Couldn’t find address (didn’t even come down the road), then said that it would be delivered every consecutive day and only after I asked them literally 10 times did they tell me it was delayed and they didn’t know when they would deliver it… absolutely useless service and the customer support just ends the chat when they don’t feel like talking. Avoid like the plague, go with DPD

An email 10/9/22 told me that my order was on its way and so I expected it in the next few days as has always happened in the past. On previous orders I had always been contacted by the courier but nothing happened. Unfortunately I had to go away Wed lunchtime but asked 2 neighbours to keep a look out when they could. I kept checking email while I was away but still no notifications from Yodel. I get back Sat morning to find one card only from Yodel suggesting that they had tried to deliver 3 times! Then their tracking system didn't even recognise the number on their card! So where were the cards for the other two attempts - even if I hadn't gone away I would not know if they had been no card no email? Where was the email saying that they had tried to deliver? I could have told them to hold the order if I realised they were trying to deliver. No neighbour remembers them! Sadly these drivers are on such ridiculous time schedules they do not have time to knock neighbours or even write out cards. This one obviously didn't even contact his company when an automatic email would be sent. Unfortunately this is often the story with Yodel - neighbours have so many problems with wrong delivery and drivers not giving enough time for people to get to the door etc.

Definitely avoid them! Terrible delivery company. Delivered to the wrong address. No information on card they left, except tracking number. Tracking number just enables you to see that your item hasn't been delivered! It's almost impossible to talk to a real human being and they don't have any useful information on their website. God help you if your delivery ends up in the 'local' depot as the depot is probably in the back of beyond and only open for the blink of an eye. Avoid this company at all costs

Completely untrustworthy company. Deliver to the wrong address - not a problem it’s been delivered. Lie about trying to deliver to the right address - it’s not a problem it’s been delivered. Customer contacts the complaints team to complain - it’s not a complaint it’s been delivered. We will fail to meet our contractual requirements but - it’s not a problem we’ve delivered your parcel to somewhere in the UK and you’re supposed to be content. What a complete and utter farce.

would give no stars if possible. this company is a joke. do not use and avoid dealing with sellers who send goods with them . 8 days after dropping parcel off customer still hasnt had it , I've been lied to, refused request to speak to a manager twice, told a manager would ring me back they didn't . i now have to refund the customer so that looses me money and have had to apologize repeatedly to them, something yodel dont know how to do. I've also lost a customer, like they have. avoid yodel and collectplus use a reputable company no wonder they changed names pity they didn't change their reputation

Never again! If I could give 0*, then I absolutely would. Have been trying to collect a parcel from a collect+ parcel shop for 10 days so far, and still no success. I have been to the collect+ point multiple times now, with barcodes, manual collection codes, and proof of ID, my parcel is there, with my name on, and I have seen it, yet the store will not release it to me. Nobody I speak to seems to be able to claim responsibility for the failure, so I have been passed around from Yodel, to Collect+, to store managers, without anyone providing me with a solution to the problem. I am very frustrated and extremely disappointed with the customer service, I need someone to accept fault and make the necessary changes to resolve my issue, but so far nothing. My holiday tomorrow will be ruined, as despite ordering in plenty of time, I will not have the new clothes and trainers I ordered to wear whilst I am away.

Been waiting nearly a week for my parcel, had to call virgin media and get them to find their property.Doesnt look good because I'm a new customer but maybe leaving now thanks to yodel and the fact you have my booster box for my wifi set up...not sure if I can stay now with virgin because I won't know if I can get connection because you have my parcel at the depot now for 3 days not moved Virgin media give you a 14 day cooling off period, called them and they are chasing you up yodel because you've disappointed them as a reputable company and as for me I NEVER EVER USE YOUR SERVICES BECAUSE YOUR THE WORST DELIVERY COMPANY IN THE UK.I avoid you at all costs, shame on you and your lying drivers abt they have posted a card. That really bothers me because they don't.Your drivers need a little more training because they really don't care if your in or not.SHAME ON YOU YODEL, LOOK OUT FOR VIRGIN MEDIA BECAUSE THEY INVESTIGATING MY PARCEL AS I TYPE THIS.Get it together

Ordered a parcel to be delivered on the Tuesday. 3 days later still not arrived nor no updates on the tracker. Contacting customer services is the most painful experience ever. Constantly “I promise you it will be with you today” this is 6pm on a Friday and it’s not even out for delivery. Then I opted in for collection, doing their job for them. I opt in… I arrive the next day as stated. Sorry. Not ready… right okay I’ll give you one more day to put my parcel to one side so I can collect. 5 days it’s quoting it will be ready to collect. 5 days to put my parcel to one side so I can grab it, I’ve not ordered the pyramid of Giza. Slow isn’t the word it’s like they have one person in the whole warehouse doing it all. Would rather use carrier pigeon to deliver my parcel screw by screw then use yodel again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the worst delivery company I have ever know. First parcel was returned to the seller, because apparently the driver was told I have moved address...!! News to me, but still doesn't explain why they didn't knock my door, leave a calling card, etc - surely Yodel do not take the word of some random stranger that the driver happens to speak to on the street. Of course not...! The driver clearly was clearly trying to deliver to the wrong house but Yodel won't admit that..! So the seller sent the parcel again - yes, unfortunately by Yodel despite me telling them what had happened. Apparently this time they managed to deliver the parcel. I just do not know where it has been delivered or who to...! During 6 online chats with their terrible customer service team I was told the parcel had been delivered to my home and the driver sat nav proved it. They wouldn't share the sat nav info though. Then I was told actually it was delivered to a neighbour called Khan. We have no neighbours called Khan but I still checked with all neighbours and no one had it. Then on another chat I was asked to confirm my address, I did and was told that didn't match their records. Incredibly the customer services rep then went on to say but their records proved the parcel was definitely delivered to my home. They couldn't explain how this was possible when they had just admitted the address they had on the deliver record didn't actually match mine...!! I asked for a photograph of the delivery location. After repeated asking, I was sent a photograph that they claim was where they delivered the parcel to. The photo shows a number of parcels (all of them battered and damaged) stacked up against a wall - details unclear as it is taken so close in you can not see the background. However, despite being a close up shot, the address label is blurred so you can not see if it is mine or not (I suspect not as the parcel shown is completely the wrong shape for the item I was expecting). It begs the question, how could the parcel have been handed to my neighbour (the mysterious Khan) if the photo shows several parcels left against a wall..?? Running out of answers, Yodel's response is simply that I should contact the seller. Why anyone uses Yodel defeats me completely.

Was trying to track my parcel for almost a week as it was late, started loading at 8am on the 5th and stayed that way for over 24 hours. Contacted customer services via webchat at lunch time on the 6th, to be told it should be delivered today. Wait in all day and nothing arrived. At almost 10pm that same day I got an email saying delivered at 14:00 on the 5th. Not happy at all! The service is an absolute joke, this was a gift for my son, a next gen console and now it's gone walkies!!

I was promised my parcel on Saturday the 3rd of September. It’s my broadband which I desperately need bc I have no wifi. The website updated and said “we could not deliver because we failed to gain access to your property”. What access? I live on the main road and there is no gate, only a doorbell to ring! I’ve also been sat by the door the whole day patiently waiting. All the workers on the webchats told me I had missed the parcel and it was my fault. They are liars! I was told that once the driver leaves the depot I get a message with a 2 hour time slot. Never got it. I was told if I wasn’t in, they’d leave a card explaining how to reschedule. Never got it. But they keep trying to say it was my fault. Now it’s Monday noon and I doubt I’ll get my parcel, the webchat workers can’t even tell me where it is. Absolutely useless. Cant believe I’m begging a courier company to deliver me my parcel!!!! Would rate 0 stars if I could, if you have the choice AVOID YODEL.

Weekend delivery - Ha you're having a laugh! Lies and fake tracking. I actually drove around looking for the van as the site stated that there were 6 drop offs before mine, just two streets away but no van was seen. Twice failed to deliver, Saturday and Sunday. It seems that the telephone operators don't work weekends, so when they say that their customer service agents are busy, that's a lie too. Disgusted.

I have an important event tomorrow and was expecting my delivery yesterday. I received an email saying it was delivered, I went to the local pick-up store to collect it, and was told it hasn't arrived yet. The next day I received a text saying it arrived, I went over it again, but nothing. I called up customer service who informed me it had arrived but the delivery 'mistakenly' taken the parcel back with him, but assured me it will be redelivered within a couple of hours. I made a third journey to the store, guess what? It hasn't arrived. I called up customer service, and the same story again. Not only am I being made to go back and forth to pick up an item that hasn't really arrived but now really stressed as I really needed this package today. BEYOND ANNOYED.
