“Can only discuss by bot and live agent online, they can’t read or understand your questions you repeat what you write a lot and still they repeat wrong. I cancelled and re took out insurance 2/1/26 found out 2 months later today, I still had 2 live insurances now left awaiting refunds. Then find out the 2 years no claim I had on this yoga insurance is now the 9 years I already use on my other car and insurance increased £100. I Can’t get in contact again re all the wrongs till Monday the documents arrived by no reply email. Total shambles”
