Only 1 star, because that was the only way of reviewing. Two days running they attempted delivery (no card left). I had left appointed neighbour's door number. Nobody knocked at her door (they were home, all day, both days. I then changed delivery address to my work, reception manned around the clock. Yodel attempted delivery? Really? Despite online chats, nothing resolved. Ironically, their complaints phone number is incorrect.

Left parcel outside front door was at home but did not bother to knock just drove away .this is not the first time surely Yodal can see some many bad reviews but the CEO refuses to do anything about their useless drivers .

This is not a one star review, it is a zero star review. In all honesty, Yodel have bungled 80-90% of my deliveries over the years. And on top of that, their tracking system, customer service webchat, and “CEO complaints department” are also worse than useless. They are the worst courier company on the planet, by a long way.

Left my parcel(electrical item)outside my front door in full view of passers by then put a card through my front door telling me that they had done so !!!!! It sat there for 5 hours as we were out !!!!

Very dissatisfied with delivery as parcel was left hanging out of mail box and I don’t have the parcel ,also had given a safe place to leave parcel which the driver obviously ignored very simple instructions to follow.

Received an email from Yodel today to say delivery had been attempted and card left, neither is true, I have waited by the door all day with my porch door ajar so I can hear, just incase - although the front door opens into my living room and my sofa is by the front window which overlooks my driveway so there's no way I could have missed them. I even checked the supposed attempted delivery time and I was feeding my baby on the sofa at this time, no toilet trips etc! I even tried calling the driver directly and what sounded like a small child answered.... I have been unable to get through to an actual person at Yodel either on the phone or online via the web chat....I've given up now due to pure frustration.....terrible service...and I thought Hermes were bad....at least you got your parcels with them even if they were thrown over your fence or left on your driveway!!!! Shocking service.

Sorry I tried many times to find solution to my case I bought a watch and my watch never came to my address delivery I complained to yodel about my watch not arrived to me yodel replying to my my watch was delivery to me I said I can proof it's not was delivered to me I have camera here yodel sent me a picture about delivery when I saw the pictures I said this not my place here it's a company big company you delivered to a house to a bricklayer we not doing any construction here and you can see on pictures I sent to you it's coming different place yodel just said your delivery was done see the picture from my drive and till today yodel not check who's saying the true this mean yodel don't care with your customers

Delivery promised for Thursday 29 Sept but failed due to incorrect postcode ,then promised again for Following Monday but never arrived.Then on Tues Yodel system showed parcels of wine returned to supplier.Customer Services absolutely useless and have had to wait for refund from Supplier.No explanation no apology !

What is their problem? A simple parcel from Argos and they can't even be bothered to do their jobs and actually park outside of the address and deliver the parcel! You can see them on the map. They lie when it's time to go home! Even their customer service team have confirmed their precise location when they scan,"attempted delivery," was the wrong coordinates or whatever they call their internal tracking of their drivers! Waste of my day and time for the first attempt! I then had no choice but to book another delivery day! They didn't show up because the next attempt to deliver I had to physically change my address to my NEXT DOOR neighbour in my flats as I knew I had to look after my Mum. A CHANGE OF FLAT DOOR NUMBER BUT SAME ADDRESS, as I knew the elderly couple would be in! It took two days for them to reprint the address at the depot! Can you believe that? TWO DAYS! The third attempt they didn't even bother to even try to deliver! Apparently they needed more info regarding my next door neighbours address. Example- if I lived at Flat 3- my neighbour would be FLAT NUMBER 4! WHAT IS SO HARD TO REPRINT THE SAME ADDRESS BUT DIFFERENT DOOR NUMBER IN WHICH I HAD TO SELECT THE ADDRESS FROM THE DROP DOWN BOX ON THE APP?? What further information do these incompetent staff require???? Waste of my neighbours time! WHY IS IT SO HARD??? You call customer services and all they do is send an email to HAYES DEPOT! The lazy staff at the depot DO NOT READ INTERNAL EMAILS! Till this day I've not had a call back from the depot manager even though their customer service team has emailed them and requested that action! Bad staff stems from bad management and Head office staff must be no better, as clearly there is an ongoing problem with this particular depot and nobody is investigating! They make me ill and I HATE THIS COMPANY! I would have Hermes/Elvri courier service anytime but unfortunately ARGOS do not use them. I have my parcels delivered by Hermes for years and not once have I ever had any issues! I'm contacting Argos and making a huge complaint and than trading standards! Hayes depot staff are disgraceful, lazy and lie! The worst possible staff and company in the UK! Dates of the lazy couriers who are also pathological liars, that were due out for delivery: 01.10.22 - 05.10.22- 07.10.22- 08.10.22: I requested a refund from Argos and the parcel will be sent back to the company.

DO NOT USE! I received my 2 hour window message at 16.18 and the "sorry we missed you" email at 16.19. Not to sure how that exactly works. With my parcel being redistributed for today and myself and my girlfriend sat with the landing door open so I can hear the door/buzzer and they didn't even try to knock on the door or an attempt at using the buzzer! I try talking to customer support and they was completely useless as well. It was all just pre - written messages and recieved the same message everytime. Apparently I'm getting a redelivery tomorrow which won't happen because I'm in work all day. Even told the Bot and still adamant I'm receiving it tomorrow. I even asked for a refund and they wouldn't allow it. Use Hermes or someone else.

Yet another dishonest Yodel driver - \I received email stating the parcel had been handed to me direct. This was not true and they neither left a card to say they missed me nor emailed me a picture of the parcel at this property. Impossible to reah them as no-one answers the mobile '[phone nmber given to me, nor has anyone responded to my messages.

Email stated my parcel would be delivered yesterday , I followed the tracking to see my delivery was next . I opened the door and watched the driver look in his van for my parcel . He told me it was not on his van and the only option was to mark it as “sorry we missed you “ . I was told it would be redelivered today , but I have had no tracking updates , no customer advisors could tell me the actual whereabouts of my parcel or offer a time frame . So basically I have been sat at home since 1pm yesterday and I am still waiting. I will never order anything in future if the courier is yodel . Very unreliable, this is the second bad experience I have had and if I had known the retailer was using yodel I would rather have gone and bought my item in store . I will avoid at all cost . Nobody follows up any complaints . Diabolical

Yodel "Oh God No!" Yodel now has a reputation of when you mention their name as a delivery company of your parcel, your first thoughts are "oh god no!". It is a reputation well deserved, when a customer who works from home, leaves the door wide open waiting for a delivery with live tracking open in another internet tab, there is NO WAY!!! i could of missed this delivery yet surprise surprise, the update on the live tracker says "we missed you, you were not in, we left a calling card" both of these points are lies, i was in the whole time, and no calling card was left. On chasing this up with Customer Service 5 minutes later i was greeted with scripted responses and when i asked for it to be escalated to management i was ignored and the rep was quick to end the conversation. Yodel this is appalling customer service and you should be ashamed of yourselves, if my staff gave service like this they'd be under review straight away. On looking at the other reviews here it seems im not the only one victim to this and i hope other companies check out the customer reviews on your delivery service and think twice before taking out contracts with you.

Appalling service but seemingly a very similar experience to other people's, judging by the reviews for Yoel on here and other review sites. Yodel said they had delivered my parcel, no parcel was delivered and they've taken 10 days to come back to say they can't give me any further information about it. Can't imagine how they're still in business.

Purchased an item from ebay, Yodel tracking showed delivery on 25 Sept at 2pm and was placed in 'Shed' safe place. I checked my shed, as well as my neighbours at both sides, another neighbour on a nearby street that has the same house number - no package. We are all home that day (it's a Sunday) and I was washing my car close to 2pm so there's no way we can miss anyone knocking, also my video door bell which has human activity alert didn't capture any sign of delivery at that time window. I've spoken to their CS team multiple times to investigate, no at all helpful, at one time they told me there's no picture evidence of the package, and at a later time they told me the picture was send to me by email, which of course they didn't. All I had is a templated reply of "to check with the family members and the surroundings of the property" and "contact the sender". but the "sender" and since it is marked "delivered" neither the sender nor ebay accept my dispute. Luckily it is not an expensive item so I think it is not going to worth more of my time chasing Yodel, instead I will just make sure people are ware of their level of service.

orth £450 for three days being told it will be delivered today ,being ignored , no update on line or on app. This company shouldn't exist. AVOID AT ALL COST

My order was marked as loaded onto the Preston van at 8.46 am and out for delivery on Tuesday morning 4th October and it was not delivered, the following day 5th October it was marked as out for delivery, I made an enquiry as to where it was as I had not ventured out of the house for fear of missing the parcel, I was informed that the parcel will arrive three days after it was initially made available for delivery to my address, horrendous service!
