It took over 2 months to receive a damage piece of glass. This is not what I ordered nor is this something that I would expected to receive. The item arrive damage and incorrect.

Quality is horrible. 90% of the dresses fail apart after 1 use. I've had most come apart after 1 hour. See photo....horrible scam.

I ordered the wrong size duvet cover but unable to return the item as when I log into my account it says I don't have any recent orders. I only received the item today so I have no way of returning it and getting a refund. Won't use Shein again. Poor. Very poor.

Honestly I don't know if I have the right to review because my experience has been awful. I ordered a dress on September 9th for my best friend's wedding (October 2nd) and even paid 14,880KRW ($12.63) for express delivery. I recently moved to South Korea and ordering online is hard for me becaue I've not completely masted the clothing sizes, so I deliberately went to Shien because I knew they were international so I felt it was a safe bet ordering from them. When ordering I was also charged for a shipping guarantee (I assumed that meant my order would be arriving on September 25-27 as stated on the app). I messaged them on the 28th asking for my dress and thwy told me that if it didn't arrive with 7 days I would be refunded for delivery charges. The issue was I needed the dress within the week for the wedding, but the dress arrived 16 days after it was supposed to arrive. The customer service agent that I spoke to told me to reject the package... when it arrives. The packaging is not branded or labelled and it wasn't until a few seconds after the mail man shoved the order along with my other mail that I managed to inspect the package. So of course now I had to go to the post office to pay to return the package... I didn't even bother opening the original packaging, let alone try it on because I was that annoyed. But still I had to spend even more money to return it than I did to make the purchase since it was an international package. The same customer service told me it was impossible to receive refund for the cost of my return because I didn't reject it as she instructed. Eventually I was told I'd recieved a full refund (excluding the return fee of course) and, keep the dress which I had returned a few days prior 'as a gift'. I got an email from SHIEN saying it would take 2-6 business days. They same Customer Service agent said it would take 7-12 days. It's been 12 business days and still nothing. The app said I've been refunded. I have not. The automated service is now saying it will take 2-14 business days. I don't get why I'm getting 3 different information, despite SHIEN withdrawing the money from my account within seconds...MAKE IT MAKE SENSE. And to top it off, they deleted my initial review left on the website.

I ordered express delivery. They shipped it through fed ex. They tried to deliver 3 times. They would leave a note and I would sign it for them to leave the package. I even went on the delivery manager to change the shipment to LEAVE PACKAGE. They still refused to leave it, so I went to the fed ex location the day after the final attempt, and they said that SHEIN said to destroy the package after only a week time frame of trying to get it, so they wouldn’t have to pay the return fee. So I lost 100 dollars, and they won’t do anything to fix it. Awful company. Just hope that your package gets delivered or else they’ll destroy it. WHO destroys a package? Worst company ever.

Super disappointed with SHEIN spent £290’s on a number of items back in August 1/4 of the items arrived and rest of the goods still not arrived to the same address. Keep writing to them and NO response. SUPER Disappointed

My parcel, i'm still waiting for it. They said they lost mine and it was suppose to come a month ago. They lost my parcel due to the sorting location. Then, they send me a message saying "hey by the way your address is wrong." Im like wow i've put in the correct address. I contacted them, no response.

So I used to really like shein especially for nail supplies and nail art. However the past 4 or 5 orders have been a nightmare. I order items that are in stock and pay for them only to be told later that they are out of stock. A couple times I was not even informed and a different item was just sent instead. This last time they didnt inform me or anything n the rest of the package was just stuck in pending status. I noticed it said one of the items was out of stock. So I waited for a few days to see if they'd restock it n send my package. The item came back in stock and I noticed it was quickly selling out again so I contacted them to make sure they had picked me one of the new stock. By the time they replied they said it was out of stock and had no explanation as to why it wasnt sent out when it was restocked. They offered a refund or replacement but after a week of waiting I wanted the item. So I decided to go ahead and opt for a replacement item, but I was given a refund instead!! Great job reading the email Customer Service!! The rest of my order still hasn't been shipped, still pending. Another order that was sent after it made it here to Denver yesterday but for some reason was then sent to Oklahoma? I live 5 minutes from denver so why would it be sent away again when it was here?! That was my last purchase. They take your money with the promise of delivering a product but then dont. They keep your money in their account collecting interest as long as they can until they have to give it back. I've had damaged orders, late orders, etc. They used to be much better but lately they dont seem to care much and since they're in China, you only get responses at 1 or 2 AM when you're sleeping then you have to wait 24 hours for a response. I easily spent a couple thousand with this site and this is not how you treat customers. Especially customers that spend so much with you.

I have heard that Shein Clothing has high levels of cancer causing lead and other chemicals These get on your skin in your laundry and environment Anything made in China and this cheap including Alibaba has to have something wrong If not lead then children are being used like slaves to make these garments amd purses It’s illogical that anything this cheap had to cut corners on quality of fabric, slaved people living in your bunk warehouse and paid a pittance I’m not supporting anything like Shein or Ali Baba You’re becoming millionaires on the backs of children We should be ashamed to give our credit card to you

They refunded my order without telling me why, when I looked in the refund history it said I requested a refund when I didn't, and when I reordered my items all of them had gone up in price

I ordered 1.5 to 2 sizes larger than I normally take abs the items were still too small. Quality was okay at best. Didn’t realize items could not be returned or exchanged. Total garbage.

Ordered 3 outfits for my birthday almost a whole month in advance, by the end of the first week I knew my items weren’t coming! No update after the shipping notification! Couldn’t cancel the order because it was already shipped out but since I wouldn’t have it when I wanted it, I just wanted a refund! They said I’d have to wait to finally receive it, send it back then get a refund! Unbelievable! First I have to settle with spending money on something I won’t be able to use, then I have to still wait on it to send back for a refund! BIRTHDAY CAME AND GONE, items never came and I still have no refund, also still haven’t bought anything else from the site…I’ve posted their reviews on my Facebook, BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS I LOST $165 TO THEIR PRACTICES

Very bad customer service, they dont give a refund and a lot of things are very different in real life than in the photos. I am seriosly considering taking legal action as i literally talk alone, the customer service is useless and they are really ignorant, unless you are 100% sure you wont return the items, dont buy from there, i lost a lot of money for this disgusting company

I was charged shipping even though I was offered free shipping. This will be my last order. They lost 4 loyal customers. Horrible customer service! ZERO STARS!!!
