“I looked at various sites for insurance for my car. I had notification from my then insurer that the cost had increased by £100, 34%, no reason given. I searched & found Yoga-insure on a comparison site & insurance was £267.80p. This included no claims bonus cover, windscreen, car rental etc, everything I wanted & it was easy to set up. Only problem was I'd set up all the cover I wanted & the last couple of pages was mentioning various things & the extra cost but I'd already entered them when I got my quote. I think Yoga should take a look at their final pages & sort them out so it'd be easier to understand. Everything else was good. I'll find out how good the company is if I have to make a claim.”
“You say use the online portal to make changes but I could find where to change annual mileage. So I did an online live chat which was very frustrating as it took at least 30 secs for each typed message to go live. Then to be charged £30 to make this tiny ammendment was obscene”
