“Very slow service. I had to wait 2 weeks before I got my parcel. Everytime I checked the tracking number it was always in the depot. Will make sure to keep away from this service.”
“Waited all day for parcel,kept checking app,then came up delivered,checked my garden,neighbours gardens,phoned Yodel,automated message told me my parcel was in out building ,which I don’t have!!Tried website and different customer service numbers,no body answering calls,and website says tracking number was invalid,finally found my parcel in front garden between two plant pots,on main road,courier had to walk past my front door and front window to put parcel there,but didn’t knock and would see television on ,this is not first time,and I am not using any firm who use this firm.Biggest joke is couriers mobile number who seemingly you can contact if you have a problem is 0000000000001,FGS”
“Delivery attempted yesterday but didn't leave with neighbours, checked on the tracking app and gone to main depot with no further updates, live chat people are clueless and lie and the customer service helpline is automated so hardly helpful!!! I'm not in tomorrow so parcel will be returned to sender....marvellous when my partner has been home all day today as apparently they try to deliver 3 consecutive days!!!!”

“Absolutely AWFUL company. I have had several missing parcels (that are clearly stolen by staff during transportation with them), I've been lied to by the 'help team' on their live chats, and I have experienced drivers lie about attempting to deliver.”

After the driver declared that the parcel had been delivered to my front porch (even though I was at home, and no attempt to ring the bell was ever made), I went outside to find absolutely nothing. “Been to three separate drop off stores today to "print label in store" all three couldn't take my parcel because they'd run ot of labels for their printer. Being a delivery company I'd expect you to deliver sufficient stocks of labels to your agents. I think that only on one occasion have I dropped parcels off at the first attempt it's normally 2nd or third attempt. Today was a complete fail.”

Three attempts to deliver a parcel, the three of them at the same time. I called them 4 times to explain to them that I am at work at that time and that I need the parcel to be delivered at a different time.
They answered saying that isn’t possible.
They also said it isn’t possible to change it to my work address.
NO SOLUTIONS!

“Shockingly poor with each Beerwulf delivery - they are either late, dont turn up at all, or delivery the order on multiple days. Its been bad for a good time, plenty of time to address by now”
“Parcel was due to come between 23rd-24th May from eBay, 24th May comes and now it’s coming on Saturday the 27th. Used the web chat because I’m not home on the Saturday and after 20 mins of the customer service person stalling with a reply every 5 minutes that could easily be put all into one message, only just to regurgitate what I told them at the start. Horrible company, never using them again.
Also had a parcel “out for delivery” for over 24 hours, loaded onto a van in the early hours only an hour from my house and took over a day to deliver.
Service so bad it borders on scamming behaviour.”

“Awful company which is run by cowboys! First time using Yodel and I am afraid it will be the last. Posted my parcel via 2 day option and the recipient has still not received it 2 weeks later! Tracking shows delivery attempt made when in actual fact there was none as recipient was home and no card was left. The Web chat and customer service advisors are useless and uncooperative! They seem to be based in India Instead of addressing your issue they respond with scripted messages. 2 weeks later they have no clue where my parcel is and why it has not been delivered! Very disappointed with this company and lack of customer service provieded. Should have stuck with Royal Mail!”
“Absolutely rubbish, said that they would deliver between 19:00-21:00 and never did, then two days later said it had been delayed.. 4 days later it's saying at depot.... So I asked to leave with neighbour... Then no updates or anything. Utter rubbish. Happened to my partner recently.. they have never got a delivery right to date...”

Courier claimed to have delivered to the customer 🤣My flat is on the 1st floor,blue door.Parcels were stolen and I am out of pocket! Their reply was useless too,we will educate our couriers?
