“I had a renewal which was priced more than last year
I went n a price comparison site thought Yoga came up on there cheaper bought the policy but it is in fact dearer and there is no tracked cashback deal at all.
I was going to cancel within 14 day cooling off period but Yoga want to charge me £49.99

“Year on year I ensure that I avoid accidents, year on year my car insurance goes up. This is unacceptable. I find out that my insurance is also relatively high because I drive HGV's for a living. As a professional driver I am LESS likely to have an accident, because I am more road savvy than most other drivers.
Try bringing my insurance down, and then I might start to leave a more positive review.”

“The web-site was almost impossible to navigate when I wanted to cancel my policy, so it renewed automatically, I have tried various times to cancel from the Portal, but it's a nightmare, and I am quite Tech savvy, without being able to do it! I have just sent a letter of cancellation in the post to try that way. No customer support at all apart from some you Tube videos that are hard to follow? I am disgusted that the company make it as hard as possible to cancel a policy!”
