever!!!!! I ended up reaching out to support due to the fact that my items were time sensitive. I ordered gifts for a baby shower as well as a dress for me to wear at that shower. Support confirmed with me that I would receive those items on time. It is now day of the shower & I do not have my items. I now will have to go out & by all new gifts as well as an outfit for myself meaning I’ll be spending double the money. So frustrating. If you need something within a specific timeframe, order elsewhere. You’re gonna end up having to shop elsewhere anyways once your package doesn’t arrive on time!”

“They operate from Hong Kong and, despite an advertised return and refund policy, one does not seem to exist. Their website will not let you apply to return and their “Chat” and “Ticket” facilities do not seem to accept contact. Any email address you find for them does not accept mail. They seem to be cowboys. Do not use them”

“I’ve been waiting for over 3 months for the chain I purchased for my granddaughter for Christmas. I have emailed them 5 times and didn’t even get the courtesy of a reply. Absolutely disgusted with them and their customer service. Never again. Stay well away from these crooks!”
