I was presented with a form to complete, most of which I did, but it would not accept my answer to the question "what voluntary excess would you like to include" so I was unable to proceed as this is a compulsory field. I tried a whole range of values, none of which were accepted. I have now cancelled my renewal and arranged a new policy where I was able to include the named driver information.”

I filled in all your on line forms and obtained the insurance I was looking for, however, then there was something else from you asking me about CCJs, there was absoloutle nowhere on the forms to tell you about CCJs, just about backruptcy. This was worrying for me and I felt I had to contact you to make sure you knew about my CCJ since I feared that if you did not know it might invalidate the insurance.”
