“I can not access my new policy documents as I can not register my email. I spoke to an agent who told me to re register as I had an old account with you. I can not for the life of me get my email to register. I don't know where to turn to. I am not very good with computers etc.”

“I pid my yoga insurance online as I was with them last year. I didn't know I had a renewal email and after paying I was emailed that they would take renewal money automatically. I cannot access my account and I cannot get in touch with them even online to let them know I have paid by error and not to renew my last year's insurance. It just won't let me access anything. I have contacted my bank but I shouldn't have to go through all this stress..there should be an email contact for emergencies like this...”

You can also get a hard copy of your policy by post if you require. Will definitely try them for my car insurance when it's due.”
