What a MESS - VERY UNPROFESSIONAL - the two items I ordered came separately - separately from the cords and the remote. Fed ex returned the cords for some reason. I called Neon Champ and said it was urgent that I got them replaced as i was using them for or an upcoming trade show. They said someone would call me to sort it out. I called twice and still n ever got a reply. They said they don’t over night items. They have 300 orders a day - I said at this moment the 299 orders are unimportant to me. I had to spend 85$ to get the plugs required and a replacement remote to get the one to work.

NeonChamp did a great job with the neon sign for our wedding! Carefully crafted, carefully shipped for an on-time arrival. The company was in touch with us with a video preview using our new sign of how to turn it on and what it looks like. It was easy to hang and our guests loved it!

This neon sign is a Christmas present, so it has yet to be hung in its spot on the wall of our sports bar. However, the process of designing and ordering the neon sign was made easy by your excellent website. But perhaps the best (and unexpected) feature of the ordering process was the video you sent of the finished product lit up and working with all its accessories. So even before the package is opened I know what a great product I have received. And coming from overseas, the delivery took a bit longer but there was no hurry for the product. And the shipping was free and the price was great! Thank you for your amazing neon sign produce.

I still have only just received the cables and remotes. Where are the signs. Also, the stands you sent, two are broken.

What an amazing company. It was so easy to order my sign and they kept me updated every step of the way. When the sign was completed I received a video of my sign finished and a demonstration of the lights changes. I am eternally grateful. The words were composed by my grandchildren. Simple but direct. I will definitely will reccomend and use it again Thank you.

We are so so happy with our purchase. After looking at so many different websites we found how much money most places charge and how questionable the quality and customer service is. We were a little nervous at first, but were sent a video of our product before it shipped that really put us at ease! I 100% recommend NeonChamp and cannot wait to display our sign at our wedding next summer!!

The light is beautiful, well made. The remote system did not originally work but customer service was responsive and easy to work with. They immediately sent a replacement part.

My first order i loved. Second one not so much. I spent more money but was completely unsatisfied. While loading my characters to make the proof it was limited unbeknownst to me so I entered the words, torrey’s classic garage but proof said , torrey’s classic gara. And thats what was made and delivered. What do i do with this??
