“I ordered 13 items from wish and only got 1 from waiting 2 months. I really regret it not looking at this website before ordering from there. I refunded 4 items and now I can’t refund anymore because I guess “ I took advantage of their refund policy” now my account is like suspended or something like that. I don’t recommend ever buying from wish.”

“I ordered twice with Wish. The first time I ordered 3 items and 2 of them came by the date promised but the third never came. They ask if you’d like to wait for it so I said yes not knowing that I was forfeiting my refund and it would only be a credit. Fine. So I placed my second order of 3 items and again, I received only 2 of the 3. This time I just asked for the refund and got it with no problems. I really wanted what I ordered but didn’t receive - but this is ridiculous!”

“Placed order on 12/14/2018 and email said WE GOT YOUR ORDER! Thanks for shopping with us! The store is preparing your item for shipment. Your item is expected to ship within the next 3 days Last Email I got was yesterday and it said Delivery Estimate: Jan 9, 2019 - Jan 22, 2019 ………….. if the item you are ordering could have been here when they said. Then I could of hade this order for Christmas 2018 not 2019 just be honest and tell people the truth … if I would have knowen the item were being shipped from China, then maybe I would have tried to find them somewhere Local”

“I purchased shoes, but they sent to the wrong address & wrong person. Poor customer service. Coudn’t get my refund. A lot of froud activity. Do not reccomend anyone use wish.com Amazon or ebay billion time better then wish.com”

“I ordered 8 t0 10 dolls last fall for little girls that wasn't going to get a very good Christmas. They never came and I waited and waited I finally tried to get in contact with then but I never heard from them so I had my daughter to see if she could get my money back and they told her that we had waited to long and would not give back my money back and they did not have the dolls. I had ordered one of these dolls beforehand for my granddaughter and with shipping it sixty some dollars and they went on sale for something cheap but I really don't remember what but I guess you can have them as cheap as you want if you have no intentions of sending them. If I could give this place a -5 stars I would. I had not received things from them before but it was small little things so I didn't think it really mattered but this much money did matter. Save your money and don't order from the crooks”

“I ordered 3 items on dec 2nd. Its the 18th and still do not have my stuff. Now there saying jan 8th, after xmas. They keep changing my recieve date. DONT ORDER FROM WISH. They suck. And their customer service is non-existent”

“Wish used to be a great app. But now its a joke. Half the time you don't get what you order, I've even checked with my postal office. Not there. They keep changing the arrival date if it's late until your refund time runs out so then your out of money. The wait time for a month was understandable because they would have to put the order in then ship it internationally but now ALMOST NOTHING arrives!!!! When you do order they want you to get into your online bank statement and send them proof you bought their things. Wish has just become a joke. I've uninstalled and they lost me and my family's buisness for life.”

“Wish is such a scam and deleted the app after this last time ordering something. There stuff is always taking to long to get to me. We Have ordered a few things from them. It either comes broken and messed up or doesn’t come at all, and then they wish turns around and says that it was delivered but not there problem. Not very helpful customer service. Will not order from them again and will tell all our friends to stay away. Save your money and buy local.”

“Ordered lots, scary stories, I’m not ordering anything until they prove themselves. Eg ordered one cloak, two days later it can’t be stopped because “it’s already been shipped”. Gonna go to my local Better Bus Bureau and complain. Then go to the Canadian Groups that oversee this kind of site! Just waiting 🧐🧐🧐”

“I would give them negative if I could. First of all I had to wait a very long time to receive a few of my purchases. One top was way too tight and the other shoes were too tight. I would like to return them but I do not see these items under my orders. And there seems to be NO way to contact a human being about it. What a complete waste of time and money. No more Wish for me.”

“I wish I had ordered from Amazon!! Ordered a coforter and received a coforter cofer, ordered a cell phone and after the money was taken out of my account I found out it was actually a cell phone cover, ordered the call phone and still have yet to receive the phone or covers, ordered a universal laptop cord and received a bunch of cord adapters... I'm going to stop there, just feel like I've been scammed and wish I never ordered from this joke of a company.”

“According to the company it says my item has been confirmed as delivered. Took the tracking number to post office, they say it has never entered the country. Can’t get my money back, don’t have my items. I’m just out of luck. Will never order from this site again. I don’t see them being in business long because seems this happens to lots of customers.”

“A lot of times I didn’t even get what I ordered. Shipping will usually take over a month, sometimes two. Quality is rarely good although I have ordered licensed items and they were real. Wouldn’t reccomend for big items, health & beauty or clothing but is okay for boredom shopping for small things.”

“The last 2 5D Paintings I bought were horrible! They are nothing at all like their pictures! It was a waste of my money. Also I bought a ring and its so cheap looking and the band on it has chunks missing. I've been VERY DISSATISFIED with some of the items I bought. If you're into doing the 5D paintings don't waste your money ordering them from WISH because you'll be very unhappy with them. Go to Amazon to order them and get exactly what you pay for and you'll will be happy in the end.”
