“A lot of times I didn’t even get what I ordered. Shipping will usually take over a month, sometimes two. Quality is rarely good although I have ordered licensed items and they were real. Wouldn’t reccomend for big items, health & beauty or clothing but is okay for boredom shopping for small things.”

“The last 2 5D Paintings I bought were horrible! They are nothing at all like their pictures! It was a waste of my money. Also I bought a ring and its so cheap looking and the band on it has chunks missing. I've been VERY DISSATISFIED with some of the items I bought. If you're into doing the 5D paintings don't waste your money ordering them from WISH because you'll be very unhappy with them. Go to Amazon to order them and get exactly what you pay for and you'll will be happy in the end.”

“Décor Comfy Couch Pet Bed for Dogs & Cats, Available in Multiple Colors & Sizes Store: Furhaven Pet Products I bought this product that supposed to be new. After I received it I decided to wash the cover after having it for 2 months. The foam insert was covered in a soft, brown, fuzzy dog hair that is not my dogs. My dog has a black, coarse, straight hair. I have attempted to call the customer service phone number listed on their website which is never answered. I emailed them with pictures and they requested more pictures which I sent. Now every time I email them I get a coded email in return.”

“Husband Ordered 2 cell phones one came as a cord not cell phone and then never received the other phone. Tried to contact no response. Still after 8 months still no phone. 50/50 shot u get what u order. Con artists”

“This is nothing but, a scam! Nothing in (2018)should take 6 weeks to be delivered from anywhere! Took them less than a sec. to pull the money from my account. Yet! Made in China means we have a trade deal with China. Coming from China is bypassing all Americans regulation. I smell a stinky fish!!!!!!”

“Wish has bad customer service and poor cheaply made products. Save yourself a headache and go buy somewhere else.No direct contact with customer service and some products are never delivered, while WISH insists that they are without offering any proof.”

“Ordered four items: shoes two tops and leggings. SHOES: not like the picture, cheap laces GREEN TOP: literally a 6yr old couldn’t fit in this top and my plus size self ordered a double X... NEXT TOP, GRAY: again wayyy too small and I ordered a bigger size to safe than sorry and its all junior size. LEGGINGS: Again, clothes for a young tyke. My money is gone and store credit for what? For more too small clothes? No thank you. I WISH THE WISH APP WAS REAL. 🌈 #themoreyouknow”

“I saved up the money to buy a iPad for my son for Xmas ! Went and ordered it on wish ! The order said processing and will arrive by 12/22/18 today they just canceled my order for no reason and said my money would be refunded to my card in 10 days ! Which turns out to be right on Xmas day ! I’d never buy anything from this site again ! Deleting the app soon as I get my refund! Scam artist !”

“a bad site, a company that steals you things of poor quality! I do not have 8 objects. I did not get them to the deadline and they told me to wait for 30 days. After these 30 days they wrote to me that their policy is that they can not advertise after 30 days They are thieves.”

“Iordered a necklace through wish off of facebook they took my money and i never got my product even after trying to contact them for weeks nor did i get a conformation number to even track my product . “This is a website selling duplicate chinese products from china and its a RIPOFF. Quality of the stuff is poor and I am surprised that they are allowed to sell in the US. NEVER BUY FROM TGIS WEBSITE. Sometimes are charged but never receive the product.....CHINESE FAKE ITEMS”

“I have been buying from wish since 2017, I bought up to 70 items in various orders and there is only two items I did not receive which is not a big deal because if I do not get an item on time I asked for a refund, refund is granted and when the item come I get to keep it. Apart from some of the item looking cheap and some of their sizes or off they offer some really nice things especially their shoes I love the ones I bought. If they realized you do not received your item on the schedule date they are sending you a message asking if you receive this item. For the person who have bad experience I don’t know what happen but I enjoy buying from wish. I recently order a sneaker.”

“This is the worst site to buy anything! We do not receive copy of the total value of the order and we receive the payment balance from Paypal and we can not compare the prices of the orders. The pictures they have of the items are not the same of the ones the shipp. I can not recommend this site, this is the cheapest and awful site. They stole your money!”
