Beware to all customers for returns. I wish to give a zero star. Cettire did not accept their return as promised. I rushed to return an expensive pair of boots because they were too small, within the 14 days allowed; however, Cettire didn't accept the return; Cettire's reason was I did not include a disposable bag that came with the boots👢.
