“I purchased two bundles of clothes from shein recently. The first package came after 18 days from order to ireland and the second package is due to come next week. The shipping is a bit slow but is worth the wait. The clothes are not amazing quality but for the price they are very nice and comfortable. Clothes were true to their sizes and everything fits nicely.”

“I ordered my package on April 27 and it’s still not here I ordered it in time for my bday and now I can’t even wear it because it’s not here and the customer service there no help like I wanted an actual phone call with shein but they don’t have one 😭”

“So, my order did not come yet, and it was placed April 23rd. They could do way better on the shipping, and not to mention, it says it at some place in New york, and has been there for a REALLY long time! But, the prices are low, and the outfits LOOK cute, but I am waiting to see if this is going to be a ripoff. So far, decent experience. Based on all of the other reviews I read, I feel I should not have bought from this site, but I have yet to see if this is a total ripoff or not. I will definitely come back to right another review on what I got and will Probably send pictures of the clothing to show everyone.”

“My daughter ordered clothes over a month ago. Order finally made it to the US, came to our local post office and then due to Shein’s error was sent around the country and delivered to “sender” in California! We are in Cranberry Township, PA! After promising to get her order back in 3-5 business day’s they are now saying they can’t and will refund her money - she wants what she ordered, not the money back. We have been lied to be Shein every step of the way. Do not order from them, they will rip you off. I have a devastated daughter and we will see if she even gets her money back as she’s sure not getting her order! It looks cute and cheap but it’s a complete rip off with lying customer service reps. Don’t waste your time or money!”

“My daughter has been waiting for her shipment for over a month. She placed her order on April 25 and the only update she has received is to be told "thank you for your patience" but with no actual update. After waiting this long, her patience, as well as mine, is fading fast.”

“🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬This website is absolutley terrible they show things that look good online and in real life it’s just a piece of cloth there is no specialty in this clothing brand it is making people fool for this kind of things this takes atleast 1 month to arrive to your house they are soo lazy and dumb if you are planning to order something PLEASE DO NOT GET It you are WASTING money if you decide to purchase an item from here you will regret everything about shein it is terrible and disgusting and really wastes your time and energy NEVER BY THINGS FROM SHIEN EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!😡😡🤬🤬🤬.”

“Placed two orders Before Lockdown. Both prepaid. One of 5027 , other of 937. Delivery, as understood is delayed. Cancelled both. Got a Refund of the 937 right away. All the drama is going on with the bigger amount of 5027. First they text me refund can't be processed back to the source, which is Gpay! How did they refund the lesser amount! Provided account details as they demanded. No progress yet, now I receive a message mentioning If everything goes well I'll receive the refund. 7 bloody hells!! What is this so lottery going on?? My money is literally being stolen. Ridiculous Support/ Service. Dishonesty at it's peak. These sites should never be prepaid.”

“DON’T buy from here. I’m a 5’2 100 pound girl and got a size small all the reviews were super good. The shorts are extremely baggy and the shirts are very loose. Terrible quality and can be ripped super easily.”

“This has been by far one of my worst experience when it comes to shipping and I want to just blame coronavirus but I haven’t received my oder it’s been going on a month I am not just being told that my oder was lost after being told to just keep checking the tracking number at this point I don’t think will ever re Oder from here and not to mention I was given like a few dollar credits that I have to use at certain time but if I didn’t recieve my first oder why would I oder again very dissatisfied”

“I ordered on the 13th March and still waiting for my order to arrive. I understand the lockdown but it’s a bit ridiculous you can’t get hold of anyone to find out where your order is. I doubt I’ll get my ordered so I’ll definitely never order again and I’ll be telling all my friends not to order. I can see from the reviews most people are unhappy. My order was shipped on the 21st March and I’m still waiting. Waste of time and money”
