“I found a cheaper policy and never accepted auto renewal. They still auto renewed and charged a further £51 to cancel the day after they renewed. Fing outrageous. Even in the future they do come up cheaper I will never take out insurance with them again”
“all set for auto renew, so l thought, so l wanted to add some bells and whistles to it, no, it said, card declined, ok just let them know what we want, no, you cant contact them except by leave a message, we did that, 24 hour reply? no nothing. Day came and they were quick to tell me that l was no longer insured!! so my ma in law said try my card, and it went thru ok. l repayed her using my card, it was accepted and went thru no bother. l doubt if l will use them next year, this is their one chance.”
“The renewal price was £100 increase. I found a cheaper policy elsewhere. I was Unable to speak to customer services as no customer telephone available. The online portal doesn’t work which means it’s impossible to text customer services, an the bot chat doesn’t resolve the issue. Very unsatisfactory service”

I paid the initial £68 but then found a cheaper quote , having read that I have a 14 day cooling off period to get a FULL REFUND I finally found a way of cancelling the policy but you only refunded me 24 said it was an "admin fee"

“I was told my insurance would automatically renew when I agreed to my new policy, however this did not happen and came as a surprise to receive an email on the morning of renewal to learn I was then uninsured and the renewal hadn’t happened! Stressful to put right quickly so I could drive my car to work! Not good service.

“I'm actually unhappy with regard to my car insurance renewal.
On the renewal email reminder you sent, you said that my policy would automatically renew if I didn't contact you. I decided to stay with Yoga, so thought the policy would therefore just automatically renew on the given date. However, this didn't happen, despite the "auto renew" button on my portal being ticked. I received an email from you saying I wasn't covered, so had to rectify this straightaway. If you say the policy will be automatically renewed, then this should happen.”
“My car insurance has automatically reviewed. The number plate is incorrect, my customer portal will not accept the change and the online bot is useless. I have recently set my boss's car up with insurance from you and he has another 7 cars I wish to add, so pull y9ur finger out and help or I go elsewhere! You either want the business or not!”
“I have tried on umpteen occasions to contact yoga to inform them that I was unable to access my portal so that I could view my new car renewal, I wasn’t going to renew until I knew how much the premium had increased, which was highly likely in this day and age. I’ve had absolutely no emails enabling me to set up a new password. I had a look at my policy information and it said that they don’t automatically renew unless they are contacted, so then how come I received an email thanking me for renewing my policy…????
I went to the bother of sending them a letter by pigeon post detailing my frustrations of not being able to access the portal and again, no response. I’ve had no alternative but to cancel my direct debit with them. I will NEVER EVER again take out any online policy without being able to interact with an actual human….Jenny in Cambridge”
