“I have no idea how they have such high reviews, on the app store they get a 4.5 rating, shame on them.. I think Wish are behind these reviews and orchestrate them themselves. I ordered a number of items based on the fact that others were claiming this company is good. They are scammers. I was shipped multiple packages, that included many items i did not order. There was very little paperwork, and in order to claim a refund they wanted pictures, the products came low quality, others in multiples, in order to place a claim one by one was very confusing. I am sure this was the intent. I asked for a full refund but they wanted piece by piece. That would have been fine if they had provided concise paperwork. I believe they sent me a bunch of multiples, the wrong colors, and missing product so that it was way too confusing to detail each product that was either wrong, missing, or multiples. They required a picture of each item. They may be on to something as I don't want to spend my days dealing with them as i'm sure i will never get my money back for their garbage product. Buyer beware. I am contacting my visa so that they do not charge me for anymore orders. I will have to donate overcharged and poor quality goods to my local charity. Good luck. Beware.”

“Never again! The item I purchased from Wish took forever to be delivered. I ordered 3 weeks ahead, but it arrived two weeks too late for the party that I was attending! I could have bought it from a local website for the same price with a 3 day delivery!”

“Maybe the most user-unfriendly site I’ve ever been on. I have no idea how to navigate anything, and the customer service is absolutely appalling. I will never be using this site again and will warn people against using it.”

“I lived in USA. This advertisement from Wish is total scam, false advertisement they had one price and once you place the order the price is triple plus shipping, the product that you order take a lifetime to be delivery and when arrived is not the material and/or quality that you expected. Total deceive. The worst part of this is that since the company is not in USA they can continue their practice.”

“I found the products were of inferior quality, and 25% of my purchases never arrived. Wish was really good (initially) at refunding the cost to keep me happy. My final purchase never showed up and when I asked for my money back, they said a lock was put on my account for excessive misuse of their refund policy. Really? Then, maybe apply shipping confirmations! Cancelled my account and will never go back. FYI - most of the product they sell is on Amazon, and at least you get a guarantee if things go wrong.”

“If I could give a 0 I would. I had a few people tell me to go on the Wish site and order my nail polish rack for my business. Well I ordered my nail polish rack back in March of this year and I never received my order. So when a month and half approached and I told some people that I still haven't received it, they stated that sometimes it takes 2 months. Ok... Cool. No problem. So I actually ended up giving it 3 months and I never received my polish rack. When I reached out to inquire about a refund, they told me I can't get a refund after 2 months. Well damn! I didn't know that and why can't a person get back their money THEY SPENT on a product never received. SO WISH got my money and kept it. Here it is November and it still says my package is in Ontario, CA. That's bull. Come to find out, I'm not the only person who has experienced this. I usually don't write review but this was flat out ridiculous and unfair to me. They clearly didn't give a damn about the money I spent. I advise EVERYONE not to purchase from this company.”

“I personally have been ordering from Wish for 2 + years and have NEVER had issues with them. Great prices just don't understand why their shipping charges are so high. I guess it is to offset the low price of the product. There can be a long wait time for most things since they come from China, but I am aware of that and lately they have been exceptionally fast with deliveries from there too. I know a lot of people worry about their credit card info but I use PayPal and have never had issue. The first time i used wish i didn’t know whether to trust so i decided to pay the least possible with this code: ( yltwdyp ), till 50% off on cart and shipping. I always do reviews on products so I keep track of what and when something arrives. I will continue to use them. Just make sure you read entire description for each product for size and amounts. Then you wont be disappointed.”

“Recently I made a purchase on wish concerning small and loose items to see if the shipments work (fishing lures, very competitive as prices). Everything arrived within three months, in various packages of 3 products each. I paid everything at a very low price (30 products/5€)mainly thanks to various discounts and coupons that you can also use and i’ll leave you: (discount up to 50% the cart with the shipment, but it depends on the products) ( yltwdyp )”

“Time wasters, their products can be attractive and priced so but once you waste your time there is no such item at that price, or at least only one that says sold out, happens all of the time, its a con, as are many of their free items you just end up getting something of no value for a high postage rate, with some small connection to what you thought you bought, otherwise it is just cheap and nasty.”

“I've had to request and have received refunds on very poor quality items that don't meet Australian standards. False and misleading advertising. Now I accidentally touched the wrong thing and it's saying an item has been delivered when in fact it hasn't. There is no way in the app to change it, and though the delivery date is constantly changing I have not yet requested a refund, but they are trying to put the blame back on me. They are making me go through an appeal process. THE FAULT LIES ENTIRELY WITH YOU WISH, NOT THE CONSUMER. Is there anyone who can help us stop what's happening. They are quick to take our money but don't want to protect their customers from shonky sellers. I'll be going elsewhere to shop. NO MORE OF MY $$$ FOR YOU OR YOUR SHONKY SELLERS. GOODBYE AND GOOD RIDDANCE.”

“Should be careful to order from Wish. The first a few order items could be delivered to you very quickly and also refund policy is very quick with a convenient system on App. BUT you will find very difficult to receive the same quality of items as their descriptions after the second order and it takes lengthy time. You might be forgotten your order if you don't follow up.”
