“First of all I want to say I ordered lots of items from wish.com and I've never had an issue until this experience with a cross I ordered. I ordered this silver stainless steel cross from wish and I was on the verge of losing my grandmother to cancer so I had to move after she passed into her house where we live now. So we had to move and do the whole change of address thing so the first time I ordered this Silver Cross it probably got lost in the mail which happens when you move but I explained to customer support and they offered to refund me and I chose wish cash so I ordered the same cross so now the address change which already set so the second time I don't get the cross so I let them know again and apparently it was a back-and-forth because they don't have a phone customer support option so it's all automated questions and answers so I believe they offered another refund what the problem is they don't have accurate refund dates so that's why they flagged my account because they said I had too many refunds on my account which is their fault because my items never arrived but this past weekend the cross that I ordered the second time appeared in my mailbox and when I went to wish.com to thank them and tell them that I received it I found out my account was flagged and there's no other way to contact them so I will not be ordering from them anymore I will just order on eBay even if it's from China I will order from eBay I love this site because they had lots of cheap items some of them are really good and I bought a necklace which is really still in good condition now I have a cross to go with it but I will not buy from this site anymore and I am not pleased with the experience that I had”

“Hi, Order #13819561 Please contact me as I have tried to return this item as it had a hole in it. I need a response asap before this gets elevated anymore!! i just want to return it and I keep getting the run around. I have called and called and this is the email address provided. “It's been more than a month still no product they keep putting the time back for delivery. There is no working phone number to call like leave messages are there message service no response this company is a scam. Lost more than $30 to this company I guess that's how they do it in China.”

“I purchase several products from WISH.com, and not satisfied in how they do business.... 2 - major issues that wish should fix immediately as a company, would be DELIVERY TIME and CUSTOMER SVC contact number its not FAIR!!!!! as a company to have customers waiting weeks and weeks to receive their products... the LEAST thing would be to provide a customer svc number so customers can make contact about their products......”

“Signed up and my “free gift” (sunglasses) had their delivery time changed twice. Should have been here 2 days ago. Ordered on Nov 10 and still not here. I ordered a diffuser on Nov 12. Estimated delivery was Dec 7. Then changed to Dec 21 which came and went. Finally asked for a refund. We’ll see if I get it or not. According to the tracking number (which is completely useless), it never left China. This company sucks. Two orders and I have not received anything yet. No integrity.”

“Someone hacked into my account and your company will not respond to my emails. They placed and order and then cancelled it and used the Wish credit that was put back on my account. They then changed my email address so I can not get into my account I received an email notification asking to confirm if I had requested to change my email address I never confirmed that email so hoe was my email address changed, I now cannot get into my account and I have had no resolution or response from your customer service. Your website is a joke..”

“I ordered 1 item from here back on 11-27-18, it is now 12-30-18 and I have yet to receive this item more less an update as to what's going on. After I placed the order they definitely took my money from my card right away but never gave me any confirmation and when you try to contact them, there is no valid number they state to email them but even when I emailed them, I only got a computer generated response which only said go back to the website. Thankfully I ordered only just 1 item and the cost was less than $20.00 but NEVER AGAIN as this website is a fraud.”

“Terrible and customer service worse. 3 of my products came damaged i was supposetly given a refund on another item that didnt arrive that was oct 10/18. Now dec 30th. Still no refund received. Another item according to tracking was returned to sender. Can get any help on this one either yoy just get yhat stupid on line help with the assistant ehich is a joke i will never ever order from this site again.”

“Order 2 pairs of yoga pants didnt get either pair. Also order charcoal toothpaste didnt get that. Shirt that i ordered was not the size ordered. Will never order from there again. Waste of my money.”

“What went wrong was they said I had abused their refund policy (for one item they cost $2 and I didnt ask for a refund) so now they wont answer any questions about an order that I have not received that was supposed to be in on the 28th of December. Now they just keep changing the date I will receive it. Awful.”

“I ordered an item on Nov. 13 and as of Dec. 29, it still hasn't arrived. It was to be a Christmas gift. Thanks Wish for nothing!!!. I would give 0 stars if possible. Customer service is terrible. For anyone thinking about joining, think again, turn and run (don't walk).”

“Products were shown at one price but when I ordered the prices were almost doubled. When I contacted customer service they told me to just cancel the order, they made no attempt to correct the order. It's very difficult to cancel an order and forget about returns. The products I did receive came from China, so that pretty much sums up quality.”

“I joined to purchase a few items just to check it out (so cheap that it was worth a shot). the quality was pretty much exactly what you pay for - very cheaply made. however, my biggest complaint about this app is their lack of customer service....my account was hacked and my credit card was charged for an order I did not place. when I tried to login to my account to cancel the order and get customer service help (since their customer service phone number directs you to the app and does not actually take calls), it was saying I could not logon unless I provided a copy of my bank statement...no way! this app is a complete scam and does not protect your info. stay far away from this one!”

“Compared to DHgate this one is a lot better cause even when your item comes wrong sizes or cheap quality you receive the product for what you pay. They don’t steal your money and always give a feedback to make sure you receive your items. I been using this website for almost 3 years and it takes long to get your order and maybe isn’t high quality products but come on! For the price you pay you cannot expect more.”

“The prices always really good but the quailty ALWAYS really BAD things looks amazing in the pictures doesn't realate to what you receive ... SIZE is a puzzle you have to solve before ordering if you are small don't go to less that XL I am size small and ordered XXL and it was too small !!! ... One big down point you can NOT return any thing you ordered after 8 hours ... Shipping takes too long between 4 to 8 weeks sometimes less but usually you have to wait ... Bottom line I deleted the app don't recommend at all save your money”
