They are a rubbish delivery service avoid them at all costs most of my items arrive damaged

Yodel told me my parcel was delivered- it wasn’t. They said they delivered it to a neighbour- it wasn’t. I tried to call the helpline but they cut off customers without a tracking number? (My delivery card wasn’t even sent, so I wouldn’t have the number.) I then tried online support and the guy tried to brush me off and gave me the helpline number? I had to contact asos instead. I went round my block five times knocking on doors until I found my parcel. It actually ruined my day! Do not trust them

They kept my parcel for two weeks and then returned it to the sender. I went on the live web chat four times to try and find out what was going on as the tracking website they gave me wasn't being updated. They said the first three times they had a large amount of parcels in that area and to wait for the next day. Then the fourth time they had the cheek to say I had requested the parcel to be held at the depot! And the customer service agent addressed me by the wrong name. I have all the chats saved. Useless company.

they must be writing their own reviews on Trustpilot... Worst delivery company ever. today, I hAad my parcel dumped on the side of the house. No notice left, nothing. I only found oput about it by analsing my Ring footage. this is just one of many examples

I ordered a parcel from missguided with standard delivery in the UK, which should take up to three days. It’s been 5 days, but still nothing has arrived.

Second time in a week driver 3 stops away then says he can't find our address, funny because every other delivery company can find us. I spoke to live chat after first failed delivery, assured me parcel would arrive next day, no it didn't, then received info it would be delivered today, & YET again driver 3 stops away & then message he couldn't find us. Tried to contact, but states all agents busy....what a surprise, they are probably swamped with angry customers like me!.

Order due to be delivered in 3 parts . 1 part arrived 2,5 hours after the delivery slot , I was live tracking and it showed the driver 2 stops away 1/2 hour after end of delivery slot with the driver a few 100 metres away , then he moved way off driving all over the district; before finally delivered finally , (tracker still showing he was 2 stops away) Parcel 2 showed as delivered ( signature required) .... the same day whilst I was in . No tracking and definitely NO delivery parcel 3 still at dispatch depot ???? The previous delivery I had from Yodel was the wrong one , got the wrong parcel . Someone else got ours. Luckily we chased him and got the right one . Unacceptable service !!!

My parcel wasn't delivered. I received a message to say it has been delivered. I was waiting in my home for it and received nothing.

Terrible delivery service, tells you you’ve had it when you haven’t then that it’s definitely been delivered to my door. I’m in a secure entry building so has to ring my number to gain entry

waited in all day for the delivery by yodel of my portable tv. it was not delivered to me & even worse yodel told me it had been delivered. i contacted yodel & explained this but they eventually maintained that the parcel had been delivered to the correct address & closed the case.

Had yodel three times delivering my parcel and each time it’s always arrived days later, even if I pay for next day delivery. Puts me off buying from any retailer that use them…

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE !!!! FUMING. Never called my number when on site. Showed my shed was delivered to reception on a caravan site. Drove up there and no one knew anything about it. Rang customer services said they would put in an investigation which would take 24 hours to speak to the driver. Day 2 called again to be told my query yesterday not recorded !!! Drivers dont carry cell phones (IN THIS DAY AND AGE RIDICULOUS ) and couldnt speak to a manager either. So had to do it again. had time off work to erect this and we running out of days now. So angry. Yodel doesn’t care about customers. Their customer service is a joke as only the chat is available. It barely works and the agent takes over 20 minutes to response and obviously cant do that much anyway. UTTER JOKE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!!

I paid for next day delivery for a reason to get my parcel in time for a birthday present to then be told they are having delays due to “unseen circumstances”Why not let people aware of this before we pay for the extra delivery? Every day since Saturday I’ve been told my parcel will be delivered. It’s constantly shown as out for delivery but when I contact them it’s suddenly not. I’m starting to believe my parcel has been stolen by one of their couriers. I never have this problem with any other courier service. I understand that there is delays but I’d rather have honesty than be told constant lies They constantly have delays. It’s pure and utter laziness that’s what it is! Scamming and thieving company

Parcel was due on 16/08. Did not arrive, no explanation. on 17/08 the App said short delay although it still said parcel was due on 16/08. No change for the rest of the day. Used webchat which was cumbersome. Got an apology for delay but no update on actual delivery. on 18/08 reviewed parcel journey online to discover it had been returned to their national hub which it had left on 14/08. utterly useless as a delivery company.

Disgusting company. Seems to lose every parcel I send. Can't get through to support. Can't call them. Never again. Don't send a parcel with them if you want it to arrive. I think this company is now the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my whole life. There is no way to contact them and the webchat just cuts you off, and that is the only pathetic way of contacting them. There is no way to contact them by phone.

I had an email from Yodel advising that my parcel had been delivered through my letterbox. I was at work all day and nothing had been posted through my letterbox. I was confused as to what had been delivered as I was waiting for a parcel but it wouldn't have fitted through my letterbox. I did a Webchat with Yodel and they 'confirmed' that my parcel was put through my letter box. The only order I had made was from an Amazon seller (two bottles of shampoo) and they confirmed that it had been delivered on the day in question (as Yodel would have 'confirmed delivery') I went back to Yodel via Webchat and I told them that the order was from an Amazon seller and would never had fitted through my letterbox, so their driver was not being honest. They said that the drivers satnav showed he was at my address and I asked them how could they explain that he delivered a parcel through my letterbox that would never have fitted? Then, I had an email advising that the parcel had been 'handed over' at my property and I should check with other members of my household and my neighbours. Well, I live alone and my neighbour doesn't have it. So what is it Yodel-was it handed to someone or put through my letterbox? They also advised that I should contact the seller-but why the hell should I do that if Yodel insist that the parcel was definitely delivered? Shockingly bad company with truly awful drivers and customer service. Total sham. Ref; I had an email from Yodel advising that my parcel had been delivered through my letterbox.
