“I ordered a pair of pants from them and I ordered the bikini two piece I ordered my stuff almost two weeks ago and I still ain't got my item they didn't send me no email or nothing they are fraud and I will be taking them to court because I got the transaction on my card so whoever you are don't deal with them they are false advertisement I never got the email for the pants I ordered order two piece so I'm getting a f***”

“The coat I ordered didn’t look as nice as the picture. I logged onto my account to arrange a Return and refund and a message can back saying it was on them and that I didn’t need to return it and that I would receive a full refund. I didn’t really believe it but within 2 days I had my money back, I was so impressed.”

“I ordered 2 mascaras, opened one and didn't like it. It was clumpy, the wand is so short that it is difficult to use, and trying to return something is impossible. The return site just sends you around in circles saying makeup can't be returned. The button for Live Chat doesn't do anything. What a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.”

“I had to go through a refund and reshipment when my order was sent to the incorrect address and was never returned. I got the refund within 5 days but the real issue arose with the reshipment. I have been going through a 3 week long back and forth email conversation with customer service and I still don’t have any packages in my box as yet. The process is tedious and really just down right the worst thing you as a producer could put your consumers through. I should’ve just gotten a refund for everything”

“The product is great if you consider its low price. I would say the 5 orders I have made so far have been satisfying, except for one item (which I contacted the online customer service and was issued an immediate refund). So it really doesn't hurt to give it a try - faster delivery than I estimated, decent quality, and efficient customer service - also you can earn points to redeem in your next purchase!”

“I have ordered, PAID but NOT RECEIVED my parcel. You have put on an email the parcel was DELIVERED. to whom? Where? I did not RECEIVE the ordered you say you DELIVERED!!!! Where is it!? Who is taking care of this? No contact number, no email address for customer service. At the moment I understand I have been stolen my money.”

“DO NOT BUY FROM SHEIN ... OUT OF USA .. THEY ARE HORRIBLE WITH RETURNS.. AND THEY HAVE NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE HOTLINE IN THE U.S. THIS IS ABSURD WHEN THEY DO BUSINESS IN THE U.S HOWEVER YOU CANNOT GET A LIVE AGENT. I WANT THEIR BUSINESS LICENSE REMOVED TO DO BUSINESS IN THE U.S. THEY STILL HAVE NOT ISSUED ME A FULL REFUND FOR RETURNS I SENT THE WAY THEY INFORM CUSTOMERS COMBINING THE USPS RETURN LABELS IN MINIMUM BOXES TO SAVE ON POSTAGE. IT GOES DIRECTLY TO THEIR DISTRIBUTION CENTER .. I SENT PACKAGES TOGETHER AND THEY HAVE ONLY GIVE A PARTIAL REFUND.. THERE QUALITY OF MERCHANDISE IS SO LOW GRADE... THAT IS WHY I NEEDED TO SEND BACK.. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.. I REPORTED THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AS WELL..”

“I think SHEIN is absolutely amazing !! You get exactly what you pay for ! They run specials all the time. I’ve bout at least 9 different orders of things from home essentials to maternity clothes ! My whole wardrobe of maternity !! Sizes run smaller for me but I think they do an amazing job !!!! Thank you SHEIN for making my pregnancy so comfortable!!”

“They have nice products but to refund is a nightmare! They sent a letter to the postal office to accept their barcode but didn't work as well. So after I tried different places to return, I had to pay 4,50 to return and they are not going to refund me + the initial shipping. I would recommend you to buy it if you are 100% sure of your purchase.”

“Clothes are nice n cheap but returns all at buyers own cost. Unless you are really spot on with sizes (who is? With online shopping, it's a hit n miss) Don't buy from them I returnes abt $90 worth of clothes but had to pay $45 for shipping x I'm in Singapore. Its so ridiculous an online clothing store does not offer free returns or at least partially offset the cost.”
