“The products were horrible, after requesting refunds on various items, they flag your account. By flagging your account, you're not able to discuss any problems with pending items that have been ordered. Huge mess!!! I'd never recommend them!!!”

“Hi, just got introduced to this Wish on line. We are in Australia, and the waiting is just so long, 1st times arrived, and it took 6 weeks, the product is so much smaller, and not happy with it. The Shipping price is high too.. Sorry Guys, but its not for me, maybe if you are in the Staes better for pricing. Took way to long to send to Aussie... Im out... Good luck, James”

“I bought 4 items on November 6th. I’m writing this on December 27th. I had one item refunded on the 29th of Nov. due to an incorrect address on the ship label. No other items have been updated since the 26th. I tried reaching out to support to get better tracking info and they denied me saying my account was flagged due to “fraudulent abuse of refunds”. I only have asked for a refund ONCE. Beyond angry. Can’t do anything since I’m flagged. Don’t bother.”

“Items are hard to track, and not delivered as promised. Christmas gifts did not get here as promised. They changed the delivery date on item twice, to be delivered now after Christmas. I ordered 2 of the same items, but different color. Both shipped out together, but one never showed up.”

“I had recently ordered 3 winter jackets and a shoe. It took more than a month to arrive and when i received it they were really bad quality and were the wrong size and even the shoe has a bad quality. and i wrote several support mails for returning the items but there were no responses.”

“I have read several reviews. All very bad. I have ordered at least 20 items from WISH. All but one showed up. All but 3 or 4 were worth keeping. On two of them I received refunds within a few days. The others I waited to late to request. Be smart with what you order. Furniture and clothing is a higher risk. I did order some boots for my daughter and they came in and fit and are cute. I ordered frosting bags that would cost me twice as much in the store and they work great. The wait has never been two weeks. More like 3-4 weeks. Customs will hold items longer at times for inspection. That is random and not on WISH. They do not know what customs will hold and for how long. I feel if you use common sense when ordering from a site such as this you will receive items and be overall happy. Think about it, if you look at common stuff around your house they are shipped overseas. Big box stores are the ones that mark it up to make a profit.”

“SCAMMERS!!! Stole $700.00 out of my account for 2 things i never even ordered or would ever order! They had my card info. And used it! I went negitive in my bank - still having issues since i had used them before- cant get customer service on the phone!! I HATE YOU WISH!!”

“I end up with wish . I give one star because i received my order . I order since October and I received. But take 4 month to got it . And beside in different month . Poor Quality no good at all . They won't see my money no more”

“What comes is fine. But I had 8 of 10 things not come. After 2 1/2 month's I requested refund. I was cut off after 4 saying I requested too many and needed to be in good standing again until I could again request refunds. So ...they do not come through and then I am punished with no money back for 4 items? Bull****.”

“If there were lower, I would give zero. After all the bad reviews, I got a prepaid visa card to protect myself. What a shock, they wont take prepaid cards. All it does is wait, then deletes your order days later. Would never buy from them with a real credit card attached to your accounts. Seems very shady. Glad I only got a deleted order a couple times and no mess like many have gotten.”

“Never receive my items it's been 24 days! Horrible customer service they keep giving me the runaround saying that my late shipment was told me before I went through the order they keep changing the date and it's been 25 days now”

“What I ordered usually poor quality ridiculously high shipping rates they only charged me on a $4 order $22 they still haven't taken care of it I ordered to bed stands both poorly made and very small I regret doing business with wish as soon as I get my business taken care of I will counsel my account I will not do business with wish again”

“I've ordered few things for Christmas 3 months ago and still haven't gotten them. I went to check my account and now its says I've never order anything on wish before. I've order atleast 10 things on wish. This site is a scam don't order from wish.”

“I purchased 2 Sensor soap dispensers and one is not working. I contacted to customer service and they told me to take picture and send to them so I did. So I got Message From wish saying someone will contact me in 2 days. Well no body contact me about my return. I spend money and got damaged item. Customer service don't care if customers have any problems. In the future I'm not going to order anything from wish again .”

“WARNING ⚠️ DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM WISH! They will steal your money and you will not get your order they also give you a tracking number that does not work! Then when u go back to try and look at your order it is not there! Wonder why.... They are nothing but a scam that don’t even deserve to have 1 star”
