Ordered a sofa, paid £500 deposit. Took £1800 finance. Was a given a delivery date, booked my old sofa to be faken away the day before. Logged in and notice the date had been changed. So changed the date to when my old sofa would be collected. Old sofa collected the day before my sofa due. Sofology txt me to tell me to book a delivery the day before it was due to be delivered. Even tho i had email confirmation. Sofology then tells me its not in the county. So rebooked again for friday that week. Guys turns up, apparently guys were inexperienced and couldnt get it through the door, even tho the back and arms and feet all simply click off. So called, went to store, still no help. Evently called the customer service team and was assured that it would be delivered the saturday and i was a priority. Got a call saturday and guess what, my sofa will not be delivered. So on the phone to customer service again. She rebooked and assured me tuesday the folllwing week...i recieved email confirmation. I called tuesday morning to confirm, yip its out for delivery however they cant give me a time slot. Guess what, no sofa...called again and apprently it hadnt been booked for delivery. Sofology has managed to forward my details for the finace as ive recieved emails to say they will start to take payments. I called yesterday and was assured that the lady would call me back....no call back. I have had no sofa for a week now. Waiting times on the phones are hours, no one calls back, every single staff member blames the previous staff memeber. No accountabilty, total lies form each person I have spome with. I have no idea if ill ever get my sofa, and i now wonder if there is anypoi t trying to call because ive called many times and its total.pointless. i will never buy anything from here again. Please stay away from this company.

Absolutely diabolical from start to finish. Silly cow on the phone had the ordacity to offer me £75 off of my sofa after they had delayed it twice by over 3 months of the original estimated date of arrival. I wouldnt even let my worst enemy order from these inadequate, incompetent, robbing bastards. Avoid at absolutely every cost.

The sofa we ordered (Clarence 3) is extremely uncomfortable and hard, you can feel the metal support beneath the seating. It started squeaking and grinding after a week since the delivery. It's very annoying everything time when we sit down on it. Not recommended at all.

Terrible service! Can’t get through to complain as always over an hour wait time and they never reply to my emails! Paying for a chair that I ordered in May and still haven’t received! Disgraceful!

Ordered our sofa back in March! Waiting time extended. Booked delivery 2 weeks ago and received an email to say that the sofa would be delivered today between 0730 and 0830. No delivery! 4 hours in a queue on the phone to get told it was an error and would be a further 2 weeks! Literally no furniture in the living room so the kids now have nothing to sit on at all! Offered a pathetic amount of compensation and told it may take five days to provide us with loan furniture. Simply not good enough from this company. I’ll never use this firm again and recommend customers looking for furniture to take a wide birth! As things stand we are still waiting for a resolution.

Is it possible to give zero? Tragically bad. In store, over email and on the phone. Got address wrong. Do not respond to emails and over 3 hour waits on the phone. Ordered sofa in late July. We may have it for late October. Except the delivery slot we had may have now disappeared and the link they sent to book gives no option to rebook. So i could email (and get no reply) or wait on the phone for 3 hours. Shockingly bad.

Would give zero stars ! Customer service absolutely shocking ! Been waiting on suite and footstool from July should have only taken 2 weeks to deliver it as it was bought from online clearance. Impossible to reach them on phone and when I finally did I was told lies . After chats online and loads of calls I was told today I wouldn’t be getting sofa as it was in mock shop so something must be up with it but they could send me out footstool. Didn’t know they made footstools big enough for 5 bums to sit on . Absolutely shocking Tht I only found this out after waiting 2 hrs trying to get through to them . Definitely something going on with this company!

I wish I had read reviews before buying my sofa and chair so I feel I must write this to deter at least one person from wasting their hard earned money with this company. Delivery was on time and I was happy with the furniture. However after 1 day the leather started to stretch and sag. I was told to leave it for 4-6 weeks to allow it to settle and adjust. After that time it looked worse if anything. They agreed to send an engineer and I was sure we would get the problem rectified. It was a shock when he said this was normal, and this soft leather aged this way.....after 1 day?? The next day I had an email to say that the technician had made a report to say that there wasn't a problem. I was shocked. I rang and waited over an hour to speak to someone who told me that our problem was resolved as far as they were concerned. I wasn't rude or anything, it's not the employees fault, they just follow a generic scrip. I asked why our leather was different to the 1 in the showroom and was told the seat fillings were dressed and plumped regularly. Even I if I could do that to mine it wouldn't make any difference, after all the technician says it's down to normal leather stretch. So why doesn't the leather in the showroom stretch and sag.....mmmm funny that! I feel I was mis-sold, I have ended up with a chair and sofa that isn't as good as the 14 year old one I got rid of. I'm going to take this further and am taking advice. Sofology has told me the case is closed. Next time I will be paying extra and going to an independent company that takes some pride and skill in the way they make furniture and deal with customers. Please think on before using Sofology....the showrooms are tempting and the sales staff persuasive but what you pay for is not always what you get!

You delivered the incorrect sofa to me on Monday, the delivery guys called the internal line to report and I received a fault email from yourselves saying you aimed to be in touch within 24 hrs. Heard nothing by Wednesday afternoon so I contacted you, an hour long phonecall due to the wait in queue!! The lady I spoke to said she had made notes on my file and leave it with her, she would call me yesterday. Despite giving both my personal and work numbers heard nothing!!! I have now been on the phone to you waiting to be put through for 20mins and am only number 34!!!+ Terrible customer service when it is SOFOLGY mistake!!!!

Terrible service , had my suite delivered July . One of the chairs broken , they wouldn’t take the chair away left it . We needed a new wheel and the arm repaired. Haven’t had it mended the firm either send the wrong wheel or or just ignore our phone calls, or does not acknowledge our emails .They then said they will get someone to call me . No way . Like everyone else we paid cash . Took out the extra insurance . It’s not worth it . I would not recommend this company at all terrible service . Don’t waste your time on the 0800 number you would never get through . The number to contact them 01942 463018 Wigan, England.

Today is the second time that our sofa has failed to turn up! We ordered it on July 5 and paid in full on September 11 yet still no sofa. Trying to contact them is nigh on impossible with wait times of up to 1 hour!! This is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Take my advice and buy from John Lewis.

Ordered 2 sofas only one turned up after lengthy problems and hours on the phone to arrange delivery…….they couldn’t locate the second sofa….and the one delivered had a rip at the back and stain on arm ……. The one delivered was eventually picked up and we were assured that as soon as this one was back at the depot we would get total refund. Well still waiting ……it’s been 6 weeks now and cannot get through to anyone either on phone or email…contacted my credit card company for help. Wonder…are they going bust??

Recliner chair hasn’t been delivered with sofa and chair.Have reported it to Plymouth store. Have sent emails and phone calls with no reply’s. Have had no explanation why this is happening. Terrible Terrible service. If I don’t hear soon I shall go to ombudsman, watchdog and even rip off Britain. It’s absolutely disgusting especially as I have paid in cash . Reading all the other reviews I think something should be done about this company. Would never never recommend this company NEVER

If I could give zero stars I would, had my sofa delivered today missing my £419 footstool & £39 care kit, no explanation given, can’t get through to customer service after an hour & a half wait. Delivery people broke a lounge door hinge - no apology given. Went down to sofology to be told my footstool had been allocated to someone else, terrible service especially considering we’ve spent nearly £4000. 11 weeks for another footstool to be sent out to us ….. never will I order from this company again. Store customer service very helpful & apologetic but this should not have happened

We ordered two sofa’s in June, the great customer service ended the moment we walked out of the door. Our order has been delayed by a month to the 10th November (we know it will be 2022) and then find out on Friday that only ONE of them is delayed, they have the other in a depot somewhere and asked when I would like delivery - strangely enough I’ve not heard back from the last 4 emails I have sent in the last 6 days to say ASAP. I wonder if someone let the cat out of the bag, it was meant to be a secret so they could deliver both in one go. Carrot dangled and taken away. Awful company, do not go anywhere near them.

I am still waiting for my order , impossible to contact them I have tried logging on to my account using my email , says not recognised tried the forgotten password route , says they have no record of my email address ( they have emailed me using it to confirm order ) Tried registering only to be told the email address is already registered !! I will take peoples advice and pay using a credit card for protection ( If the sofa ever appears )

Awful service! I've contacted the customer service number after several attempts, currently I am call number 31! After email there are no call backs. We're currently paying for a sofa that has not arrived, we're 4 weeks past our delivery date, the sofa has not arrived and we can't get through to re schedule!

The showroom experience was great and we came away very happy. Delivery slipped a couple of times and I started to get worried, so I looked up reviews of Sofology, which I have to say had me very worried that we wouldn't receive it or it would arrive long after our old sofa was collected. I tried to contact customer service a couple of times to check on delivery but I agree with what most people have said that they are very difficult to contact. Eventually, I spoke to someone on live chat and they did reply within a day or so. I am happy to say that delivery was arranged for before 10.30am today and it arrived at 9.30am, and we are very happy with the suite. I was convinced it wasn't going to come so happy to leave a positive review since it is here and we are happy with it. I knocked two stars off for the difficulty in contacting customer service.

Absolutely awful company. Don’t touch with barge pole! “Lost” my settee sent me wrong one, which was dirty and damaged and they were useless at resolving. Still ongoing 5 Months later. Joke Of company

Son and heavily pregnant daughter in law ordered a sofa a month ago from the sale. First delivery was postponed, second and third delivery were ‘lost’. Shockingly bad customer service, over 40 people in the phone queue and web chat not ever read. Absolute scam of a company ! Do NOT buy. Still awaiting refund !!
