“I have been a customer with Yoga for two years. I bought a new policy yesterday and have paid for it but the payment screen was left hanging. The money has left my account but I’ve received no documents or confirmation of my policy.
I’ve tried getting sense and help out of the AI chat bot - hopeless. Tried looking up a telephone number to speak to a person - “Please note as we are an online only company we do not have a telephone number for general enquiries.” So - I’m stuffed.”
