Over the past few years, I’ve had an 80% delivery failure rate from Yodel. They can bungle a delivery in more ways than you could ever imagine. And what makes it worse is that their tracking system tries to switch the blame onto the customer - “attempted delivery but the customer wasn’t in”, or “couldn’t get access to the customer’s property”, or “customer cancelled the order”, or “more information is required before delivery can be attempted”, and a host of other lies. The company is incompetent to the core. It’s not just the worst courier company I have ever dealt with, it is simply the worst company, full stop.

Parcel - a birthday present from family abroad -not delivered to me (stayed in waiting for delivery) although tracking said it had been handed to customer! There appears to be no real system for sorting this out - the phone number is just an algorithm confirming what their text said, I gave up waiting for internet chat after 25 minutes. Customer service is hopeless. Will make sure I never ever use this firm.

Said delivery would be Friday however popped up on app that I changed it to Saturday which I did not. Not the first time they pulled a stunt as last time out they said they tried to deliver but nobody home yet my cctv shows nobody came to address to attempt delivery, complete liars and inept. Do not use these clowns you will only be disappointed.

Ordered virgin media equipment was supposed to deliver Friday then in the afternoon of the Friday I got a message saying thank you for changing your delivery to Saturday when I didn't change it at all. Even after speaking to yodel earlier that day they said it will deffinatly be delivered Friday. Not the first time I've had a bad experiance from these clowns, last time they said they tried to deliver but no one in yet I have cctv which proved that they never attempted delivery. Complete liars and inept, avoid this lot at all costs as they only disappoint and don't give a xxxx

I wish I could give them no stars. First part of delivery arrived very damp/wet (no rain) second half was promised for next two days in a row, I was consistently lied to and took two extra days annual leave as a result waiting in for the promised parcel. It did not come on day three they told me it hadn't been scanned for two days (after lying and saying it hadn't left the national depot and had now gone to the local depot in Leeds) so I would need to contact the seller. In other words it was lost. Absolutely appalling, lying customer service. I would never order from any company now who use Yodel to deliver. Companies take note, you will lose business. No complaints phone number and not surprised CEO Mike Hancox has a locked twitter account. He needs firing.

I contacted them to tell them I had changed address, they said that I couldn't do that while the package was out for delivery. However, they then told me that once it failed to deliver, I could change it this evening. The driver delivered it to a neighbour, 200 miles away from where I now live.

worst delivery company ever, never updated the tracking details, everyday it keeps appearing needs more info on my address.. i have chatted to customer service EVERYDAY FOR A WEEK confirming my address, the retailer also got involved and gave them information but customer service was no help.. the depot in Reading is probably the worst- see their google reviews (that's probably why), so i just gave up and got a refund on my orders

Absolutely the worst service nightmare said they called twice and left a card once but they never then customer service told me the driver left it outside the apartment not true and then told me what the parcel was and it wasn't even the item I ordered another lie so annoyed

Cheap price but you get what you pay for, and with Yodel all you get is stress, don’t bother using these sharks. Appalling! How they are allowed to continue trading is beyond me, if they’re licensed it should be revoked, they’re absolutely not fit for purpose. AVOID!! Customer service provide NO service, they mostly don’t even understand the complaint, their website shows drop off sites they no longer collect from, and they don’t bother to let you know your parcels will just sit there indefinitely! Do not use Yodel if you value your mental health, read other reviews first… ‘won’ the award for ‘worst delivery company’ several years running with ease and unfortunately now I know why!

Totally frustrating company, the delivery drivers AND the help desk! they just lie.... Driver said he came 5 times, he didn't, we have CCTV... he did come but didn't leave a card...

Yodel left a green card even tho I was in and didn’t even leave a phone number or anything. They didn’t even fill in the card properly as it didn’t even tell me where the parcel was

I requested a return on Friday 30th July 2021. A man arrived Thursday 29th July 2021. He had no paperwork for receipt. I was unable to return. Today the requested day. I stayed in all day. No one arrived. This is the worst delivery company I have dealt with. I will never purchase items delivered by Yodel again!

Waiting two weeks for parcel to be delivered, chased everyday unable to speak to a human on the telephone just shitty web chats am now attempting to collect as the depot is literally 1 minute drive from the delivery address!!!! Terrible service would NEVER use you or purchase from any company that uses YODEL for their deliveries !!!!! USELESS USELESS USELESS Should be closed down !

Very cheesed of sign on my gate saying beware of dog. How dare yodel man come in my gate and kicking my dog. Ment to be Professional people they don’t even deserve one star. Yodel will be named and shamed.

This is the worst delivery service I have ever used, I was in the house for all 3 delivery attempts, no card was left but the feedback I kept recieving was that the delivery was failed and returned to sender. The customer service team is also none existent if you need to get in touch. If I could give 0stars I would.

I’m intrigued and surprised to discover that Yodel are still holding themselves out to be a delivery company. Could they not just give it up and stop. The world would be very grateful if the accompany simply did not exist.

Delivered to wrong address twice. Also left parcel in middle of the road and my postman found it. Worst delivery company ever.

Apparently there is no access to my house, despite being at home and my front door being on the road. I was also in the kitchen next to the front door
