Scammmm!!! They are really Good in advertising scams deals, because they don't explain really well the deal that you getting and then just say is nothing that they can do. I made a reservation and I put the all inclusive hotel, I got one and they send me the text and all of that, in then I figured that the hotel that they gave me is not all inclusive, so I called them right they don't pick the phone then I spoke with some Fritz(Agents) through the chatting by text and they just told me that I can't change the reservation. NOTA: I CALL RIGHT THAT WAY AFTER THER RESERVATION.

I had a booking with Snaptravel that I paid in full on 12 May 21, however, I found out that Expedia cancelled my booking on 26 May 21. Now I'm stuck in a foreign country with no place to go and I'm out a lot of money.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! Terrible service. I sprained my ankle severely enough to need to change my flight to return home early. After several days of communications where they said they would provide me with flight options, they never provided these flight alternatives. I have since not been able to get in contact with them at all. They didn't respond to written inquiry and have an awkward and useless phone system that doesn't effectively put you on hold and randomly hangs up. Still can't fix the problem and I'm stuck abroad with a bum ankle

If I could give zero stars, I would. We booked a hotel room and the hotel was extremely rude while we checked in over the phone. Snaptravel refused to help and move us to a different hotel in the area. They claimed a supervisor could not call us back for 3 hours which would have been 10pm and past when we needed to be in a hotel. Absolutely terrible customer service.

I booked a reservation with Snaptravel 4 weeks in advance for my wife when she tried checking into the hotel they said the confirmation was not showing and would not check her In..I called Snaptravel many times in advance to make sure everything was confirmed they kept telling me every is booked and sent me the confirmation number…my wife ended up not being able to check in after flying 19 hours and we had to book a hotel at a different location that ended up costing us 4x the price….BE careful booking with this company they don’t know much and the staff is not good at helping anyone…now they did nothing to make up for this mistake and keep blaming a partner company for canceling my booking Very dissatisfied

Do not use this service! I repeat, do not use this service!!!! I had to cancel my booking. It was fully refundable. I asked for a refund for three weeks. They gave me the runaround and kept telling me to check with my financial institution for my refund there were no pending deposits each time. I actually didn’t even get a customer service number in my booking invoice so I had to search for it online.I finally called them after three weeks of coordinating through Facebook messenger with an agent, which was worthless. I asked to speak with a manager or supervisor several times on the phone with a customer service agent “Shy” who assisted me. She said that she would document my concerns and reach out to the admin team who would reach out to me with a phone call in 3 to 5 hours. She would not give me to the number to the admin team for “security purposes.” I told her that sounded like a terrible explanation and she could not give me a reason on why that was a security concern. She also repeated herself five different times stating that she would document my concerns in the team would get back to me she said it was not in their protocol for to let customer speak with a supervisor or manager, so save yourself lots of headache, stress, and frustration and book with someone else! This company is a scam!

DO NOT BUY FROM SNAPTRAVEL. ABSOLUTELY AVOID! They scam and con people and are the absolute worst to deal with. My sister and I paid more money on Snaptravel to stay on the apartment side of a hotel in Dubai (there were two options available on their website - the hotel and the apartment) we chose the apartment and paid more money for two apartments. Our confirmation email and final booking all stated the hotel apartments. We arrive to our hotel apartment that we booked and they say you've been booked in to the other side hotel not this apartment. We had to stay a night in the wrong booking because everything was shut when we arrived. We spent the WHOLE NEXT DAY literally wasting our international minutes calling Snaptravel and they ARE A NIGHTMARE. I was hung up on twice. When they do respond it's all scripted and robotic (as are their WhatsApp messages). Many times they said they would have a solution and call us back in 15-30 mins and they never did. We spent the whole day not enjoying our holiday, completely stressed out, calling them constantly just to hear the same response "this has been escalated and we're waiting for an update". They even lied to us several times saying we spoke to your hotel and they're closed when we were with them and they were open and the hotel said multiple times that they never heard anything from them. They scammed us of our money, claiming the apartment we want is under the same hotel but decides to charge us more money, write apartment on all our confirmations, but places us in the cheaper option. UNBELIEVABLY MISLEADING AND FALSE ADVERTISING. The last 24 hours has been a NIGHTMARE. I'm at my breaking point. A whole day wasted and no support from them. We still haven't heard an update and they took our money. They even sent us a text saying we're cancelling your booking basically leaving us homeless in Dubai. My biggest regret is booking with them. I WONT STOP UNTIL THIS IS RESOLVED. WE DESERVE A REFUND AND THE APARTMENT WE PAID FOR.

DONT DONT DONT USE THIS WEBSITE This is called stealing people's money My booking number # is B-3671659 I did the booking then I cancelled for free as per the website policy. Then I found the website decided automatically to not refund the money to my account but as credit in snaptravel website in case I decided to use another future service!!! Who told you that I will use this horrible website again even with normal refund you refuse to refund my own money and reserved only for a new booking I need my money to be returned back

Nonetheless, we want to bring to your attention that when you cancelled your reservation you had chosen the option to receive the refund in credits so there is why the refund was issued in this matter. We understand that you might have intended to do otherwise, but that is the refund method you had chosen. The credits have now been removed from your account and a refund in your original payment method has been issued. Regards

All the good reviews are lies. Snaptravel is has really bad policies compared to the competition with literally the same rates. 3 days before the reservation starts as opposed to the day before offered by the competition. My friend made the mistake of booking through them and will never do that again.

Policies are not set by us but rather set by the accommodation and only with their permission, we can override those policies. Please also be mindful that the hotel rates we sell are dynamic, which means they're always changing based on demand and availability. We do our best to find the most competitive rates, but have no control over price fluctuations. When your friend made the search, probably only Non-refundable rates were available at the time. This being said, if you had reached an agreement with the accommodation to deviate from their policy please reach out to us, We'll be happy to assist you. When I arrived at the hotel, there was no reservation. I paid in advance, my credit card was charged, but the hotel said the "virtual credit card" used to pay for the room was declined. No help was available from snapchat at the time, so I paid, again, a higher price, for the same room. Snapchat says they'll refund me, but only the price I paid them. AND, I won't get the $30 credit they promised. So, at this moment, I have paid $197 for a $66 room. IF I get the partial refund, it will be $101 for a $66 room. It would have been less stressful and less expensive to just book through the hotel.

I have a family emergency. As it says on the site, each case was to be evaluated on its merit. The service person I worked with dismissed my circumstances like they were not important enough to even consider. While one may get the best rate when it comes time to where you have a problem, this is not the travel service you want to rely on. Very frustrating and extremely disappointing experience. I do not recommend this travel service to anyone.

I am not sure how this business gets any positive reviews, my experience is they are a big scam! I came across the site while looking for two hotel rooms in Baltimore Maryland at a specific hotel. I was able to book at an extremely low rate. I researched the site as I had never heard of them and there were good/bad reviews and I decided to take a chance and book. The day before we were to travel I received an email from Dean at Customer Support stating that my reservation would have to be cancelled due to an outbreak of Covid which had closed the entire hotel. Hmm.... I was then offered a refund with a 20% credit for future travel or reservations at another hotel in the area. I looked at the reviews from the offered hotel and they were really terrible! I opted for the refund. Just to double check on things, I called the original hotel and asked if they were open and I was advised they were 100% open, and there was no Covid emergency. That is when I began reaching out to Snap Travel to get my reservation reinstated. After 4 emails over 2 days...no response whatsoever from Snaptravel. The only saving grace was that Snaptravel had mistakenly only cancelled one room. Due to the tenacity and customer service from one of the staff at the hotel, we were able to get our two rooms as planned. To this day, I have not heard from Snaptravel. This was an outright lie from this company. I imagine they had someone else ready to pay a higher rate than what we were paying and tried to cancel us and stick us in a subpar hotel

I used my PayPal to book a room using snap travel . The room was at the travel lodge in Jacksonville, FL. When we got to the hotel the lady said they were closed down and have no rooms she would give no other information and nothing written for a refund and was extremely rude. I called snap travel and they said to get a refund I have to have something from the hotel. My next step is to start a claim with PayPal

It's a scam. Don't use this service. It seems like a good idea because it's a little bit cheaper but it's not worth it. If you have to cancel, you'll likely never get your money back, even if the hotel agrees to a free cancellation and a full refund. Here's how cancellation works: you pay Snaptravel, Snaptravel pays the hotel, you cancel and the hotel reimburses Snaptravel, you ask Snaptravel to reimburse you, they say: "Sorry, we aren't able to do that. Is there anything else we can help you with?" So they keep your money while providing zero goods or services. That's theft. Also, they are going out of business, so they have even less incentive to give any semblance of customer service.

A total bait and switch! Do not trust this company. I paid for a Doubletree hotel as advertised by Snaptravel and the hotel was no longer a Doubletree when I checked in very late and was left with no alternatives. The hotel changed into a no name hotel unbeknownst to me. This was not advertised by snaptravel when I booked the property the same day. The bed was by far the most uncomfortable I have ever slept in and clearly the standards of the hotel were not the same as a Doubletree. I was also unable to use my points on this trip as anticipated. Snaptravel refused to work with me and acknowledge this discrepancy or take any responsibility for it. Their online chat was full of canned phrasing and Danilo and Shelley, with whom I chatted for over 30 minutes, did not resolve the issue whatsoever. Now I am about to take it the issue up with my credit card. I will never book with Snaptravel again.
