Took longer than advertised to make, ship, and arrive. Missed the deadline for our event, so we were unable to use it. Waste of money. Beware - they make and ship these from India, so give yourself months of time to receive it.

It took them two months to respond to my emails and give me an order update. They said 5-7 days and I heard nothing. I requested my money back several times and they kept putting me off and saying they’ll finish my order. They finally shipped it and I don’t have a lot of confidence it’ll be worth the wait when it arrives.

Do not order from this company. First, the sign took nearly a month to get to me. I had to contact their deplorable customer service several times. When the sign arrived, it was not what I wanted. It did not match the proof (the words are very far apart). When I contacted the company again via email (because the chat function leads you nowhere, except to email their customer service), they told me that the sign matched the proof and have offered no resolution. Even writing this review, their questions aren't honest. You cannot select live chat and email. I tried calling but they didn't answer after 20 minutes on hold. Absolutely do not use this company. I doubt they will even publish this review.

Long story short, prior to ordering from NeonChamp I double checked if the sign would work with my low voltage system for my backyard lights, in which my system met the requirements. I was not told this would void the warranty of the sign. I paid over $500 for a sign that only lasted 9 months (paid extra to ensure it was outdoor compatible for Canadian winters). After the sign not being used much over the winter months, I turned on the sign the following spring to notice, one the light is no longer the colour we picked which was pink (colour changed to white) and one of the letters no longer works. NeonChamp were quick to dismiss any responsibility and told us because we hardwired the system that it voided the warranty. We were not told this when I enquired prior to ordering. We will be taking legal action as I have the communication from their staff. Please do not order from this company as they take no responsibility of the poor quality of the signs they manufacture.

Apparently my order was canceled and I was never even sent an email letting me know I needed to resubmit. Had I not logged in to check status I would have never known. When asking why I wasn’t notified with an email. Customer service said they did not have the “facility” to do so…whatever that means. Bummer. Was looking forward to order.

Total waste of time. Offered to make a sign for an OUTRAGEOUS price. Literally 4x any other bid. Was told that three times as they continued to contact me repeatedly. Finally they offered to "match any price." I am happy with where I'm buying from, but send them the quote. Then, they asked for the actual quote I'm working from currently, but that didn't satisfy them. They then asked, and initially I wanted to refuse and wash my hands of them, for the materials and kind of lighting. I was up front and told them I knew what they were doing, fishing for excuses to go back on their "guarantee to match any price" and told them I would be posting reviews regarding this company BEFORE I got their refusal to honor. Because I knew this was coming. I also told them their "product" was inferior to what I was already buying, and their material was not better. I sent the info requested. I got this in return. Thank you for sharing the details. We believe you have found a great deal with high-quality materials. Unfortunately, we are unable to match the offered price as it falls below our cost. We appreciate your interest in our products and hope you find satisfaction in the chosen alternative. Best Regards, Neon Champ So yes, they at least admitted the other products and quotes were better materials and yes - dishonestly refused to honor their word. They are also importing these from India and China - so they will take forever (well over two months) to get here if you are lucky. Add to that the high chance they will be stopped in customs and taxes and tariffs added you will have to pay for and... Just stay away, literally EVERY company I got quotes from online and on Amazon (I contacted sellers directly) were superior.

I ordered my sign on April 12 & it just arrived today, May 22nd. On top of it taking a very long time to arrive, now that it has arrived it is broken. Super disappointing!

Technically I can't even be giving 1 star as I still have not received my product. Ordered on 11.03.24, and the status of my order has not changed since. Contacted customer support on 2 occasions for an update and I am going round in circles! I don't mind waiting for a product if I know roughly how long to wait but at the moment, I have paid for an item that no one seems to know where it is...

the only reason I'm leaving one star is because I couldn't not leave zero. This company gave me a "guaranteed" arrival date but because my schedule changed, I reached out for a status update, just incase it might arrive earlier. I was told it would be here by the end of the week. It was not. when i tried to get further information about why this happened, i got the worst customer service and they refused to let me speak to a supervisor. they sent me an email "cc-ing" the supervisor to reach out, never happened. i chatted again, got the same. then I get an email with the video of my sign and i ask wtf. they tried to cancel my order since i wasn't happy. no i wanted a partial refund since their info on the "end of the week" date didn't happen, i had to purchase a temporary sign at a last-minute price, which could have been avoided had they not given me that "end of the week" date. I ask several times for this, they finally agreed to a partial refund (which did not cover the last min cost of the other sign but i was real tired of dealing with them). this was 5 days after the video of my sign being made and working and i still had not recieved any kind of shipping notification, which i have asked for 3 times as of right now and have not heard anything. worst customer service ever. do not recommend. go to neonsignsnow.com instead. very comparable prices, way better customer service and actually received everything 2 weeks earlier than they guaranteed.

Well they don't tell you it takes a week or 2 to produce... I am now 6 days into the "Free 5-7 day" shipping that is after the production and it is stuck in India somewhere where they make them. We will see if it arrives.

I loved how easy you could create an item that you wanted. I got one for my best friend's birthday and she ended up getting an led sign so she said return it, and I'll gift her something else. Well ended up not being able to return the sign because it was a custom piece but can't even get store credit and be able to return a sign I bought now I'm stuck with sign that I don't need and no money back!!!
