“I spent about $90 and it was in processing for a week and a half. I get it said it’s going to take a couple more days for them to process but that’s just to long. I was reading some other reviews and saw they where having the same problem. Ive heard good things about shein and maybe I’ll try and give them a second chance after COVID is over. But until then I canceled and going to get my money back hopefully.”

“I have ordered from them multiple times during the shutdown. All the products are good quality and same as photos, not like other places. I always order a size larger on clothing, they do come from China and their sizes for females are always smaller than Americans. They sanitize the shipment and I have NEVER had a problem with an order, and I have really high standards. Yes, it does take longer because it comes from China and everything has to be sanitized prior to shipment. Cute shoes, skirts, jogging suits, scarfs, etc. I don't have a clue as to why so many of you people have so many problems.”

“I ordered 2 bathing suits close to 3mos ago... they sent only 1 bathing suit 1mo later, it's now 3mos later havent heard anything regarding my missing bathing suit..”

“I just bought atleast 6 items for the first time and I thought it’ll be true to its size but it is a smaller fit then expected. I’m supper sad that the outfits don’t fit !! Maybe get a size bigger then what you wear”

“Incroyablement long franchement! Je comprends que la situation est exceptionnelle mais je n’ai jamais attendu aussi longtemps pour un colis supposément « accéléré ».. J’attends toujours ma commande, cela fait 25 jours maintenant et j’imagine qu’elle ne sera pas livrée pendant le weekend alors je dirais qu’attendre un colis pendant 1 mois est complètement absurde. Je suis vraiment déçu.”

“I have multiple orders with SHEIN. Some have come in already and they were fantastic, but others have not even finished processing and it’s been well over 2 weeks! SHEIN isn’t a scam because i have ordered from them before but the processing on these specific orders for some reason is taking way longer than usual. Anyone else having similar experiences?”

“My first 2 orders were great, this last one I ordered 9 days ago and it still hasnt shipped. There’s no way to speak to anyone about it. They don’t have email or phones. I wouldn’t call them a scam or fake, but it’s extremely frustrating to not be able to speak to a person or even just send an email for clarification”

“My package came in today and everything fit perfectly! Make sure to look at the reviews and pictures to correctly estimate your size as that is the only way you can really decide your fitting. Although it did take a while to come in (1.5 weeks), my package did arrive without any damage or delays. I ordered on April 11 and received it on April 22. I know some people may have problems getting their package, but I feel like it's just going to take a longer time because of the covid-19. Again, the country where the package will be delivered could depend as well. Make sure to look at the USPS track code and not the tracking on shein because the tracking on shein is very inaccurate. Ordering from shein is honestly a hit or miss, and in the situation we are in currently, paying extra for faster shipping is not worth it because it will not come early.”

“I order from this site in the beginning of April and so frustrated because there’s NO way of tracking your purchase. It’s almost May and it’s really upsetting to me that this company not only has so many bad reviews, but there’s no way of contacting this site as well. I spent closed to $100 and I refuse to take it at as a lost!!!!!!”

“We ordered 3 bathing suits for my daughter and used their sizing guide they provided on their website. The bathing suits were delivered today and the sizing is NOT accurate. My daughter tried on the tops and her breasts are popping out and it was cut super low than what was shown in the picture. We inquired about returning the tops for a different size and were told she’s not allowed to since she already wore them!!! Seriously?!?!? Never again will we shop from here. Buyers beware”
