“I’ve ordered a lot of clothes recently from SHEIN. It came up to be $258.12 , I ordered on Oct 9th. It said the delivery was expected to delivered Oct.28th which is understandable because it’s being shipped from over seas..however , it’s November 12th and it’s been saying “Arrived at Local Courier Facility” for almost a month now. There’s no customer service number to contact to see where’s my package. I’m very upset because I always shop on SHEIN but after this experience I’m never buying from them again. (I did get my money back from my bank)”

“I ordered a little tartan skirt fitted beautifully nice light material so I didn't look bulky. I also ordered a teddy bear sweatshirt. The sleeves are rather long but I love it. I have never felt so snuggly and warm, I ordered another one. Haven't washed any yet so don't know how they will stand up and yes it is cheap and cheerful but what do you expect at these prices.”

“1/5 stars is a massive overstatement. Should be in the negatives. This company should be shut down. Crappy quality clothing Sizing not standard Non existent customer service Refunds process is a second full time job. Don't get sucked in by the prices this place is a nightmare.”

“I order a dress, a belt and a necklace. I received all them today and I do like. The dress fit well, because I gain weight, so it is show my belly a bit. I have to loose weight to dress look better. So, I do order again in the furure. I didn't had any trouble.”

“Wow! If I had never shopped from Shein before, id believe all the neg stuff. Im almost scared to order again now. I ordered from them in Dec of 2019 for my Bahamas trip. All the clothes were not cheap quality. Couple items I didnt like the way it fit on my since I gained weigh Yes I was nervous about the refund process. However! I shipped it back and in less than 15 days they refunded me no questions A couple of items they did send multiples of, but Im not gonna complain about that, I jus gave it to my sister..lol. Yes I do agree with knething. My daughter ordered a short set and the pants looked a size smaller with no tag in it. So im guessing they pulled a fast one since they ran out of the size. Overall! Everything looked exactly like the pic”

“Customer service? It doesn't exist! They have it posted everywhere to contact them but they have no phone number posted and they don't respond to emails. I ordered or 200 dollars worth of clothes and a lot are really cheap looking and don't fit. They don't provide return labels either and I'm scared to pay for a return as tons of people return the clothes and never get a refund for them!”

“Your order GSHMSH00T000NQ9 tracking number 1Z454W1A2095969884 shows delivered. If you have not received it, we suggest you to check doorstep, mailbox, or neighbors. When you received the parcel, please kindly click " confirm delivery" Worst customer service you are asking customer to contact UPS parcel service for my orders Waste of my time and money Placed order as my daughter birthday on November 2nd and today they are saying they will investigate on my order delivery or will return my purchases in next 21 days, Do Shein think we are stupid people, Shein can get back my daughter birthday again on Nov 2nd. Please customers never trust shein”

“Disappointed! Worst Customer service. I am still waiting for my package to arrive, I ordered 5 weeks ago! I spent about £100 and I’m upset as I appear to have been ripped off! There are no updates on where my package is and no one to contact. An unhelpful robot who copies and pastes the same response is not good customer service. I WILL NOT to ordering from this company again!”

“This company are by far crooks under a company name. I ordered an item which was unfit for purpose, not as advertised and terrible quality. They have the cheek to offer me a 15 then 20% refund. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM THEY ARE AN UTTERLY DISPICABLE COMPANY.”

“It took a while with Shein to identify what my size was. Eventually after several orders (& having to pay to return items) I worked it out as a Medium. I went to order some swimwear - I ordered a Large as swimwear is often tighter fit. It was tiny and did not even cover me up. I ordered two swimsuits - when I realised this did not fit I didn't even open the other packet. They won't let me return them. Cost of two swimsuits down because THEIR SIZING is totally off. I would probably need a 3XL for one of their suits compared to a medium for trousers, skirts, blouses etc. DO NOT ORDER UNDERWEAR OR SWIMWEAR from them.”

“I would give 0 stars if I could. They sent me an email advertising 60% off everything with no disclaimers, asterisk or exclusions noted. When I went to checkout the coupon code did not work. I went on their live chat and was told it was certain items. I said that’s not what the email said. I also shared that false advertisement is illegal. They would not honour it or appease me in anyway. I asked to speak with a supervisor. They said they would put a ticket in and a supervisor would contact me within 24 hours. I have not heard back from anyone. Seriously disappointed in their illegal advertising and lack of customer service. I will never shop with them again.”
