We are so so happy with our purchase. After looking at so many different websites we found how much money most places charge and how questionable the quality and customer service is. We were a little nervous at first, but were sent a video of our product before it shipped that really put us at ease! I 100% recommend NeonChamp and cannot wait to display our sign at our wedding next summer!!

great product - comes with a trial video, tracking information, a really great and stylish remote with many functions, etc. I think the service and quality here is top notch

No wall mounting kit. No call back either Home Depot and other hardware stores don’t have it It was supposed to come with the light…. Nobody answers the phone

The light is beautiful, well made. The remote system did not originally work but customer service was responsive and easy to work with. They immediately sent a replacement part.

My first order i loved. Second one not so much. I spent more money but was completely unsatisfied. While loading my characters to make the proof it was limited unbeknownst to me so I entered the words, torrey’s classic garage but proof said , torrey’s classic gara. And thats what was made and delivered. What do i do with this??

I had no idea the was coming from India directly but it was worth the wait. It's a lot of fun and a great way to catch people's attention. The only drawback was that the anti-theft packaging was so elaborate, it took 10 minutes to unwrap even using a knife.

The website was very easy to use! We got exactly what we wanted. The shipping was fast and packaged so safely it was hard to open. We used the sign for our wedding and got so many compliments on it. 10/10!! Would 100% recommend to everyone.

We needed neon signs to capture event-goers attention and the signs came out great! They look better than we expected. We were impressed with the communication on our order and were sent videos of our actual signs being tested before they shipped. Highly recommend!

I would never again buy anything from this company- they promised a date that was never a reality and their shipping process was a complete disaster- don’t be tempted- stay away. You’ve been warned.

Very happy with the end product. It took some back and forth to get it right but the people I talked to were always good and responsive. A slight negative--with almost every communication I talked to a different person, which could get confusing. Also, whoever was doing their mockups was not the best designer: not the best attention to detail, and I had to keep pointing out how the mockup did not match the logo I sent them. However, their prices were the best of all the companies I called, and for a little extra direction on my part, it was worth it. I would highly recommend NeonChamp.
