“Good and was easy to set up . . . Until I got to the payment part. A nightmare, I selected credit card option as opposed to PayPal, but took me to PayPal regardless. Couldn't seem to get past that so had to use PayPal. In order to confirm it was me, I was sent a text with a code. In opening the text I lost the page. Had to start again then was told my quote had been denied. All in all it took me well over an hour and by the end I needed to lie diwn in a darkened room. I hope I never need to make a claim as I dread going through that process.”
