“I ordered two outfits on April 15,2020 and it is April 29,2020 ..... and I have not received any of my items ! it keeps on saying every time I track it that it’s in transit. I am going out of town in two days and I was depending on them cloths. this is my very first and very freaking last shopping with shein.”

“Customer Service rep was rude and hung up on us. He lied about our order and told us it would cost us money to file a complaint with the Attorney Generals Office among other lies. Only 1 item can be returned free. We had to pay return fees and TAX on the return for a total of $23.00 giving them any rating above zero is too high.”

“I placed an order for 2 outfits on April 14,2020 .. it is now April 29, 2020 and i still don’t have the items. The tracking number says USPS is awaiting the package but it has been in that status since April 20, 2020. I ordered this as part of a gift for my best friends birthday on April 26 and to my dismay she didn’t receive it in time. This is ridiculous and your lack of communication is outrageous. This is my first and last time ordering from this trash website”

“Your return process is NOT user friendly! Your chat is a ROBOT! Your products are TERRIBLE quality! Sizing is NOT even close! Now I have bikinis that I didn't even bother to try on because, it is OBVIOUS the top and bottom are from two different planet's sizing. One top is so small I kept it for my 8 year old and it was a women's Medium. There is absolutely NOTHING right about your clothing! UGH I was a sucker!”

“It’s my first time to order from Shein last April 18 2020. I just came across these reviews . I paid for my purchase but I didn’t get any confirmation or email at all, I hope I was not cheated and that my purchase will be delivered to me. Still waiting 😢”

“For those who can’t find customer service!!!!: download the shein app and under where it says me it shows where you can reach customer service. Then once clicked hit need more help Where they will ask questions. A robot will answer but there should be a chat button pop up after a few answer questions click it, i think it ask if you want to chat and it should connect you. Hope this helps other because I struggled to find it at first. As far as my entire experience with shein.... Prices were good but it was processing for 10 days before saying shipped. Which I never received and email like they said. I’m not sure how long it’ll take for it to get here after being shipped but hopefully it’s soon. Might update once they get here if they get here!”

“I under stand the Pandemic but this is not my first time ordering. They are hard to reach, well impossible because i still didn't did not get in touch with anyone from their company. Not Only did i place my order over two weeks ago but i received updates 2 weeks after purchase basically stating it was out of stock. AFTER THEY JUST HELD MY MONEY! At that point I canceled the order and will never shop here again in life. No professionalism, You will not be able to contact if there is a problem.. JUST DONT ORDER FROM HERE”

“I have orederd 8 items on different time. I received all the items on given time. I like the their product. “In 2019 I ordered 7 blouses and when I received them about a month later, all of them felt made out of a cheap material that clinged to my skin. 6 were too big and one was really small, all of them were the same size. I sent them back within a week and paid $7 to ship it out and a month and a half later when I finally got my return they kept $8 so in total lost $15. Will not shop from them again.”
