Never received electronics. Fought with company over email for weeks. Put up with blatant lies. Company based in India not Canada. Company sells faulty, fire hazard products and sometimes doesn't ship at all. Company then lies to PayPal to avoid having to refund undelivered and/or faulty merchandise. Fraud report has been filed.

Actual sign is amazing!! Plug from sign to a/c adapter is junk. Will not make a good connection causing it to go on and off. Had to flex connection a bit to make it stay on, now it doesn’t work at all.

Got my sign and the power block and hanging kit shipped in different packages which i found out by myself because neon Camp was supposed to email me but they didn’t email me the information or the video of my sign working I got that email AFTER I got my sign. My remote wasn’t in the package and was missing,then I emailed the same email I emailed from before and it wasn’t active it wouldn’t let me email that support email at all.And all customer support said was to email that not working email this was Melvin’s only solution to my problem which didn’t help me at all. Long story short I got bored and wanted to see if that email worked again so I sent a email yesterday and the email is now letting me send it emails again to find out Neon Champ haven’t shipped my remote every time Ive had to figure out something about my order I had to ask them because they didn’t send the info any seller should be sending right after they ship your order also you should actually send all the stuff you say your product contains. Don’t bother with the remote I just had to order it off Amazon, pretty crazy when it should come with the sign. Huge hassle and head ache. Never buying from Neon Champ again.

Never shipped the electronics. When I asked for a refund they refused. When I went through paypal disputes the company managed to scam paypal as well by providing tracking for half the item which did ship, and not the half which didn't. I asked the company for a cancellation or refund about 12 times and they continually refused. Product also apparently catches fire, which is why I wanted to return it.

First sign didn’t work, second sign took a long time for replacement. I was not able to use the sign because the event past. They offered me a $10 credit. Should have been more.

I ordered a neon light from this company, I chose there darker purple. First thing I noticed when turning it on, it clearly wasn't purple. It's obviously bright pink. I was told that the neon light is purple as that's the colour when it's off which is just absurd. When ordering a neon light you're picking the colour when it's on not off. And there digitally created colour for the sign doesn't match the colour of my sign at all. They should provide actual images of the sign they're selling to avoid this issue. I called the office for days as it's easier to speak over the phone rather than email, no one answered the phone. Terrible customer service, would not recommend.

Adaptor caught fire. Very cheaply made. No offer for returns or refunds. Find somewhere else for your sign. Tell sign with the no returns

My sign doesn’t work. The “team” is reviewing the request video I had to make showing it didn’t work for the last 4 week days, and 1 weekend day and I have yet to hear resolution, but keep receiving emails to buy more or write a review. I’ll try the video here too a response would be nice.

Ordered on Dec. 8 with a "arrive by Christmas guarantee", which is why I chose this company. My sign was supposed to be here on the 21st- it's now the 29th and my order is still showing "in production". Customer service reps have been anything but helpful. I still don't have my sign.

Canvas Champ agreed to make a neon sign for me but instead of showing me a proof, they manufactured a product that does not match what was represented on their design tool. Namely, a dot on the letter “i,” which is not a dot on the finished product. When I brought his to their attention, they claimed that a dot cannot be made on neon signs, contrary to a minimum of seven signs on their website in addition to the design tool I used, which represented as a dot. I requested they make me what I ordered as I ordered it or cancel and refund. They said that wasn’t possible because I “approved the shipment” after they falsely claimed that there would be a 50% charge to cancel even though that is not in their Terms and Conditions. https://www.neonchamp.com/ They also have claimed “We have shipped the order with your confirmation and the order is already in transit so we cannot do anything now. Carson +1 404- 445-7864,” but even as of this writing, I have received no tracking information.

They sent me someone else’s sign… I have no idea what became of the one they made for me. It ruined A Christmas surprise. I notified them… let’s see if they even respond.. I what or who this sign was designed for… not me. I’m sure whoever ordered the sign I got is just as cheesed off. So FIX IT!!! NOW!!

Ordered on 4th December to allow plenty of time to be here for Christmas. 20 days later I'm still waiting. The website makes out the company is UK based with phone number and address, not in India. I've spoke to several different people who were not at all helpful- just fobbing me off telling me what I want to hear. Obviously I can't comment on the actual product as I don't have it. I definitely won't use this company again, nor will I be recommending it to family and friends. Really disappointed!

Ordered a sign for my son for Christmas because the website said it would be here in time. Production hadn’t started by the estimated delivery date and now the sign isn’t supposed to arrive until 8 days after Christmas

Ordered on 12/7, was told it would be in hand by 12/18. Today is 12/21 and still in India. Customer service phone number doesn’t go to that company, and guy on the other end could care less about me or the products that I ordered. Save yourself the trouble and order from an Etsy company that makes them in the US, wish I would have.

Can someone please respond to me? I have emailed, sent a Facebook message and tried calling. I paid for my order and have not received an order confirmation. I have called and a representative advised there was no order placed and that I need to pay again which I am not doing. The money has cleared out of my account. Give me my money back

I couldn't even make an order ($700) without issue. I had to talk t 3 separate people who couldn't find my inquiry even though I had been working with them for 10 days over email. They just kept telling me to pay using a sketchy link. They say their based in Toronto but over the phone I was told India by one person, USA by another and lastly Toronto. This is a scam. Not to mention they called me every single day since I opened my inquiry to make me pay.

If you need by a certain date DO NOT FALL for their false advertising. Product is made abroad and because of that suffers lengthy delivery times.

What a MESS - VERY UNPROFESSIONAL - the two items I ordered came separately - separately from the cords and the remote. Fed ex returned the cords for some reason. I called Neon Champ and said it was urgent that I got them replaced as i was using them for or an upcoming trade show. They said someone would call me to sort it out. I called twice and still n ever got a reply. They said they don’t over night items. They have 300 orders a day - I said at this moment the 299 orders are unimportant to me. I had to spend 85$ to get the plugs required and a replacement remote to get the one to work.
