“Over all the brand is good their customer service is amazing I ordered so many times the quality comes different which of course depend on the type of clothes so read the reviews first to know about the quality and size better. And for the delay these days of course there is pressure on them as I guess because of Ramadan and Eid and because of Covid-19 but i got my package though it was late 3 days but yeah i got it at the end so its legend!!”

“I ordered April 14th is is now may 4th and I still have no packed but it says it’s shipped and my sister ordered the same day and got hers last week I don’t understand They need to get it together”

“I love them and their clothes they come fast. One Thing You Need To Learn, Their sizing not the right one , The secret always order one size samller than you are and always going to fit all! (Eg:, If you are S size buy XS , If you are M size buy S size ) Try my advice I have been ordering more than 10 times i have never had problem after picking one size smaller than my size would be. The company is great, their clothes some are good quality some are weak and very bad.”

“I order some clothes from Shein on April 14 and now it still processing. No status update, no notice mail, no message. I ask customer service many times, they always give me the same answer (lack of manpower) and told me they marked my order as urgent so it will be shipped within 24 hours. They are liars. Shein is a fraud. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.”

“Very disappointed. Site said my order should’ve arrived four days ago and it never showed up. I called customer service and the guy was rude and rushing everything. He said multiple times some one will call me to fix it and I never got a call. Plus, he didn’t ask for a name, email and etc.. At this point, I just want a refund. Terrible customer service”

“Returned 85$ worth of shoes because the size was wrong and suddenly my account got reset and I lost all my points and my orders, I can't track anything and I had an order coming in and now it's gone! The customer service is a useless robot machine that literally does nothing! Im outraged, I loved shopping here until now. Completely unprofessional.”

“I’m so disappointed. Ordered my stuff April 17. It shipped the 29th but first told me it shipped the 26th so I’m sitting here waiting for my stuff to find out it hadn’t even been shipped. It’s not even worth the wait. Could have saved my money and got some things from Walmart. Customer service sucks. And yet to get an update. By time it’s at my door I’ll get an update. Don’t waste you’re time just buy from somewhere else”

“I wrote very specific femails why i would like to return some of the dresses and they completely ignored everything i wrote the number of the order and so on is it a robot that replays to the mails i dont understand i wish to have my money back who runs this company its outragous i still have 20women waiting for me to make new orders and i stopped everything because they ignored my emails and some of the dresses the quality is not so high”

“10 days later and it says it's still waiting to be picked. I submitted a ticket asking for an update. Now I can't even track it. They were quick to take money. I know with what is going on it might take longer. But I can't even get an update. Customer service is disappointing and truly lacking. I just want my items”

“I could not return an item as I checked out as a guest when buying it due to an login error, therefore it does not show in my orders. NO CONTACT NUMBER and NO EMAIL. I tried enquiry online and it says there's a problem with my internet connection, which there isn't. Very long waiting time for the item. I'm now stuck with an item which doesn't fit and can't return it.”

“i ordered clothes from shein on april 15,2020 and my app tells me it’s arrived at local courier facility on april 26,2020 but on the 18th they made a shipping label in illinois and it hasn’t updated in almost a week but what pisses me of is my friend ordered a week after me and got hers today without expressed shipping and hers had more Information about her package location because it came through Cincinnati Ohio I am very very disappointed for this being my first time ordering off of this website I will never again.”

“I ordered a dress that came two sizes too small. There was no paperwork sent to me with the dress so I could Send it back in exchange for the correct size! No one ever answered the 800 number listed! Inreliabke company I understand how they stay in business!”
