It’s 18 May 2020, I placed my order 10 days ago and no update. Got on to a live chat customer service member who just copy pasted info from the website. First get told (after telling them multiple times it’s been 10 days) it will take 24-48hrs for an update, then get told can take up to 6 days to pack. All of this is getting told to me after telling them multiple times it’s been 10 days since I placed the order. Basically from the start all I wanted to know was the status. After long frustration and my messages not sinking into the small brain of whoever it was that had broken English, finally tells me, it hasn’t been packed yet. Like WTF!! Neever ordering from them again. Don’t even come at me with the covid delays because obviously I’ve ordered loads of other things from multiple companies online and NONE of them have taken this long to Reach my address let alone to Pack!

I ordered a jacket and dress. I received notice that my parcel arrived and was waiting to be claimed at FedEx in a distant suburb warehouse. Picked it up and opened the box when I got back to my car. I should have returned it immediately, the jacket sleeves were ridiculous, they went down past my knees. The cheap vinyl smelled awful. Also, the dress wasn't in the box, it was shipped separately. 2 weeks later I received a $28 bill from FedEx for shipping & customs. The jacket was $40. I emailed the company multiple times because shipping was included. I was told to return the jacket but was expected to pay for return. I told FedEx I was disputing the charge because it was included. FedEx sent my claim to debt collectors. They called multiple times a day. The dress eventually arrived and the fabric was see through and hung like a sack. Worst online shopping experience ever!!!!

Placed my order 13 days ago and it still hasn't shipped out. It says "processed" but that only means they processed a label. They should tell you it's coming from China and will take about a month to receive. I don't want to cancel the order because I don't trust that a refund would processed and I don't want to cancel for the same reason. Hope what I ordered fits because sizes from China are generally way smaller than U.S. sizes. Wish I never saw the Shein website.

This is a Chinese rag merchant selling cheap but nasty trash, wrong sizes, poor construction and appalling marketing and customer service. They refuse to remove you from their forced sales messages and drown you in rubbish even after you request that you be removed from their list. Your orders never arrive on time and if, and that's a big if, they do, you can expect something to be wrong and no way to get a refund. ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED!

Their website and App show that my order has delivered. Yet, I still have nothing and it has been over two weeks. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM I’ve learned my lesson and will go with my gut next time and pass on their cheap prices.

The most horrendous customer service. I received the wrong order, they refused to refund it unless I PAID to send it back to them despite the first associate telling me pictures would be fine. When I finally got through to someone months later who said they would refund 50%, they stopped replying. They make it impossible to communicate with them, you can't even message through the website as it pretends you have 'bad connection'. Shocking service every single time. Don't ever shop here!

I’ve never seen a company so disorganized when it comes to displaying what’s in stock and what isn’t. Twice now, I’ve placed orders of all items that were in stock, just to receive an email two weeks later (because they take so long to ship that it’ll more than likely still be “processing” weeks after you’ve placed the order) that some of my items are out of stock and they’re refunding me. WHY IS IS AVAILABLE FOR ME TO PURCHASE THEN? Honestly just go through ROMWE or Zaful. I cancelled my first order after 2 weeks of them not shipping my order, then on top of that they cancelled like 1/3 of it because the items were out of stock AND it was supposed to be express shipping so it for sure wasn’t coming on time. I thought I’d give them another chance with a smaller order, only $20 worth of stuff but the same out of stock thing happened again. Won’t be buying from here again

You took my money and never sent our purchase. You have no phone number to contact anybody.I will be reporting you to the better business bureau.i went to the post office and you sent the shipping label only.where is my product?????

Don’t order from here. Spend at least $50 on this website about a month ago, still haven’t received my order. Don’t waste your time with this website, just a scam.

Shipping is slow because of the pandemic. But why they took a $280 dollar order it took hours to put together and weeks to save for, held the order and the money for over a week and then cancelled the order I don't know. Customer service is a worthless computer. I've sent several emails with no answer or explanation for a week now. All I know is I get no order and I won't get any refund for 7-14 days. All in all I would not deal with this company AT ALL. Stay away!!!!!

I spent over €200 on homeware almost 3 months ago and only received 3 table mats which were about €1 each and made of paper so had to be binned. I have emailed non-stop enquiring about why the products have still not been sent and requested a refund but have been ignored and they have the audacity to spam my email every day trying to get me to buy more s**t. THIS LOT ARE A BUNCH OF THIEVING SCAMMERS!!! DO NOT SPEND A CENT AS YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE ANYTHING AND HAVE YOUR MONEY STOLEN BY THESE THIEVES. CURSE THE LOT OF THEM

I ordered a few things and never received payment confirmation via email or via “my orders.” There is no proof to show that I have paid the 33.90 that it costed me. However, in my bank account, the 33.90 was in fact taken out... so the payment went through. Therefore, I am now out 33 dollars with no order confirmation or products to show for it. Literally like throwing 33 bucks down the toilet. Also the customer service sucks. I tried to find a phone or email and there is no email and all the numbers I found lead to some sketchy prerecorded voice telling me that the number doesn’t exist. I tried to type in my request/issue on their customer service site and every time it says “oops try again when your internet connection is better.” My internet connection is freaking fine! I have all the LTE bars on my phone and WiFi bars on my computer. I am so frustrated... don’t order from here. Chinese owned garbage. Classic. Should have known I guess!

Do yourself a favor. Their quality so cheap and took forever to get to you. I ordered 3 shirts but I just received 2 instead. I emailed, called...but no one response, Be smart with your money.

I have returned an item over a month ago and it said it would take 40-70 days to process due to the carona virus. Now they have closed it. There is not even any customer service and im6very dissatisfied with this company. This is my first and at time spending any money on this company
