“After ordering a Burberry wallet from Cettire they never sent me the shipping information or tracking. After weeks of emails finally someone responded. Ericka a customer service agent said they were out of stock and would send me a digital gift card good for up to a year. The gift card was invalid and I’ve never been able to access anyone else ever again. What a scam. All of us wronged, duped, and scammed by the international fraud ring should come together with an international lawyer to form a class action lawsuit. They need to be shut down. I no longer purchase anything online.”

FELL IN LOVE WITH THIS BAG
Unfortunately I cannot leave a glowing review for Cettire and the reason is I feel duped, conned and now finally ripped off. Their site indicated they had only two of the Max Mara Marine Bag left in size small. I purchased one and within a day later they had the remaining bag listed for approximately $140. less than I paid. I contacted them and requested my card be adjusted to the price shown for the last bag as these two bags were the last of the 2024 season. They refused. Not only was I tremendously disappointed in their business practices but the experience has left a really bad impression. I can't recommend to anyone that they do business with Cettire without full knowledge that they could easily pull the same on you. They apparently are NOT interested in future business from former customers.

“I ordered a luxury handbag that was never shipped. I contacted Cettire and requested a full refund since the bag was not shipped within the expected shipping window (per Cettire, 3-7 business days). Cettire responded and said I would have to pay a cancellation fee if I cancel the order. So you fail to hold your end of the bargain by not shipping the item and I owe you a cancellation fee!?!?!? This is insane! Needless to say, I'm having to dispute the transaction with my bank because Cettire will not process my full refund. Sigh.... Save yourself the headache. Please shop elsewhere.”

I sent the shoes back the next day and they sent them back to me and said I wore the shoes.
