DO NOT ORDER FROM SHEIN! PRODUCTS ARE JUNK! YOU CANNOT REACH THEM FOR A RETURN- THEY IGNORE YOU AND THEN IT IS TOO LATE TO RETURN ITEMS!!!!!!!!!

It's been ten days since my credit card was charged and USPS tracking indicates the package has not even been delivered. Is Shein a scam?

I honestly understand it's hard for the company to deliver but it has been more than three weeks since I placed my order. The time for delivery said by them was around 7-14 days. I have lost all hopes for this company. At least hoping the quality will be good after all this waiting.

I had really avoided writing reviews for shein, but it's getting out of hand.I have already paid for my orders I received a call from the agent from the country I am in and told me would deliver my item's but it's already by three day's late!! To my surprise when I track my order I get feedback that the customer is not available when they didn't come to my location, please talk to the service provider I need my order it's been in my ctry for already 10 day's!!

Absolute garbage. there is no customer service. there is no way to communicate and get update on my order which is over the expected time of arrival. still donno if my order will ever arrive. Never purchasing from Shein again!

PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Nearly ever single item I ordered was savagely sewn, rough cut edges, things are falling apart, there are more than just loose threads everywhere. Their clothing is so poorly made. Out of some of the items I bought were two shirts, same size and style, yet one is clearly two sizes bigger. They are extremely unhelpful with their customer service and don’t even actually respond to your issues. They just keep stating that there may be a “delay due to flights etc” even after stating I received my package and sending them pictures of the six defective items.

Did not receive the product I ordered I was given something completely different. I ordered a BLACK jacket instead received some tent looking GREY nighty! So disappointing! Will never order from there again. Waste of time and Money!

I order my clothes with my friend May 7th at the same time. She got her package May 20th. My package says a label was made and USPS is waiting for the package. USPS told me to check with the shipper because the package was never shipped. I asked Shein over and over what was the issue. The only responds I got was a sorry. NEVER AGAIN ! I spent to much money.

Do not order. You will never get your things. I ordered over $200 worth of clothes on April 27th it's now May 22nd and I still haven't received my order. USPS tracking says on May 7th a shipping label had been created, but has not updated since. Almost a month to get an order of clothes? and Shein customer service is terrible. It's impossible to reach them.

I ordered on May 3rd & I still have not recieved my order. The USPS tracking has not been updated for like 10 days & it says pre-shipping. Summer is gonna be over by the time I recieve these clothes.

I've ordered several packages since mid April, two of which have arrived. three have tracking info that says they've either reached their destination facility in the US or are on a flight, and they've been like that for the better part of a month. When I reached out to customer service, I was told Fedex hasn't picked up the packages yet and so I'd have to contact them. when I contacted Fedex they said they only have a shipping label, and the package was supposed to be coming from within the US. I want some sort of accountability. I need a refund because my package NEVER ARRIVED and NOBODY KNOWS WHERE IT IS.

Be careful, you might end up paying duty and tax fee before you receive your order. My sister and I ordered the same time, she received hers before me, nothing to pay. Mine came 10 days later and I had to pay 40$ to get them from dhl. My 1st time ordering from them and NEVER again. I've deleted their app off my phone and unsubscribe from their list. I'll stick with the others I'm used to.

I ordered on April 25 and still have not received my order. The tracking has not updated in weeks. The USPS label is still in pre-shipment status as they’ve been waiting to receive it from China. In fairness, I’ve ordered several times from the before and have had a great experience, but I guess they got me this time. Advice: shop with the understanding that you may or may not get your order. If you do, great, but if you don’t, don’t expect to get any answers from customer service.

Bought my items on April 16th, 2020. It's now May 19th and my USPS tracking STILL says pre-shipment even though Shein says that it has been in transit since May 13th. It says that the shipping label was made on April 29th. I've tried contacting through online chat and just keep being told that shipping won't update until my package has reached the US, even after telling them that it's been over a month since I've placed my order and the label for it to be shipped was made 20 days ago. I feel sure my package should have made it to the US by now...$75 down the drain, and so far I'm still not able to get a refund. VERY unhappy with Shein.

I ordered two bikinis but for some reason they duplicated one style and charged me for 3 bikinis they are impossible to contact and shipping takes for EVER I want my bikini now while it’s hot not when it’s Christmas for Christ sake !!

It’s 18 May 2020, I placed my order 10 days ago and no update. Got on to a live chat customer service member who just copy pasted info from the website. First get told (after telling them multiple times it’s been 10 days) it will take 24-48hrs for an update, then get told can take up to 6 days to pack. All of this is getting told to me after telling them multiple times it’s been 10 days since I placed the order. Basically from the start all I wanted to know was the status. After long frustration and my messages not sinking into the small brain of whoever it was that had broken English, finally tells me, it hasn’t been packed yet. Like WTF!! Neever ordering from them again. Don’t even come at me with the covid delays because obviously I’ve ordered loads of other things from multiple companies online and NONE of them have taken this long to Reach my address let alone to Pack!

I ordered a jacket and dress. I received notice that my parcel arrived and was waiting to be claimed at FedEx in a distant suburb warehouse. Picked it up and opened the box when I got back to my car. I should have returned it immediately, the jacket sleeves were ridiculous, they went down past my knees. The cheap vinyl smelled awful. Also, the dress wasn't in the box, it was shipped separately. 2 weeks later I received a $28 bill from FedEx for shipping & customs. The jacket was $40. I emailed the company multiple times because shipping was included. I was told to return the jacket but was expected to pay for return. I told FedEx I was disputing the charge because it was included. FedEx sent my claim to debt collectors. They called multiple times a day. The dress eventually arrived and the fabric was see through and hung like a sack. Worst online shopping experience ever!!!!
