“I have given Yodel glowing reviews in the past but I have been waiting for a parcel delivery for 5 days now tracking has not been updated from day 1 sender is making lame excuses for them because I suspect they know more than they are letting on I'm afraid this company has gone to pot sellers beware use other parcel delivery companies if you don't want a bad reputation”
“Is less than 1 star an option?
Tracking didn't give updates, driver didn't respond to calls or text, driver didn't leave calling cards. Customer service were the opposite of helpful. Advised for 2 days I would get my package that day, and then told I would have to collect from my local depot, a 50 mile round trip. Hardly local!
Please use ANY other delivery service, even carrier pigeon would be more efficient”
“I was not at home when Yodel attempted to deliver my items. Yodel left a card which stated on it that they would deliver the next day. Needless to say they didn’t.
The Amazon site shows that the items have been delivered while, at the same time, Yodel claim that the items are in their depot.
I contacted Yodel on the third available delivery day and was told that I’d ‘probably’ get them that day - I didn’t.
It’s now the fourth day and there’s still no sign.
No surprise that they are rated ‘one star’ and that they have only a 2% recommendation rating.
Very poor service.”
“To best help future customers I suggest not using Yodel. Failed to deliver on 3 separate occasions and offered different and conflicting excuses. Some or all of which cannot be factually accurate, or to put it another way, are untrue. Apparently I can’t complain because they are complaining internally. As it’s internal they won’t tell me the outcome. Overall not worth the one star I’ve given them”
“Unable to find my house. Only three houses at the postcode! Goods are persishable and i was actively monitoring the delivery.
Therefore, when it reached my slot and the driver didnt appear i went straight on to contact Yodel. It took me 45 minutes to get through and nothing they can do now but will deliver tomorrow. I politely explained that the house is in the same spot tomorrow, so if they couldn't find it today, how are they going to find it tomorrow. Peobably just a coincidence it is a Friday, the sun is out - surely the driver doesn't just want to finish his round as quick as possible.”
“Parcel was delivered to a wrong building a few days ago, even the picture the driver took was at a different location. Contacted them and they said the driver cant give out information and said they cant do anything but speak to the seller for now because driver said he delivered it to my address. Got my parcel 5 days later because the reception at the wrong building contacted me and said they have my parcel.”
“They left a card....so far so good but getting in touch with them is impossible....on line chat is too busy to accept any chat and all of the options say 'unavailable' what is the point?
They are at best woeful! If a supplier is using them to deliver then... Don't use the Supplier!”

Customer services have not bothered to reply to my last email .

“Parcel said out for delivery waited in for it to not be delivered then the next day it said it’s in the depot so my parcel has gone missing no way to contact them live chats never work and the number provided is £6 to connect then costs you every minute absolute scam they deserve to be shut down .”
“Paid for next day delivery but the packages where split and they delivered one by one each following day. With 3 arriving next day and 2 arriving a day late. The driver made note 'they couldnt find my address' after successfully delivering one of two packages which were already arriving late. Yodel has very poor customer service, they are unable to attempt to help you and can only quote the website tracker. I made Yodel aware of the 'mistake' of the driver immediately after the driver drove away with the second parcel, Yodel's customer services accepted this mistake as i have described it here however no help was offered, only another attempted delivery the following day. It is my problem, i have to wait. It is the shops problem, they refunded the next day delivery cost. Yodel absolves themselves of any duty to deliver packages timely or provide customer service. Yes Yodel delivery parcels, Yes Yodel have customer service. Yodel appears to offer a service which is below what I would expect from a domestic courier especially for high value goods and/or priority/express delivery because they are negligent in their planning and practice to deliver parcels at this level.”

It will be over twelve hours soon.
Tracking is garbage, and the couriers are never on time, ever.
Always either deliver to incorrect place, or do not collect goods. Either way extremely poor time keeping”
“Had email from my catalogue saying my parcel was delivered and signed for this was not the case tried to contact yodel only for them so say my tracking number was wrong which clearly it isn’t as that’s the one on my tracking”
“Absolutely useless. Vinted use it so it'll state that item will be delivered within a short timeframe and then there are frequent delays. Royal mail more reliable and much quicker!”
“I was meant to receive my delivery on Friday got an email Friday morning at 0730 stating to be in as my delivery would be coming waited in all day try to contact somebody at yodel all I got was all our agents are busy please try again later try it online to do online chat to find out what was happening again the app just kept saying all our agents are busy try again later at 8:00 p.m. got a voice message stating that yodel had rescheduled my delivery for the following Monday and to be available to receive all day again absolutely rubbish service I will never use a company or purchase anything from a company that use yodel for delivery”
