“I absolutely love their clothes as well as their price points.Im in love itch this company and have recommended them to many of my friends...but...my order so far is extremely late this time (21 days since order placed)..of course I’m trying to be patient and understanding during these unusual and awful circumstances,but I do wish they were a bit more communicative with me when I try to contact them.In all fairness,throughout at least 3 years of shopping a lot with this company, I’ve only been unhappy with maybe 5% of my pieces...I’m just trying to be patient now...🧐🥺”

“I ordered a few things and never received payment confirmation via email or via “my orders.” There is no proof to show that I have paid the 33.90 that it costed me. However, in my bank account, the 33.90 was in fact taken out... so the payment went through. Therefore, I am now out 33 dollars with no order confirmation or products to show for it. Literally like throwing 33 bucks down the toilet. Also the customer service sucks. I tried to find a phone or email and there is no email and all the numbers I found lead to some sketchy prerecorded voice telling me that the number doesn’t exist. I tried to type in my request/issue on their customer service site and every time it says “oops try again when your internet connection is better.” My internet connection is freaking fine! I have all the LTE bars on my phone and WiFi bars on my computer. I am so frustrated... don’t order from here. Chinese owned garbage. Classic. Should have known I guess!”

“I have returned an item over a month ago and it said it would take 40-70 days to process due to the carona virus. Now they have closed it. There is not even any customer service and im6very dissatisfied with this company. This is my first and at time spending any money on this company”

“I ordered over $200 worth of clothing. It’s been two weeks and it still says “processing” I have no update and no clue on when the clothes would be shipped ; if they ever get shipped. I don’t wanna cancel my order because I already waited this long. The customer service number doesn’t work so I just have to hope I didn’t get scammed”

“I am giving a one, it sounds like this is a common issue that arent addressing or are going to fix. 14 days ago I had place a order in, and today it is still saying that it is processing at the warehouse and is still waiting to be picked. The website states a 4-6 delay and again its been 14 day and still says its processing. The customer service is awful they have not responded to any of my messages. Its really frustrating because the price is great, I am worried if i decide to cancel and order that isnt even processes yt that i wont even get my money back. HORRIBLE SERVICE CHEAP PRICES”

“I’ve normally had decent experiences with SHEIN but of course you get what you pay for and I’ve had pretty low expectations. UNTIL NOW!!!! I placed an order 2 weeks ago and have had zero communication around it but yet I’ve already paid for the order. No confirmation email, no way to track it on the website (can’t track unless you order through an account), and I’ve tried visiting their support webpage but keep getting “this page doesn’t exist” AWESOME!!! I don’t think I’ll ever buy from SHEIN again. Not worth the quality and certainly not worth the headache.”

“I've ordered several times from Shein. When I first ordered a few years ago their items were horrible, but I decided to give them another chance a few months ago. The products have greatly increased in quality over the years so be careful about listening to older reviews. As with all online shopping, pay attention to the reviews. They encourage you take pictures of the items once you receive them and I won't buy anything that doesn't have at least one pictured review. Their customer service has always been really good with me so idk what all these other reviews are about. If something doesn't fit they have told me to donate the item or ship it back and they give me store credit or ship the product in the size that I need. Very polite customer service and I usually get the package within a week or two.”

“Order my products on April 9th and still haven’t got an update or anything. Tracking status has been stuck in the same place for a month now. I just feel like they should be honest about the shipping. I know there is a delay but they definitely don’t tell you it’s a MONTH DELAY definitely should have spent my money somewhere else!”

“Absolute cr*p item . Not as described and different material. No refund possible even if paid with PayPal unless you send back to CHINA by recorded delivery! Good luck with that! This is NOT A UK COMPANY”
