“I was really disappointed with the quality of their clothes and I returned it. It was a horror experience to pay $24 FOR THE RETURNS 😡”

“The return and exchange policy is criminal. $8 to return items and can't consolidate orders so fees add up. Nobody available to speak with and chat is never working. Never easy to return or exchange items. They make it so frustrating you use the items as rags just to not have the pain of returning them.”

“My daughter ordered some items, did not like them and decided to return them but she cannot seem to be able to access her account in order to print out return label. No way to otherwise figure out how to make a return. I think Shein makes this difficult on purpose and takes advantage of young kids. I’m going to return the items to the shipping address on the label, which says “do not return”. I’m going to do it anyway I feel scammed.”

“Electronic Gift Card is not fast and easy. Going on three days and it's still in review. But, payment for the card out of my bank account took place within ten seconds. I'm think I will ask for a refund and buy an e card from some place else after reading these reviews. I know they can't help if stuff is late if it's shipped but an E Card!!”

“I ordered two night suits, delivery date was Nov 13th. I didn’t get any thing, upon tracking I couldn’t even see my package was out. Ow it is showing that I might get it next month’s 23 rd date. I can’t even contact them directly and ask. It is extremely frustrating 🙄”

“Are they legit ? I tried to buy a gift certificate on line. They wanted my credit card and drivers license to be scanned and sent to them- OR- They could not submit my order ! So...I never sent them this personal information- HOWEVER- THEY CHARGED MY ANYWAYS and I have been unable to get a refund or even a response from them ???”

“I ordered around November and It’s almost Christmas Eve. (I’m writing this the 23) and the gift was for my girlfriend. I never got my package and they said I could get my money back and just see if the package comes and if not then atleast i got my money back. The tracking number wasn’t valid they said.”

“I ordered several gifts for Christmas on December 5th and I still have not received anything yet. What makes me really upset is that I received en email confirming my delivery. I went to USPS to see if the package was delivered there and they told me the tracking number is not a valid tracking. This was first time shopping at this website and it will be my last! Totally unacceptable! The gifts were for my wife and now I have to buy more gifts because her gifts have not arrived.”

“Don’t ever buy from this company. I ordered a $100 Gift card, the funds were deducted by Shein from my account. Three days later I received an email requesting a copy of my credit card and my drivers license! Why? The company already has the money. I immediately called my bank and lodged a complaint with Ohio attorney general. This company is stealing identity. Hoping I get a refund!”

“I ordered stuff from shein 3 weeks ago and never received it. I was supposed to get it December 18th, and it was for Christmas. I called the postal service and they were notified about the incoming package but l they never even received it. Haven’t been able to get a refund, impossible to reach them”
